I had taken my vehicle in on February 8, 2021 for a stereo installation at around 2:00 PM . He was generous enough to provide me with a wiring harness for free which I greatly do appreciate that and charged a decent price for everything . However, when I had message him around 7:00 PM he informed me that he was still working on installing the stereo . I then showed up at around 10:00 PM to see what the issue was as to why I hadn’t received an update on where he was with the car . The gentleman decided to work on every other vehicle he had there and would here and there work on installing that stereo . When I get the keys and stuff back, i smelled a foul odor of alcohol and cigarettes from his breath . as I am pregnant , I highly felt disrespected considering he owns a business and should be professional! he then informs me that he couldn’t finish the job properly because I needed to purchased a double din installation kit for it to fit properly. At around 10:30 PM he finally connected the stereo and told me that once I get the installation kit for the stereo to bring my vehicle back so he can finish it and he would also provide an antenna adapter with no charge (I had already paid him the total amount for installing the stereo and everything ). I then messaged him February 24, 2020 to let him know that I have the installation kit and when would be a good day/time for me to take my vehicle back in for him to finish the job and put in an antenna adapter and the gentleman told me he was going to charge me for the antenna adapter and to install it . Apart from him being extremely generous, he needs to be a bit more professional in running his business and stick to what he tells his customers.

The has been the best experience here in Carlsbad. My husband and I got our radio fixed and the service was the best quality ever. The owner is a really down to earth guy... I recommend 👌

Fernie is awesome! , I called around 2pm at work for tint , got in 30 mins before he closed , and he got it done quick ! Did the tint in 30 minutes friendly guy ! Grade A Work Buddy !

I hate to post bad reviews on local places starting up but my experience was not very good. I dont want to bash them, so I will just say shop around on competitive prices and quality.

Took some time. But the man who did my stereo and speakers did a top notch job and worth the wait. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done also used his own material when he didn’t have to. Very satisfied.

Owner is very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his profession. Fernie was recommended by a friend. Was not disappointed! Took his time, obviously the guy knows what hes doing. He told me several times, if I had any problems, bring it back, Lifetime Warranty. Fernie did my truck windows as promised and on time. Ive read a review or two where people complain, but he pretty much has a 1 man operation going on with a high volume of customers.

Terrible experience here. You make an appointment at 3pm and at 8pm youre still waiting for your vehicle to be completely finished. Definitely not a happy 8 months pregnant woman.

Set an appointment on Wednesday, showed up 10 minutes early to a locked door. Called number and was told that he was out and may not be back today, and if he did come back he had other stuff to do than my truck.
