I bought 3 things from lord its been so long but there out in IL . I have a cockatoo I bought one toy that was usually 60.00 . Plus a harness and a ball .they sent the ball it was decent .. but the rest wS thrash I ordered a seaweed matt . They sent a piece of rope that is it .... I will never but anything again .I will use sticks and stones .

Received item broken (think they would know how to pack a ceramic item) would like to return/exchange

The medical equipment that I purchased through ebay was shipped from this company located in IL, USA but they want me to return the defected product at my expences to some address in China which I couldnt even find on Google Maps. Tried to cantact this company but there was some voice record saying something in Chinese. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MYCHWAY on ebay and DO NOT TRUST THE GELS LOGISTICS. IM REPORTING TO BBB.
