I HIGHLY recommend Martin & Hightower in Carrollton as they were absolutely wonderful!!! When my mom passed a few weeks ago, I didnt know what to do about arranging a funeral as I have never had to, but Ms. Cason & Ms. Virginia and so many others on their staff made me feel like I was the only one they had to deal with.THAT is the kind of attention they gave my family! Extremely professional and so patient, it was amazing! These folks know what they are doing and are super compassionate!! I feel blessed that they worked with me and my family as this was the hardest thing to go through losing my mom. Thank you so much for everything!!! Keep doing what youre doing to help folks that are hurting and heartbroken, as it is so much needed. God bless!

Martin & Hightower Funeral Home made me feel so worthless when my uncle past away just this week. They made me feel like I was a nobody. I was not even listed in my uncles obituary UNTIL I said something. I have other issues regarding this location and I will not disclose those publicly but I definitely would not recommend this location of Hightowers to anybody. If you want to be treated like youre somebody, use the Bremen location and do business with Bill.

I have known this business and many of the associates/employees most of my adult life. As a pianist, I have played for many funerals that they have directed. They have handled the services of many of my relatives and friends as well as my late husband. Based on personal experience, I can say that everything is done to perfection. They still do customer service the old way, meaning, the customer really always does come first. And they do it with an unsurpassed level of professionalism and compassion. There simply is no comparison.
