Ive never left the shop unsatisfied with a haircut. These guys have been professionally cutting hair for years and are seriously some of the best barbers in Southern Illinois. I love the laid back yet classic barbershop vibe that I usually look for when finding a go to barbershop. Josh, Trell, and Stacy (all the barbers Ive met here) are all good people that love what they do. Ive had great conversations with all of them pretty much every time Ive been in the shop. While they do take walk ins they are all pretty much punctual about appointments as long as you book in advance which I would definitely recommend if you want to be guaranteed a spot. Definitely my go to shop here in Carbondale.

Gotta love the African American Barbershop aka black barbershop. Business does not open exactly on time. If you dont have an appointment, plan on waiting for at least 3 hours for an hour long haircut.But this place is filled with joy and laughter as I am waiting for the haircut and the time passes well if you are an patience person with good feelings.

Got great cuts from these guys. It’s a laid back atmosphere but the barbers are on point. Chill out and enjoy the conversation.
