I actually had a very good experience at this place! The lady that was drawing my blood was very nice and had conversations with me. We went around 2:30pm and there was almost no one there so we really didnt have to wait. The lady was also very good as she got my vein first try. Overall a very good experience.

I had another drug test for a job application and thankfully was sent to this location (Del Prado location is a nightmare). The staff was super friendly, very professional, incredibly clean in the office, and I WAS ALLOWED TO WASH MY HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER! Avoid the Del Prado location/staff at all costs and go with these folks!

I have a pretty bad phobia of blood draws. I got Linda, she was professional and made me comfortable. I, like may people will never really get over this phobia. I will go back to see her when needed.

I have to admit I was concerned about this location after seeing past reviews. I arrived shortly after opening and was greeted with a smile from the staff. I checked in and was waited on immediately. Very pleased with everyone and their professionalism. The fastest visit I have had for routine bloodwork.

I am sitting in the lobby listening to the front desk lady argue with another patient because they have been here awhile and have not been called. Another guy just walked in and had a simple question and she refused to answer it until he checked in. His insurance may not cover the vist, so he will sit here for who knows how long just to confirm. The reviews are true and the office manger really needs to find a better fit. This is my second time here and the scenario is the same.

Sitting in the back in the lab chair, they have some computer issue. The lab guy leaves, then brought another guy into this lab draw room and asked me to move over to the family chair so they could draw his blood first. I refused to sit in the room while somebody else gets their labs drawn, out of respect for their privacy, so I go to the waiting room. Then I realized my urine cup is sitting there unlabeled and all my lab orders are sitting there where he can read them... Not good. But wait it gets worse. I confronted the lab tech about all my concerns, and he got upset, threw the tourniquet and got snotty with me. Lastly, I asked to see my blood vials before leaving and saw that every tube was handwritten, each with a various misspelling of my name, some with only a misspelled last name. None of the tubes had two identifiers (such as my birthday). Ill be paying out of pocket to go to quest from now on.

Meh. Employees are aloof, yes, and tend to get sidetracked. But they are not explicitly nasty, just dull and unfriendly. They dont say much other than what you need to do, which is cool by me, after all Im not there to make friends. But I was in and out in about 45 minutes for my drug test. Overall, average.

I was just at the Lab Corp in Cape Coral located on Santa Barbera Blvd and I had the worst customer experience ever. I’m 20 years old and I have worked at restaurants for six years straight, I understand what GOOD customer service is like and I did not receive it today. The African American lady at the front desk and puffy hair was extremely rude, yelling, demanding, degrading, and rushing me. I normally do not complain or contact businesses, but this woman needs to be terminated immediately. Once the lady called me up, I told her what I needed done and she interrupted me as I was talking to say “ID!” So I gave her my ID and told her what tests I need done. She ordered me around the office “go there” “sit down” “come” “hurry up”. There isn’t enough characters to tell you my full experience but please do not come here.

I went on a Monday for simple blood test. There was a jamaican lady with short hair. She was so rude and disrespectful to me. Also a lady with an infant went there for a swap, she was so rude to her aswell. Stating were dont do that here. Rude and nasty to this mother of a young baby. She Ruined my whole day. I will forgive her and pray for her. People with that attitude should not work with other people.

This is absolutely horrible. the wait to get called in is horrible. this is extremely slow because while they go , the girl at the front desk is making jokes while people wanna get everything done and go do other things. i’ve been waiting almost an hour and i dislike how long i should be waiting. i would’ve been called in at other places quicker than this. please step up your game.

Absolutely loved the easy digital checkin. All you need to do is scan the barcode of your drivers license. But the best part of my visit was Ann Marie.Ann Marie made me feel like I was family. She was efficient and polite.

I went in and no waiting time. When i was called, the lady at the front desk started yelli g at me instead talking. She was also mean and rude. She shouted out at me to pee in a cup instead of the proper term urinate or eliminate in the cup..She was an African American woman in the front desk area.. i was getting fearful dealing with her. The guy who drew my blood was very good. Nice and did not feel any pain. He was good at his job. One of the worst experiences I had. I hope Lab corp reads this regarding their employees .

Rude staff at Santa Barbara location. First time I’ve been here . I was sitting in the lobby to hear my name screamed behind the wall. I went behind the door as instructed. The lady was very short and rude. Acted like she totally hated her job.Never got better . The guy taking my blood acted like he totally hates his job! Quest is out of network for me but think I’ll go back there. They were 10 times more professional!

If I could give them no stars I would... they were extremely rude and sarcastic because we came in 15 min before they closed. I’m sorry but when you close at 3:30 you are by law requires to attend patients at 3:15... so check your attitude and do your damn job🖕🏿

My mother had tests done here and it was the worst treatment and behavior I’ve ever seen in a “professional” workplace. Looking at the previous reviews I can tell LabCorp is really serious about addressing rude employees as well. What a shame.

Place is terrible. Credit card machine would not accept multiple cards even though there was plenty of funds available on card. Ask person at front desk if he could call someone to correct the issue, he refused. Ill never go there again. Thanks for wasting my time lab corp.

This Lab Corp off of Santa Barbara has to be the most awful experience I have ever been through in an office/doctor setting. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked in and was instructing me to do simple things like I was a dog. I was there for a drug screening test and while washing my hands she instructed me to grab a cup but I didnt see her point to where they were. So I started to walk in the bathroom looking for the cup in there and she rudely said HELLOOO are you not listening to me?? So that is when I couldnt handle it anymore and told her I did not like the way she was talking to me. Long story short, she asked me to leave the facility and when I asked to speak to a higher up, she instructed me to sit in the waiting room even though I was the only one there. Would never recommend this place to anyone, wish I would of asked her name before I left to complain about her attitude and awful work ethic.

I JUST LEFT LABCORP ON SANTA BARBARA AND ITS ABOUT THE WORSE PLACE I WOULD WANT TO BE, BUT ANNEMARIE AT RECEPTION DESK WAS SOOO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. SHE HANDLED THAT OFFICE PERFECTLY. This is the most disorganized place Ive ever used, especially for a medical facility. The front desk doesnt address you, staff are standing around talking while the waiting room is full. My insurance requires I use LabCorp, but Im notifying them and requesting a different facility. This is the 4th time using this LabCorp and its the same every time. Somebody that cares how a facility should run and customer services needs to reorganize this place.

I have had blood drawn at least a dozen times over the past 11 months. This was my first and last time to go to Lab Corps on Santa Barbara for the tests.The phlebotomist was extremely rude and absolutely merciless. She gave orders like a drill sergeant. She left the syringe dangling at an angle in my vein while she prepared other vials and labels, and she tossed everything around carelessly. I ended up with a big bruise in my left arm, the only arm I can use for chemo and other procedures.My husband had tests at the same time. The same tech dug around in his left arm, then she switched to his right. He said afterwards ahe was brutal. He had bruises that lasted for two or three weeks.I have since had other tests. I drove an extra half hour to go to a different lab.

Most rude and uprofessional staff ever. The receptionist and phlebotomist complained openly about customer and called them names in front of me. Receptionist was bery unpleasant and seemed angry. There was no order in the way they service customer. A customer came in 30 minutes after me but was serviced before me. He, the phleb. required me to sign a form that he refuse to explain until after I signed. I asked him why this process was reverse he said it was there practice. Im applauded that this lack of professionalism and consideration for people exist.

This place is the most in professional place I ever been. The women in the front desk is so rude and nasty I was beside myself. She called two patience at the same time and my husband refuse to speak to her while she took care of the other person. What happen to privacy. She asked him for a credit card and my husband said how about debit she said whatever in an rude way. She is nasty and rude and has no manners. Shame on Labcor for having people like this work for Thier office. Never will I come to this office again. Hope the women gets help she needs it.

Lady at the desk was rude to say the least after asking for clarification of the procedures being done , due to the fact that Ive had to go back multiple times for the same order when it was done incorrectly and after having blood taken many times for the same thing have had a horrible bruise on my arm for a week now. The lady who drew my blood was incredibly rude. She basically snapped at me to hold the gauze when she was finished drawing my blood because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She was so rough with my arm that it has a huge bruise on it and it’s pretty painful to lay straight. I will never return to this LabCorp!
