Very unprofessional. No where near what it used to be with the previous owners. I will not continue to use them.

It would be my opinion that this company does NOT care about its employees, thusly do they care about providing overall good customer service and good quality work. Furthermore I feel like this company under the new management has no intention on maintaining good morale within its employees and that obviously spills over into the quality of work that these men and women offer. I have first-hand knowledge of this unfortunately.

Id rather have a pool built by blind auburn fans, than give my money to rivers pools.

This company is amazing, the owners have always assisted me and all my familys pool needs . So intentive to your needs . Great produces and service . Will not go anywhere else for my pool supplies.

I have never in my life had a company go back through customer payment history to find a debit card to charge an invoice to. Yes, it is true we it owed them for a service and we have always paid any and all monies owed, however, Rivers installed a pool with water/fire features and from day one we have had nothing but issues with the fire feature. Year after year we are unable to use this feature for one reason or another. 1st time we had issues was the fire feature would lit then the flame would go out on its own, next the fire feature would not lit at all, then we had a gas leak, then it went back to not lighting, then it to the flame going on out its own, last year there was an explosion under the feature and could be seen up to 8 feet under the ground along our rock border/wall and this year around Memorial Day the fire exploded at the top of the feature itself while my fiancé was standing next to it and he got burned on his leg from the huge fireball that came out of the top!! Each time Rivers came out and had the manufacturer come out and repair or replace parts. It has been over a month and once again we have a summer we can not use a feature of our pool we have. First of all we did not want the fire feature we only wanted the water fall, but Rivers convinced us to install it and here we are years later with a feature that does not working properly or more importantly SAFELY! and Rivers could give a rats a$$. The money we owed them is a drop in the bucket compared to the lawsuit we will hit them with!

Owners care greatly about employees and their families. Rivers Pools goes above and beyond for their employees and customers!

To say that Rivers Pools went above and beyond would be an understatement. If you live in Carrollton or close by and are thinking about putting in a pool, think no further. Rivers Pools in my opinion is the only option. Carlton and his team are very friendly and knowledgable and helped us through every step of the process. We could not be happier with the final product and we will enjoy our pool for years to come! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

I went in to ask about a pool and spa I want installed in my yard. I waited several minutes before being asked if I needed help. I was referred to someone else, who also didnt answer my questions. After waiting for almost an hour for someone to help me, I left and took my business elsewhere. Customer service should be number one, but not with this business! Dont waste your time here!

Dropped off some equipment service was great was hoping to get a phone call with a estimated fix time didnt get that rent it out from equipment the person I spoke with didnt even finish filling out the paperwork and didnt even make sure I knew how to work the equipment thank God for the internet
