Great deals on things to use in and with my pool

When I opened my box with our pool steps the bottom step was cracked. They replaced it. And the guy was super nice and came and got the old one out and put the new one in. Thank You So Much

Went to browns pools in Carrollton to purchase a above ground pool sales lady was nice but she lied about the install date said it was 3 weeks out of purchase waited 3 weeks and started calling them and they returned my call with a date of 3 more weeks out. Bad customer service would not recommend them.

Was real busy and the 2 women working were doing the best they could to get to who was next. Real helpful

Had a bad experience on Monday with Debbie. I picked up my hot tub cover and brought home it was the wrong size. Called her at 1.49 and she said she would call me right back. Called her at 3.44 and 5 no response. She never returned my call and was very rude when we returned the wrong size cover. Her excuse was she was busy with a customer and my wife pointed out that we are customers also.The correct cover delivered the next day by a very nice man and I did recieve a call from Douglasville to see if I recieved my cover ok. I will not go back to this store

Well we ordered the 32×16 above ground pool paid 500 down payment till installed, then we pay monthly as contract said. so they called said we cant get that pool months later but we can upgrade you for a little over a 1000 more and I said Ill talk to my wife. this is coming from Douglas vill store, so we called the carrollton store which sold us the pool and they said upgrade would be free so we said ok. well they called today and said they couldnt do that after saying they would. well since you cant keep your word on anything I want my 500 back and now you lost almost 1300 plus! browns pool is horrible. shop around and you can get it cheaper and not lied too!

Their wood prices have more than doubled, was told they wouldnt honorveteran discount anymore, headed to Lowes

Best pool company in the state! Sandy was so helpful and knowledgeable in the chemistry of my daughters pool. I really needed a professional for this pool challenge, if I owned a pool store I would try to steal her away. Best customer service in the nation! The only one out of 5 pool installers we contacted that actually came out and in one trip gave us an actual quote for what we wanted. We used Browns years ago for an above ground install and received the same high level of professional service. David Brown always was just a call out text away for any questions we had. I highly recommend Browns Pools.

After dealing with a Pop and Sons Pool Company, we had leaks and problems for years. David gave us a quote and set up installation. The pool was complete in a timely matter. Everything is perfect! I will never use another pool company. We should have gone to Browns the first time!

Cheryl was a big help, very knowledgeable about the condition of my pool. She made it as dummy proof as she could because I was stumped. Cheryl clued me in on some basic pool techniques. I followed Cheryls instructions now my pool is clear and looking great!! Thanks Cheryl 👍🏼

This place is one of the best pool spots to go. The staff is also so helpful. Sandy Garber is absolutely wonderful. She helps my family with everything and allows us to ask as many questions as we need. I would choose this Browns pools over any other location.

I would like to say that employee sandy garber is so awesome!!! She has my pool looking wonderful! And she did it with a smile and wonderful friendly service. What more could you ask for? She definitely deserves a pat on the back 2 times!!!!!

Nice store, and they know how to build and maintain pools, but all their merchandise, from chemicals to pools toys, is outrageously overpriced. We found a small business we like much better with great service and reasonable prices.

We visited the Carrollton Location yesterday. What a wonderful experience. Debbie helped us analyze our water sample and select the right chemicals. She also helped us understand the operation of the pool and how to maintain the pool. She did not try to sell us anything we didnt need and actually made sure we got the best value. We will not go anywhere else for our pool supplies, advice and parts.

So far so good. Got estimate and purchased a pool. Scheduled installation. All went well, just waiting for them to come install.

Paid 39,000 for low quality work and bad attitudes. My loan was 39,000 and Browns was supposed to return the difference at the end but they never did. I have ridges in the concrete under my liner which is damaging the liner, cracks in the concrete decking around the stairs, mud clods right under the surface of the concrete. They dont care and ignore me. The building process was horrible. Employees were rude and did not listen to what I wanted. They say they have a warranty but when it came time, I was told they cant warranty if Im not buying my chemicals from them. There are more things I could tell you about but I dont want to write a book. Horrible!

RUN!!!! Paid for a pool to be installed on 6/9/18. Was given the date of 7/3/18. Spoke to someone about the installation 3 different times on the phone and three different times in person. Guy shows up on 7/3 to install a liner only!!! After speaking w Cheryl, Nate, and Tim.... with NO HELP!!!!!! Was told I could pay another 700$ and they would come out in 2 more weeks!!!!! Got refunded and some very unhappy kids!!!!! Nate nor Tim ever took ownership of the misunderstanding. I was very clear on what I needed each time I encountered the employees. I was even given the brochure on what to expect during my pool INSTALLATION!!!!

My husband and I bought a house last year with a pool. The previous owners used browns pool but we are taking our business elsewhere. We call and ask a question and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Treat customers with respect.

Always excellent customer service. Had water tested, needed chemicals but, first needed to clear up cloudy water. They sold me what I needed and only what was needed.

The employee Cheryl was very helpful in sitting up or work on the pool.

Deidra was very helpful in helping choose the right type of pool for our family. She made sure the order was correct before the installation and once the pools was installed, on schedule, she walked me thru the set up process.
