I would not recommend this pool service company! We hired them to take care of our pool weekly. Showed up one time, and now they wont return phone calls, or tell us when they will come back. Horrible customer service. Glad they didnt show in the end. Found someone better for less and do more . I can see from the comments from other people that this company will go out of business soon.

Charging my 70 year old mother over $200 a month for pool service and they consistently skipped her cleaning and did not make up the dates. Cleaned her pool two of five Fridays in March. I reached out to them and they said it was a misunderstanding and they would follow up with her and while they did show up to clean her pool that week they did not address the issue. She has a new company that only charges her $135.After seeing your response to my review I feel the need to correct you.My mother was contacted by a representative of your company who apologized to her. He asked her to ask me to stop posting on your Facebook page. She told him she would not. She never asked me to remove my review nor would she. That is an out right untruth and you know it. This is the same Facebook page where you falsely accused my mother of being a “collection issue” in a pathetic attempt to discredit my review. You also insinuated that I should remove my Facebook review and your derogatory comments about my mother would be removed which is nothing short of blackmail. You have since removed your Facebook page entirely so our exchange is not visible to current and future customers. I have screen shots time and date stamped of both the Facebook exchange and the private exchange on messenger.

I would not recommend this pool service company. They are expensive, extremely inefficient with their service and very poor customer service.
