This place did and amazing job doing a clear bra on my 2021 Tesla Model Y. You can’t tell there’s one on it. Also they did an amazing job tinting my windows as well. I highly recommend this place if you want anything that they provide to your car. Definitely using them again for other services.

These guys are the best! My wife recently bought a Tesla Model 3 and within a couple weeks of delivery we started looking for a place to do a ceramic coat and PPF. We found 4 Point Auto Spa via Google and after reading the reviews we decided to give it a try.We opted for the full body ceramic coat and due to cost, only did the full front PPF which also included some areas that were not in the direct front.The work was impeccable and all the guys in the shop were super professional and clearly were proud of the work they did on all the cars they had in the shop.We dropped it off on Monday morning and just as promised, the car was ready on Friday. Id highly recommend checking them out.

They were very nice to me and answered all of my questions so 10/10 for customer service. I received a clay bar and polishing for my little BMW 328xi and it was an 8/10 job. They definently got the shallow surface swirls but left polishing residue and just wasnt as thorough as I thought they would be.

I was looking for maintenance washes for my cars. I get them done regularly before any grime builds up. This way all that needs to be done is for the car to be foamed with a foam cannon and rinsed. No scrubbing is usually needed, especially with Ceramic Pro installed, and this reduces scratching. They explained they scrub the car by hand with a proprietary Ph neutral cleaner and microfiber cloths. I asked if they foam first because foaming and rinsing removes surface dirt so its not ground into the paint when you start scrubbing. They dont. In response to the owners comments they appear to be marketed as a detailing service that does washes in addition to being a PPF and Ceramic Pro installer per attached screenshots. I visited the shop and called the sales department to discuss maintenance washes and wasnt told they dont offer that service and in fact the salesperson described how they wash the cars. I would say the way the business is promoted is a bit confusing. Nevertheless I have recommended it to a friend for Ceramic Pro installation.

Had them ppf wrap ceramic coat and tint the windows on a brand new truck. They did half the work And refunded me a small portion back. Upon work inspection I found a greasy hand stain in my headliner and a knee mark in my passenger seat. The windshield strip is ugly and asked to redo it. I was told it was an optical illusion. Then I was barried with emails by there director of operations who is ridiculous to work with. Worst experience of my life worse than jail

Took our Red Tesla Model 3 in for a ceramic coat. The car came out beautiful and the personnel there were a real pleasure to interact with. I have recommended them to friends who are considering a similar service. And will definitely use them again for my next vehicle.

Took my 2020 Camaro SS to 5 Point Auto Spa to have the windows tinted and have some PPF (Paint Protective Film) installed. Justin and Chris were great to work with and they did an excellent job on the car! I took it back a week later to have them do the Ceramic Coating since they did such a nice job on the tint and PPF. Id highly recommend 5 Point for your car detailing/protection needs!

I now understand why they call themselves an auto spa. This is the most love our Jeep has ever received, far more attention to detail than any detailer weve used. Wax is dead.We got the Ceramic Pro Silver Package (includes wheels, windows, and plastics) as well as a partial Clear Bra kit. No exaggeration when I say the car looks better now than when purchased. 50,000 miles worth of swirl marks are gone and the paint is the shiniest its ever been. They got into the tiniest nooks and crannies that have likely never been able to be washed before. They even cleaned and vacuumed the interior to complete the experience when we picked our car back up. No words to describe our satisfaction.The staff is courteous, respectful of our property, and were very knowledgeable about their products and services offered. Their equipment is nothing short of state-of-the-art. Driving home, we got several compliments and thumbs ups. This experience is what separates 5 Point from any other detailer you can find in Southern California. Highly recommend making this investment. Thank you guys!

Ive been working with 5 point auto detail before the name change. And closely have worked with them part of the Camaro Club of San Diego/ Corvette group. There are very few to none places I trust the keys of my precious Camaro. But these people I do trust. Because everytime I get the car better shape then prior visit. One may question the price of the work. But would you go cheap on something you want to take care of and last long? I myself are particular at detailing my own vehicle. And one can spend hours. If you dont know what your doing. You can damage your cars paint without you even knowing. I got the wash inside out, vacuumed, clay bar, paint correction stage 2 and the ceramic pro sport coat. And I am very much happy with my car. When you arrive, you notice the clients vehicles. From high end to daily commuters. So you know they are just not only biast to high end vehicles. The workers are extremely professional and polite. And make you feel welcomed and trusted. Last thing you want is someone to take your car for a joy ride. They wont because they understand and appreciate how we appreciate our vehicles. Ive had then done day work and have left my car overnight. And they keep my car safe. Thats what you pay for. You want your moneys worth. And when you see your vehicle get a day spa. The car feels almost as if it ran even better than before. As its almost an art form to really clean a car with ones OCD. I am very very picky when it comes to my car. And they do a job that I myself know can spend hours on end getting the work done myself. So I dont mind spending the little extra to protect my daily car and my assets investment to get the work needed to my car. You can see the clients cars beautiful work. Cleaned from the inside and out. Its almost a day spa for you but instead its a day spa for your car. As I took my car home. People were breaking thier necks to see my shiney car. Thats when you see your return investment in your vehicle. This was an amazing birthday gift from my loved one. And well worth it. Remember its alot of elbow work to make a car shiney with protectant. So the money spent is very justified. They walk around the car to ensure you are happy with it. Whatever possible needed for you to leave happy with the work. And then ontop of that. My Ceramic Pro is warrantied. So just encase the coat does not bead up. They will re coat it at no charge. Depending what package you go with. The previous time, my car needed to be coated. And they did it so quick. No questions asked. Thats what you call a company that stands by there work. I wouldnt take the time to drive all the way from oceanside. If I did not feel it was worth it, nor the time. Thank you 5 point Auto detail for the work done to my car. The day before my birthday!
