I am a new patient with the practice. I am relieved to find a place where they actually answer their phones. So far so good. I have had to switch psychiatric companies three times. All three would not answer calls or return messages. If you cant make an appointment, you cant get care. Please switch to Community Behavioral Health if you have had similar problems when reaching out for care. So far I have met the PA twice- Lisa Mann. She is smart, compassionate and understanding. I feel hope.

I was struggling with depression, and my doctor has been a huge help! She helped me find the right medication for me and I feel great again!! Lisa Mann is the best! I highly recommend her. 😁The staff is incredibly friendly and everything runs smoothly! Im extremely satisfied with the service and Im so happy to feel like myself again!! 😊

Very welcoming and polite staff. The Doctors truly seem to want to help. They offer Doctor visits via teleconference so that you dont have to leave your house during this pandemic in order to meet with your doctor. Plus, they always have fresh, free coffee!

Exceptionally easy process to receive mental health care remotely. Very helpful during the pandemic. I was able to meet with someone, discuss my issues, and received regular, friendly check-ins throughout a difficult year. Made me feel like I wasnt just being given pills and sent off: everything felt collaborative and supportive. Exactly what I was looking for.

Dr. Torres is awesome. He is caring and will not just throw a bunch of medications at you. He will work with you to make sure you are at your best. Leticia is also wonderful. She is an incredible therapist who offers great advice but also listens very attentively. She follows up with changes and habits you can make to see positive changes. The staff at the front desk is always kind, professional and courteous. I have been extremely happy here and I feel lucky for finding CBH.

Unprofessional and I would not recommend this office. I’ve had multiple issues with them already, and I have never experienced such a lack of care. For starters, my very first appointment was terrible since I had confirmed the appointment multiple times beforehand and still was threatened that my appointment would be canceled if I did not confirm it, then I received multiple messages to pay my copay or it would be canceled after I waited two weeks for it. Once I had my appointment, the provider I saw was exceptional and stated he would send some lab work over to quest and that I would be given a call to check me out. I never received a call after the appointment, nor was I told if they had sent the lab order to quest or not. I called the week after and explained the situation to the office manager, who stated they would be sending the order electronically to quest. Allegedly, they had called me but my voice mailbox isn’t setup so they couldn’t leave me a message. I work in a medical office as well and I only have fridays off thanks to being a college student, so I told their manager that I needed to be called only on fridays or weekdays after 5 PM. I resolved this first miscommunication with their manager who was lovely, then I get my labs done at quest and have my follow up later on only for them to say they did not receive my labs. Then they started TEXTING me back and forth saying I needed to either pick up my lab results from QUEST and bring it to them or I needed to email my results to them. Mind you I told them my PCP may have them and to request it from them. I had never seen front desk staff for a medical office communicate with a patient through text messages, and what’s worse is that they never replied back after that nor did they request my labs from my PCP. I only come to find out on my NEXT appointment that they still have not gotten my lab work. By that point I was seeing another provider who was very abrasive, and could not look less friendlier so now the front desk staff AND the provider I was seeing were both making me feel terrible. Needless to say, I have notified them I will not be returning and I’ll be seeking out another facility to tend to my mental health needs. I refuse to be put in a situation where I have to chase and beg for an office to do their job.

Couldnt make it past the front desk service to even rate the doctors. Woman took all our contact info, all medications - but did not actually book the appointment. We have been waiting confirmation, and the front desk did not even have the name on file.

Was referred to a psychiatrist that was no longer accepting patients... When we notified the office we were told to contact our insurance. We did that and was told to contact the sane office again... This process was mentally challenging for my husband that is already having issues... NO HELP AT ALL

Nurse practitioner Miguel is one of the most caring provider we came across during a very difficult time, very friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, and punctual. We would never go anywhere else . His office runs smoothly and he is very compassionate, Great location, great staff, excellent services that thoroughly and effectively have met my family needs and concerns, Everyone at the office is so nice! We have felt so much better going to this office as it has given my family peace of mind and clarity! You will not find any place better in Cape Coral,Totally recommend!.

I visited the office a few months ago. The staff is caring and very professional. The environment is calm. Now with telemedicine, the service continues to be excellent, and even better, I can consult with my provider from home. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

The dr and therapist are great the front desk on the other hand. She is argumentative and places you on hold for over a 1/2hour when she doesnt want to deal with you. What should have been a 15 minute call turned out to be an hour. I called back and asked to speak with the office manager and again immediately placed on hold with ninias tone being that of discontent and intolerance. Being a registered nurse and a medical professional myself I was beside myself on how the voice of the business was treating me. Leaves me asking myself how does this promote mental health. Unbelievable

My sister was in a very dark place and thank god for this group of caring professional from the front desk to the doctor, they are all very caring and friendly I absolutely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for help .
