I hired Don and his team to paint the exterior of my house. They did an incredible job at a competive price! Upon finding a tiny mistake, Don was back at my house to fix it immediately. Even after money had changed hands, Don still stood by his work and texted to check in. It is hard to find contractors like Don nowadays. 100% recommendation.

Don...fantastic. I received several quotes and most of them were extremely overpriced. After having Don and his crew take care of our house I feel bad for people that pay those other prices!!! He uses great paint, a great crew....and the result is fantastic! I paid him nearly a month ago and he is STILL reaching out to make sure Im still happy! Preferred Home Improvements did a great job of sanding, caulking and painting interior window trim in my house!! They were reliable and reasonably priced. A small drywall repair that was not part of this job was done at no additional cost.

I received Preferred Home Improvements contact information from a friend (Debbie Anderson) who happens to be a custom window designer and decorator. I called Don and made an appointment for him to give me an estimate on removing wall paper and wall boarder from my dining/living rooms area, plus, repaint and repair a patch on the ceiling. Don was immediately responsive! He called, made the appointment, came over, gave me a price, told me when he was available to do the job. He later called me to reduce the job price. After confirming with my husband, we decided his price an availability were terrific even though I had scheduled another estimate from another company. Again, Don called me to confirm the likely date, ask about paint color and confirmed the job details and how his workers would do the job. He also called to confirm which day and time his crew would be coming over. The job was done in a timely manner. Don stopped by every day of the job to check his crew and assist where needed. He texted me with questions and called again to confirm the next day’s work. I have never had such a responsive contractor in my 40 years a as a home owner! His service is excellent!!! He is communicative, timely, neat, fair, personable, polite and very reasonable priced. He began and finished when he said he would. His crew members were polite, hard working, quiet, conscientious, clean and trustworthy. We were extremely please with the result and the the attentative personal commitment to excellent service Don gives! I highly recommend him and we will be using him again for sure! Thank you Don!
