Best place to work

We did t a job for this company and havent been paid yet, we are a small compnay so the fact thaat they dont answer when itcomes time to oay the almost $2k they owed has been a pain. Dont take a job from this compnay if you ever actually want to get paid as they will never pay you. When their clients need help the sub contract the work out and dont pay the company they sub the jobs to. SCAMMERS

Gregg came out our clinic and took care of the issue right away. We found him very helpful, kind, and full of integrity. He took care of the problem in 10 minutes which our phone company Birch (the worst company ever) wasnt able to in four days. Gregg was awesome!!!

We needed a phone system at our office so we called C2M Tech. They did a great job setting up a Samsung VoIP system for us. The quote the provided was on-par with the competition. They provided a great customer service experience and even gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the phones. We contacted Ben and highly recommend him for any of your phone system needs.

The tech came out the same day and worked with my phone company. It turned out to be an issue on my lines but they fixed it fast and my company was back up and running!

I have not had a good experience with this company at all. I have been involved with many large and small telephone dealers all over the country, in the last 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience with both the technicians and even the owner of the business. Very unprofessional. There response time is horrible. Sorry we have all or technicians scheduled for the day; well omg my entire system is down, and its pretty hard to wait till tomorrow when my business cannot function at all today.The aftercare is a disaster and I believe many of there tech are not certified with the equipment they are trying to repair. I expected more expertise.

Had our office phone system put in over a year ago. The system cost around $6K, and the system is complicated to change greetings. Requested something written at the time of installation so that we could change greetings on holidays or when we were out of town. The system is not user friendly; it is programmed specifically for our office - to the point that you cannot navigate without some sort of instruction. Which would be fine, IF we had instructions on how to use it. Ive repeatedly asked for help and have yet to receive it. The salesperson responsible for the account no longer works at the company, the admin staff is rude when you call in, and the techs are unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to any professional office.

Great tech company! The people are wonderful to work with and the job always gets done right the first time!

Recently had some cabling done to the office and couldnt ask for a better company to work with. The work was done withing 24 hours and the techs new exactly what to do.
