Lauren did a great job for me! It was pricier than expected, but worth it for a small business and the quality of the service.Ive needed to find a new local salon and Im very happy with my choice and to spend my money there. Im excited to return for my next two appointments!

My hair turned out great but very disappointed with the eyelash and brow services. I got a perm and tint and my lashes are pin straight. Spent over $100 and 2 hours to look basically the same. Brows she did in 2 minutes and they are very bushy still. On top of that, she did not clean up my eyelid and there is sticky product that will not come off. Normally I don’t complain but really bummed out.

For my first visit at Shine Salon & Spa, I received the leaf and flower treatment to mend my split ends. My hair was definitely due for a trim, but I was hoping to be able to skip a haircut with this $60 treatment. The service was excellent for the most part even though my scalp was burned with hot water and my ear was scorched by the flat iron. The salon was beautiful, but I was terribly disappointed with the results. My hair honestly looked worse leaving the salon than it did when I first walked in. I did not notice a change with my split ends, but I noticed my hair was so much more dry and frizzy. It was an absolute waste of money. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone.

I had a custom facial with Aleisha. She asked me some general questions about my skin care routine and my concerns. Selected products based on my answers. She was very detailed and professional. I left with my skin feeling amazing!

Ashley is the owner and lead stylist.. she is fantastic, knows how to make my hair behave and gives great recommendations for styling, Ive followed her to two other salons before she owned Shine and I will always go to her! She has other great stylists at Shine that are very friendly and really listen to what you want. Shine goes above and beyond!

I was from out of state and chipped my nail polish on my big toe n needed to find nail polish that would match as I was on my way to my class reunion in Baltimore. The staff at headlines spent a lot of time with me. Painted my nail to look new and gave me a flip flop to wear. They wouldnt take my money. They were so helpful and accommodating. They made my day. Would highly recommend them

Friendly staff polite service

I went early on a Saturday morning. I was impressed with how nice the place looked and how professionally laid out it was. On the other hand, I was getting my eye brows waxed and the girl globbed hot wax all over me... I’m talking, in my hair, on my eyelids, my forehead, and my cheeks. On the bright side my eyebrows don’t look bad aside from the sizeable blister where she burned me with the wax.

Love going to shine everyone is always so kind and treat you like family my hair always look amazing and how I wanted it to look cant wait to go back again and see everyone :)

This is a great salon. All services are well done and a very relaxing experience.

Not impressed. My 9:45a appt was moved to 10 (via a phone call at 9:20a when I was already on my way) When I came in, I looked at both girls sitting at the front desk for a bit before I was even greeted. Awkward... Eventually I was taken back at 10:05 for an hour facial and brought out at 10:50 🤔(I paid $70) The service itself was fine except for the length. Christal was very kind and considerate but her colleagues continued carrying on conversation right outside our door. Pretty sure I could share details of every employees weekend plans but instead I’ll just recommend you steer clear. Upon checking out the *young* girls at the desk again looked annoyed that I was in their presence as they ignored me for 20-30 seconds. I was hoping I found a new go-to spa but doesn’t seem that’s the case, spend your money somewhere else.
