Very dissatisfied with my experience today. Lacking on all the basics of this type of service: filing, cuticle trimming, polish application, no cuticle oil was used, leftover polish left on my skin, rushed service didnt allow for the light to finish on the timer before switching hands, about 30 seconds of lotion/massage at the end of service. Overall no care was taken. Total service was about 10 minutes and cost me $30. So so disappointed

The lady who did my nails didnt listen to what I wanted. She couldnt do more than basic painting. She cut me with the dremal and the place was very unclean.

I’ve been coming to Holiday Nails for years. I drive all the way from Livonia to get my nails done here. Great staff and my nails always turn out amazing. I typically get acrylics done here, because my nails are too thin and brittle for shellac. They do an amazing job and will continue to be a frequent customer. They also let you add tip on a card which is a HUGE plus since i never carry around cash!

I take my grandma here and they give awesome pedicures and with a good foot massage. Theres a lady there who does eye brows crazy well too! my eyebrows grow differently so I asked if she could fix me. she reshaped them perfectly within seconds. The best part is every couple months I get a pedi I ask her if my eyebrows need to be done and she will tell me yes or wait until next time theyre not that bad - cares about customers and is honest :) rare! I gave it 4 stars because I didnt like the manicure I got at all.

Me and my bff waited for an hour for a walk in but our nails turned out beautiful👍

I love coming here because I know my nails will be done exactly how I want them, I’ve rarely ever ran into an issue here minus the wait time.Be mindful when coming here ... you WILL be waiting a while, this isn’t an in and out place and they’ll tell you that you can just walk in and it’s no wait but baby... there’s ALWAYS A WAIT! that’s my only issue because I have to block out a few hours with being here. As far as the pedis make sure they are actually scrubbing your feet and doing what YOU want because of it was up to the lady who does pedis your feet would soak, she’d lightly scrub them ( forget about getting rid of callus,etc) and polish your feet. Dassit! No massage no nothing so just a little advice.

I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!! The whole time the lady was talking in a different language. After the guy doing my nails was done he saw one of my nails was messed up but he didnt care and but me under the dryer. When I was about to pay I was waiting and no one saw me. She was ON HER PHONE! TALKING TO ONE OF HER FRIENDS! I asked her to redo paint my nails and she did, because the other person did a horrible job. Then after an hour of them drying if I touch them they get messed up!! 😡

Horrible place!!! I’ve been here a few times and each time my nails were awful!!!! I got my nails done for halloween and they started falling apart the same week. I recently got my nails done, and the white turned yellow the same day. The nail tip shape was good but the polish was awful. The nail body shape was awful as well. Don’t go here.They rush and don’t know what theyre doing.

Absolute garage place. The girl was confused how to remove my shellac nail polish and she wore no gloves while attempted to remove it. Seriously? 🙄I would give them zero stars, but cant. Extremely disappointed.

They are always very nice,clean and will fit you in on a walk-in!

I would not recommend this place either!!! When you walk in they always tell you a FEW minutes, which always means more than 15 minutes. I have sat and waited longer than 15 minutes and then get so frusturated that I just have to walk out. I could be doing other things rather than sitting there allowing them to waste my time over and over again! They need to hire more nail techs!!!

Dont know what their doing shellac shouldnt come off after one day.

Worst acrylic fill ever, and expensive!! Half of my fingertips were stuck to the acrylic underneath the nail because she used way too much. She cut the side of my pinky finger with the dremmel file. Polish was all over the place, like completely colored outside the lines. Very disappointed. Wont ever go back.

Its been my place for the last year. Love all the nice people here.

New to the area and tried this place...wont go back. I got French tip acrylics and they were done poorly and the woman who did my nails was very pushy (to get more money). after a week, they have started to turn slightly yellow and have started lifting away from my actual nail.

I called on a Friday to make an appointment for a friend of mine for her birthday on Saturday. They said no problem. She and I came in & had to wait a little because they were backed up with everyone getting pedicures (no big deal). I decided at the last minute to get a full set (which for $25, I couldnt resist). I did have to wait and the line for everyone to get in was pretty long due to the short of staff and the amount of ladies getting pedicures. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry (I dont blame her). She didnt double check the length of my nails to see if they were all the same length which was my only complaint. The staff was friendly, place was clean.

Im done with this place. 2nd time this one lady did my toenails and messed them up. Sat in there 30 mins to let them dry. Guess what they still smudge up 2 hours later.

I thought with it being next to Holiday Market would be great its a long wait people working really pushy with their prices trying to get you to get more & More nails were done in a rush would not go back plus it took forever to dry

They are horrible. I always make an appt before going and end up waiting 30+ minutes with them telling me “just 5 more minutes” every 10 minutes.

Tammy is AWESOME.

Walked in without an appointment and wanted a full set. Showed the image of how I wanted my nails to look and they were spot on.

My nails look beyond awful, I wish I hadn’t been here at all.
