A great company with great employees. Joe and his team did an amazing job from the consultation to post-installation. They helped us on several projects and figured out what we needed and then did an excellent job with the installation. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great people to work with. If you are looking to put in a home A/V, internet, home theater or automation system they are the place to go!!!

They really are great! Worked with Joe the whole time who was up front, honest and stayed in contact with me. They do giant jobs all the way down stuff like mine where i just needed electric and hdmi ran to the tv on my wall.The install guys were incredibly nice and worked efficiently.Got turned onto these guys by my brother who uses them for his own home.Ill gladly recommend Home Theater Gallery to any and everyone.

When I originally met Matt and Joe, they were both very professional and pleasant. I hired them to make some additions and upgrades to my system, which they said they could do. There were many glitches with the install and many components that had to be added that were not included in the original estimate. The project finally concluded and I have had many issues with the install - IR readers not functioning properly, components failing, remotes not programmed for all functions, etc. At first, they came out to correct the problems - not very promptly though. However, now they are apparrently very busy and keep rescheduling appointments (hours before they are suppose to arrive) to correct component failures. I am a business owner and I find their lack of respect for others schedules very discourteous. I liked Matt, but I have found their service to be very average, but their scheduling and follow up poor. I personally have found another installer to correct their work. This installer is more prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the equipment and components.
