I wasted over an hour. My name was never called. I arrived 15 mins early, checked in, waited in the car (as per Labcorps suggestion!), received the text and was inside within less than 1 minute. 25 minutes after my appointment time my name still wasnt called. There is no front desk where you can follow up. Someone just comes out to get the next person. I tried to get their attention. Nothing. Not sure how long I was supposed to wait. I left after 25 minutes and tried to call the lab form outside. The whole point is to be able to wait in the car and not be coughed on by people without masks inside Walgreens, especially since its a Covid testing location and Ive seen people go inside and ask where testing is. In any case, since I wasnt seen, I ended up calling the lab several times, nobody answered and nobody has called me back. Its appalling how there is no consideration for peoples time. We have work to do, too.

Had a amazing experience, the two techs lady and gentlemen where wonderful! The gal who took my blood draw was kind , courteous and empathetic. And never felt it!! Thank you for the smile to! Made me forget my illness! ❤️

Got labs drawn more then a week ago they never sent the results to my doctor and when you call them they forward your call .horrible customer service

Went for pediatric labs let me say this has been one of the best labs Ive seen! the three people working where so sweet to my child eased their anxiety and mine! I would highly recommend this lab if pediatric labs are needed!

Today I had blood drawn at Walgreens. She got the blood after 2 tries. That wasnt the worst of it. I have a huge hematoma on my right arm and band bruises around both arms. The reason for this is the old lady drawing got mad at me for not giving her a credit card! She was down right arguing with me saying that I have to give her one when you dont really need to. I offered to pay her 20.00 cause thats what she said it would cost, no she was just going to be rude and miss the first vein. She went all the way through the second one and then pulled back when I told her she went through it. Then she asked me if I wanted to do it. I told her, please can I, since I used to do this for a living in the Navy. She saud no. I wont ever go back to this Walgreens on DelPrado, South of Veterans, just past the Catholic Church! Such a bad start to such a beautiful day!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Had me scheduled for a 1:30 appointment but they have a sign on the door stating closed for lunch… great for people on a tight schedule.

I was called 5 minutes before my appointment and was in and out in10 minutes total.The guy who took my blood did a great job, I didnt even feel a pinch

Very long waits even if you have appt. Lady tech did not have on mask, she walked all over Walgreens coughing, no mask. Then she went inside labcorp, no mask. She finally put one on when inside the lab.

This woman had me straighten my arm as straight as I could get it and tighten my fist. Ive never been asked to do that. Now I know why. 2 days later and my whole arm is one big bruise. Dont go to this labcorp...
