Centennial Construction did an outstanding job on our first floor remodel. During the seven-week process, the Centennial crew was professional, efficient, and courteous. Communication during the process was quick and answers to questions provided with thorough explanation. The work completed was excellent! As the remodel progressed and our design started to show through, it was like coming home to Christmas each day seeing the wonderful work completed. We definitely recommend Centennial and are looking forward to using them for our 2 bathrooms that need to be remodeled.

They are very un-professional. They talk a good game but takes them months too finish tasks. Spent a ridiculous amount of money on my bathroom remodel. Would never use them again.

I requested a quote for a basement remodel in March. I took time off work to meet with a sales associate to discuss a plan and get measurements. She said it would be next week before she could get back to me with a preliminary estimate. Yeah, its June and havent heard a thing. She was disorganized from the start and provided none of the helpful informational flyers other builders did. I should have realized then what I was getting in to. Needless to say, Ive gone another route.

My wife and I hired Centennial to do outside home improvements to our house this fall. They did an excellent job installing a new front door, side door, new windows, and made necessary repairs to our cedar siding and soffits/fascia. Even more than the renovations they did, the guys were great to work with. Brent was upfront, honest and a joy to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered any and all questions we had during the process. Excellent! We interviewed several area construction contractors before deciding to hire Brent Ash to construct an enclosed porch on steroids. Brent is a professional and has more than 20 years experience building custom room additions of all kinds. His broad experience showed during our initial contact that included us discussing options and choices in the backyard to sitting down at our table and methodically going over everything. Never rushed. Our desire was to have a cathedral ceiling so trust and comfort (opening a large section of our roof!) was huge in our decision to hire. Result was our new back roof ridgeline was expertly built and resulted in a high gable ceiling that peaks at about 16 feet. Our new room measures approximately 14x23 feet and has 11 windows including a half-round window mounted high in the rooms center. Brent and his crew (Greg, Tim, and Zach) demolished an existing small concrete pad and stairs and set about installing 6x6 inch green treated posts installed at least 36 inches in the ground. Greg, crew leader, was extremely detailed and patient to ensure the posts were set properly. After several days, the framing of the sub-structure occurred and installing the 2x10 inch floor. We elected to install R-3 blue board insulation over the floor joists and that decision could be felt on our feet during first use on New Years Day. Nice! The sub-flooring was completed and framing of the porch began within couple workdays. Upon completion of the wall framing, Brent and his crew began the complex job of cutting into existing house roof and making tie-ins. He led the crew in constructing the gable roof using 2x6 inch roof rafters and 2x8 inch ridge beams. Brent spent most of his time over several days completing our roof and then installing ice and water shield membrane with felt. We chose to fully insulate our porch and Brent suggested using two base board heaters, with thermostats, to provide economical warmth. We are thrilled with the result as we have used our porch room during the cold teen days of early January. My wife and I really appreciate the great work done by Centennial. Brents employees are friendly and approachable to ask questions. Greg, Tim, and Zach compliment Brents expertise by providing there own high skills during a complex building project. Centennial does subcontract for electrical, and painting. Brent was easily reached for questions or concerns during all phases of our project.

Centennial screened in a porch matching exterior features of our home. On site workers were courteous and sought homeowners opinions when necessary. Inside and outside clean up was very good. We would recommend this company.

I had a sun room added to my home in Carmel. Brent Ash at Centennial Construction is a true professional. Everything that he said his company would do was done on time. He was always available by phone and if for some reason he couldnt answer, he called back in a timely manner. His contractors were on time and very clean in everything they did. The HOA wanted to meet with him to go over specifications of the project and Brent was right there. He helped with the permitting and met the inspector at the project at each inspection.I am a real estate agent and will recommend Centennial with confidence for any projects my clients have in the future.

I cant speak for the quality of the work they do, only that after Brent from Centennial Construction spoke to me and scheduled a time to come out and look at a project, he then did not bother to show up or call to cancel. This after I took time off work and waited around a good deal that morning. Very disappointing.
