Great job all around by Randy, Hank, and the entire Bravas crew. These guys know what they are doing! It was new construction so they were in on the original design phase and were able to pivot nicely as we made necessary adjustments. The internet setup has worked great with stellar bandwidth throughout the house and outdoor patio area. Since my wife and I both work out of the house, the internet setup was key for us. The Samsung TVs and Sonos system they recommended / installed are amazing. Im especially impressed with the Sunbrite TV Randy suggested I go with for the outdoor space. All around Bravas delivered an incredible system - very pleased!

I consider myself to be an audiophile (stereo nut). Meaning that I have a very high end stereo upstairs in the man cave. So, when I discussed an outdoor SONOS system for the outdoor pool, I was a bit skeptical about the potential sound quality. Well, quite frankly, I am blown away with the sound quality and coverage. The 8 outdoor speakers around the pool and 2 buried 12 inch sub woofers (the pool is 24 feet by 36 feet) are outstanding. eStream, Caleb Rydbeck and his army of technicians, installers and diggers of holes (burying two 12 inch sub woofers is a lot of work) have provided excellent advice, expert installation, equipment setup and product support after the sale. I am technological idiot as far as computers & ipods go; so when I do have an issue, they call me back and fix it.

Our whole experience with Bravas from the initial consultation with Jack Haight to the installation of new TVs and also some improvements to our internet setup has been a pleasure. Rob was a genius at figuring out our somewhat complicated system and made it look easy. And the entire house is flawless. So what did I do now that I had confidence and was loving my system? I upgraded even more, because I had the confidence that it would be done well. Robert, the head tech of my house project, is a genius. Everything problem he came across, he solved. He never was flustered, and this was a big project. A tough project. It works flawlessly. He is very precise, and I honestly think that he does it that well, because he sets his own standards. And the customer benefits from his expertise. This is one hell of a team. These two as team mates truly are incredibly competent. And their ancillary staff, Drake, Carter, et al are true support staff. Just fantastic.

This company is seriously the best in getting all the smart tv integration in my house. Chris Claybon is so professional and executes our projects with precision. When I moved into my house in Westlake, we had the original media company (who was NOT Bravas) who orig set up our speakers, cable, lighting, shades, doorbell, Crestron system and it was an absolute careless patchwork disaster that we endured for 3+ long years. Bravas eventually (thank God) acquired the company and once they took over, Chris and Robert have streamlined my home so well, I am literally shocked. I can finally relax without problems. Crestron, media’s and televisions w WiFi are finally streamlined and the systems work without issues. These guys work so intense and strive for perfection. They hire high quality, knowledgeable individuals and I am grateful and very satisfied.

Formerly eStream Digital, they provided the new house wiring for a KHOV home we purchased several years ago. Ive never seen such shoddy work. Some of the outlet boxes for the surround sound were placed on the wrong side of the studs, cheap 16 gauge wiring was used throughout, audio wiring was ran along with electrical wiring, the in wall subwoofer connection was terminated inside the wall instead of the box, none of the coax in the junction box was labeled. The list goes on... I would have been better off to pre-wire myself. Doesnt anyone take pride in their work anymore? Be cautious.

I did a pretty big install on a previous home 5-6 years ago with multiple TVs, Sonos, and Control4. When we moved to Frisco we left almost everything behind, so I knew Id need a lot. Caleb walked me through all thats changed over the last 5 years and what the options were. He went over where I might want to upgrade and where I could cut back a bit, as well as incorporating whatever they could that I already owned. The installation was quick, efficient and clean. At some point well get into Phase 2 to expand the home automation, and I will certainly be using ProStream Digital.

We have now worked with Jeff and the staff at Audio Video for several years and cannot say enough good things about them. We started with having them install a couple of TVs. Then we moved to a large smart TV in the family room. We just moved into our new house and had them completely rewire Wifi, media room, Sonos, multiple TVs, etc. We feel completely comfortable with them start to finish. Their follow-up is fabulous as well. We know that if we have questions or just need a little more instruction - they are there for us. Some companies dont understand good customer service. Can’t say enough about these guys, we had a highly detailed large scale full-home project and they knocked it out from lighting, sound, and video.We are recommending and using Audio Video Innovations for most of all our projects. We’ve been working with HTT for over 2 years and have spent well over $150k with them on theater equipment, Wi-Fi, whole home audio, and programmable light switches. They have zero desire to finish the work at our home. Nothing works as designed or promised. They routinely underestimate how long a job will take and then never make appropriate time to finish the job. We go for months without hearing from HTT - even though we still owe money if the will finish the work.I hate big companies like StarPower which is why I went to HTT - but I’m advising everyone to go with a big guy. At least that have enough resources to try and finish the job.

I selected AVI because of their attention to detail, knowledge and willingness to work together designing a solution within time allotted and budget constraints. AVI installed whole home audio ( 6 zones,) three distributed video rooms, 19 in wall and ceiling speakers, Seven security cameras, NVR, electronic door locks, media server and all components in TWO DAYS !! Henry and the technicians were great. Their quality craftsmanship shined throughout the entire installation. Chris (GM) is very knowledgeable, very responsive and great to work with. They offer many product options over the entire AV spectrum at very competitive pricing. I am glad I choose AVI as our AV integrator. Got three quotes, estream was $2500 less than the other guys, mike did the install on the sony 85 inc tv and the sound system, even corrected two extra tvs in the house, no extra charge, explain everything in detail, going to recommend them to anybody that needs home audio !

AVI installed a new 65 TV in the family room, with Sonos Playbar Package, works great. AVI delivered on timing, solutions, and ease of use. Great company and great people.
