Michael responded to my request in less than 5 minutes. Very rare these days. He told me when he would arrive and was actually a couple minutes early. A great start. He looked at my car and then showed me what he was going to do and explained in detail the process and the time estimate.He went to work and right about when he said he would be done, he was done. I requested the outside detail. This is the BEST complete outside detail Ive ever had. Ive had many over the years. This is a clay wax (not a mini-detail). It is not a cheap detail. Michael takes pride in his work and it is 100% WORTH IT. He comes to you. I did not have to take 4 hours out of my day to get it done. It was completed while I continued to work.I will definitely use Pristine again and have already told several friends and neighbors.

We bought our daughter a used car and realized that the dealer had used a fragrance bomb on it, which gets into the carpets, seats and rest of the interior. I researched various detail companies and decided on Pristine Mobile because they offered the specific service I was looking for and because of the excellent reviews. Michael did a complete interior detail, and the smell is much better now. He was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgable, punctual and did an excellent job.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest. After a brief exchange of emails, we scheduled his first visit to my house to clean our familys two cars. After looking at my cars he revised his expected time lower that anticipated. Its easy to see when chatting with Michael that he loves cars, and really wants his customers to love their cars too. Briefly chatted about some various options for my cars and he was very up front about everything, even talked me out of a few over the top/low value things that he probably could have charged me an arm and a leg for. Hes found a long term customer in me.

Did an amazing job, and alerted me to issues with my wheel alignment as well as a rodent problem in my engine bay; glad to have found out about it before they ate a wiring harness! This is my second time using Pristine, and will definitely go with Pristine again in the future.

Mike was amazing. Seriously, I rarely take the time to submit a review...but NEVER has my 2007 Lexus or my husband’s 2006 Toyota Tundra been detailed so meticulously. When Mike was finished, both vehicles looked like we’d just driven them off the lot - brand new!Now, here it is a couple months later and after several regular washes, both vehicles still look pristine. Whatever wax finish Mike used (obviously, I’m not very knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance) has lasted so that rain, dust, etc. just doesn’t seem to affect the finish.We will definitely be using Mike in the future!

Mike is Very Unprofessional . Calls me on the phone to see if i have a garage to install Clear bra on my car and i said yes but its small , then when i ask for the price he tells me to slow down very rudely and i said yes i can find a garage if we can agree on the price then he says you know what i can not help you and hangs up on me. Find yourself another professional who actually owns a warehouse instead of trying to use your garage.

Michael did a great job on my 2013 Porsche 911. I had recently purchased the car used, and I thought it looked great. Michael came to my home to look the car over and provide an estimate. When viewed in the sun, it was obvious that the paint had swirl marks from previous car washes and details. Michael described in detail the steps he would use to bring the finish back to showroom New. He was careful to estimate a range (he works on an hourly rate) based on problems he could possibly encounter, such as the need for expensive paint correction. Fortunately, my car did not require paint correction. He was able to eliminate all the swirl marks, and now the car is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend him highly, and I will definitely use him the next time my car needs detailing.

I have been using Pristine Mobil Auto Detail for about a year. I just cant say enough about Michael, and if there were 10 stars, I would give him 10.He is always punctual (a necessity in a busy life) and he is such a pleasant person it is nice to have him around. He doesnt waste time, and when hes finished your car looks brand new. When I run my hand over the bumper it feels like baby skin, it feels so soft and smooth.I regularly have him detail the car, and I also have him come to the house to wash it because for the most part I just dont like car wash places. His truck is very well equipped, and he is fast and efficient. Usually takes around 2 1/2 hrs for a detail (depends on how dirty your car is), and about 1 1/2 hrs to wash the car. His car wash is really a mini-detail, and it lasts for days.Cant recommend Michael enough. Hes competitively priced and is the best Ive found. Try it, youll like it!

I had a tight time window and really wanted to get a nice paint sealant on my new car to protect its finish. I called Michael @ Pristine, and he was AWESOME. He was at my place of work in 15 minutes, and followed me to a nearby shady spot to do his magic on my car. He texted me done in less than an hour. His expertise and experience impressed me as he walked me through the current state of my cars finish, bumper to bumper, offering helpful suggestions at every step. The nice extra touches that he delivered above and beyond delighted me (vacuumed the interior, dressed the black plastic and wheels, polished the chrome exhaust tips, etc.). It is rare to find this level of service and commitment these days.
