After finding Case Design I was excited to work with them, because of the unique process they advertise. After reaching out in July we had someone reach out to schedule the first meeting quickly, but due to the high volume of clients they couldnt get us in until the end of September. I scheduled the appointment anyway due to the work on their site and reviews. Even though it was a long wait my Wife and I looked forward with excitement for our appointment. However that excitement ended when they cancelled our meeting in September, because the owner made the decision to not do any work in our area anymore. I understand the decision to stop work in our area, but very unprofessional to cancel an appointment already on the books instead of finishing out what has been booked and then not taking future projects in this area.

We had a screened porch built by Case to create an area where we could enjoy our lovely backyard view free from annoying insects. They cheerfully agreed to “catify” it so our pets could have a safe space to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as well. We appreciated being able to see the 3D renders of the project in the planning stages. Communication was excellent and any concerns we had during construction were dealt with promptly. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and are already planning our next project with Case!

Our Master Bath received a face-lift by Case. Our home is 17 years old and the bathroom was definitely dated, with a lot of shiny brass. We wanted a more updated and comfortable look. We had our cabinets painted and new granite counter tops installed. New mirrors, new fixtures and new lighting too. The shower was completely updated with new tile and glass doors with some granite shelving, along with a new shower head. We kept our tile floors and the design team at Case helped us choose colors that would blend in well with the floor. The process was easy for us and we couldnt be happier. Everyone on the team was great! We love our new Master Bath!

We were nervous renovation newbies, but we were impressed by the plans the Case designers came up with to totally redo our small 35 year old kitchen and master bathroom and to update our guest bathroom, and so we took the plunge. Making decisions about styles and materials and colors isnt easy and they made all of that a lot easier. We also had a budget to stick to and they worked with us to make sure we got the most bang for our bucks. When it came to construction, Case promised to complete the project within 8 weeks and they did. We were impressed with the quality and speed of their work and also their responsiveness to questions and problems. The final result is gorgeous and we couldnt be happier. We are currently budgeting for our next project with Case.

We had our kitchen totally remodel by Case Remodeling of Carmel,IN. The project turned out better than we could have imagined! From the design team of Dawn and Megan, to the workmanship of Dustin and to the supervision of Steve, the kitchen was done to perfection. Case Design renovated the entire exterior of our home including installation of a new roof, new gutters & downspouts, new Trex deck system, new front door, new sidewalk and front porch with new posts, and painting the entire brick exterior. Their attention to detail was fabulous, and each staff member was professional, friendly, and highly competent. They totally transformed the exterior of our home, and we could not be more pleased with the results! It looks fabulous!!! Case Design built a home gym for us and it’s just perfect . They took our vision and provided design enhancements that have created an excellent space in the basement for our family workouts . They were professional and friendly and we would highly recommend them .

CASE was extremely professional throughout the process of planning, all the way through the final walk through and inspection. This includes everyone from their designers to their carpenters to their project managers. The team was flexible as well to get the job done and be sure that it exceeds expectations. Case came out and did an evaluation and then never followed up with us. We were excited to get a project underway but they seem not to want any business if they are not contacting customers back. I would not recommend.

The design staff was very helpful in helping us with the design and selecting materials. The construction staff, especially Tim Markus, did excellent work. The project was finished on time!

I have done several gut/remodel construction projects over the years including bathroom/kitchens. This was my first project (master bath) with Case and by far the easiest project Ive ever done from start to finish. Case walks you through every step from beginning to end. The best part is you get to visualize your project in 3D before the project ever starts. With Case, everything is in house. Planning, decorating, hardware selection, etc. You know what your project is going to look like from the beginning. Everyone at Case is so helpful. Their workmanship is excellent. They were right on schedule and finished my project in half the time other projects have taken. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a well-planned, well-worked project beginning to end.

We hired Case to move our washer and dryer upstairs and remodel our master bathroom. We were so impressed with everyone we worked with - Jessica and Megan were great during the design process, Brad was our Project Manager and we appreciated all of his updates, and Rob (The Tile Guy) did an amazing job with all of our tile work. We are so happy with the end product and highly recommend them!

We are extremely happy with Case Design and Remodeling. Our upstairs and kitchen are done and the crew that worked with us was great.The system of planning and and implementation was wonderful, and the crews that came to our house were fantastic. The Case employees were willing to do the extra to make the job perfect, and on several occasions went above and beyond the scope to make us happy.Furthermore, the subs they used, expressed how much they enjoy working with Case and, fixed problems or went out of there way to fix our concerns. When an issue came up after the job was completed, the subs returned to fix it. They did not want to make it look OK, they wanted it to look great.Needless to say we tell everyone around about Case and our wonderful experience.

Case was recommended to us by a friend, and we are very glad we used them for our master bathroom remodel. They did a great job! On time, on budget and very organized and well-run. And we love our new bathroom and the finishes that Case helped us select. Would highly recommend them (and have several times).

Their work might be good, but I never got the chance to find out because our consult with the designer was so terrible. Didn’t listen to a word we said about what we hoping to do with our kitchen and never bothered to follow up to see if we’d like to move forward. Terrible customer service and designer had terrible social skills.

I hired Case to finish a remodel of my Master Bath after my original contractor literally disappeared. They were not only professional, polite and prompt but the work they performed was best in class. They took over a job that required not only finishing what a sub par contractor had started but also repaired the mistakes that had been made.They worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered and that I was extremely satisfied. The project management of each job sets them apart, as well as, the quality craftsmanship and local vendor relationships.I would highly recommend Case and plan to work with them on all projects going forward.

We met with a designer to quote a covered patio after finding some images online. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. The quoted price was too high per square foot so we decided to not pursue the project with this builder. They seem more tailored to larger projects that require project managment. If you have a decent budget, they will serve you well.

We had a wonderful, seamless experience with Case during our kitchen remodel. The project was done on time and we love our new kitchen. All members of the Case team were professional, timely and great to work with.

We had a very positive experience with Case. We started planning to add a sunroom, mud room and laundry room. The sunroom was a priority because my husband has a very large collection of orchids. We ended adding a mud room/laundry room combination, a huge pantry and adding a shower to the powder bath. As well, we bumped out the garage to accommodate the garbage cans. The design team patiently listened to our changing ideas. They knew what we actually needed and really wanted from our conversations with them. They listened! Their ideas were inspiring and focused.The actual construction was pretty smooth but for a few delays. All of the construction workers were professional and did excellent work. They were always on time and the construction manager constantly kept in touch. The carpenter was exceptional. When all was finished, Case sent in a cleanup team which did a phenomenal job.We are quite happy with the results and have gotten great feedback from family and friends.You cannot tell the addition is an addition. It looks like it was part of the original house.Would not hesitate to use them again and , of course, recommend Case.

I recently had a complete kitchen remodel completed by Case. It was a fabulous experience and I am so happy with my new kitchen. I had new flooring, cabinets, lighting, countertops, and appliances installed. From start to finish, all of the people that I worked with at Case kept me completely up to date and made sure that I was pleased with how the project was progressing. I had a lead designer, Rochelle, and an assistant designer, Sydney, that helped me select everything for my kitchen, from the flooring to the cabinet hardware to the lighting to the paint colors. I had a lead carpenter, Jim, that was wonderful and had such incredible attention to detail about every aspect of the project. My project manager, Mike, checked in with me almost every day and made sure I knew what had happened that day or in the days before and kept me updated about the progression of the project. I called, texted, and emailed him many times and he was so quick to respond and made sure my questions were completely answered and I felt comfortable with everything dealing with the project.I would definitely recommend Case and I would work with them again, no question!

Case remodeling constructed a room addition to my neighbors home in Meridian Kessler. As with most older neighborhoods, our homes are very close together usually only separated by the width of a driveway. One of Cases employees clearly had a problem with me for what ever reason and would wait for me every morning to watch me back out of the driveway and comment or just stare. Said employee returned to my house after the project was completed and did several thousand dollars of vandalism to my car. Thanks Case.
