Lush is awesome. The service was great, the staff was nice and helpful as well. They are a very busy spa, but my mom and I walked in early and they were able to take care of us. The tech was so nice working with me on my nail color because we just couldn’t seem to find the color I was looking for and he was nice enough to redo it for me. The tech who did my moms did a beautiful job with her candy corn Halloween nails.I will definitely return to the place. Thanks for the awesome service.

Loved my time at the salon! I don’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails but she took her time. I got them done on April 23, 2021 but I was supposed to get a pedicure the same day but didn’t get it.

This was my first time visiting and I loved it. It’s so nice inside and everything is very hygienic. They take a lot of precautions for covid too. I felt like I was going to pay a lot for such a nice experience but the prices were very reasonable!!! They don’t have prices posted, so I took a picture for future customers to see. I highly recommend this place!!!

Dropped in for a girls day with my 6 year old and loved it! Very kind with the kids and did a great job on my gel pedicure and SNS. Very clean, beautiful salon and friendly staff.

My husband and I went there for pedicures for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised and how beautiful and clean it was. We got taken back right away and waited no time to get our pedicures started. The staff was very kind and the pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be returning and 10/10 recommend.

Everyone there is professional and friendly. Andrew did a fantastic job on my feet! There’s another who did my nails, I didn’t quite catch her name in the piece of paper but she works well with Andrew! She also painted my two year old daughter nails! The salon itself very clean and peaceful. Tranquility!

I went to LUSH Nail Bar a few weeks after it opened. I had recently gotten my nails done so I just went to see their skill and if they could do what I wanted. The receptionist was really sweet and told me that they could do what I showed her. I returned a week later when I was ready to get them done. I spoke to one of the male nail techs and he was so rude and barely looked at what I wanted before he said they couldn’t do it. Okay, that’s fine but I left after that. His energy was so off putting and the way he addressed me made me feel not welcome at all. Do better LUSH Nail Bar

Really wish i could leave no stars.. i usually never leave bad reviews but this place is unprofessional and poor timing. I got SNS a week ago and all of my nails are lifting and chipping. I called and requested them to be fixed and they gave me a time to come back and i waited a while until i had to ask if i was even going to be seen... very slow and poor quality. Won’t be returning.

Came in for the basic pedicure - it was the fastest pedicure Ive ever had in my entire life. I was seated and she was finished in 15 min flat. Poor & quick massage and I was left feeling like I completely wasted my money. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience! My nails look incredible and Kevin was wonderful, taking extra care with one that has a tendency to tear due to a previous injury. After several not-so-great experiences with other area nail salons, I will definitely be back to Lush as a regular patron!

I went to Lush Nail Bar on Wednesday and got a gel manicure…by Thursday some of my nails had started to lift/chip. The lady that did my nails was really rough while filing my nails which left some of them very thin and sensitive. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

An initial 10 min wait turned into a 35 min wait. No explanation given. No menu of services was offered. Feet never got to soak. Nails were clipped without asking length. Heels were scrubbed dry. Very weird. I would’ve paid for other services but nothing was said. Very disappointing experience. Will not return. Took less than 30 min. Just because place is new doesn’t make it better. Told my coworkers I was going there——wish I could say something encouraging about nail bar but am at a loss.

My husband and I went get a pedi. I’m a nail tech myself, so I got say that that the service was amazing. Definitely will be back. Thank you Andrew and Lynn

Never in my life have I had such a bad experienceI did not make an appointment, which I can’t complain about the wait time because I was a walk in, but when I was seated with the lady who was doing my nails and I explain to her what I wanted she said she could do it. She removed my nails and then applied the new acrylic nails, they looked horrible. It took her over an hour to just put on the powder. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 something years and never have I had such a bad experience. The nails were terrible, crooked bumpy uneven. Then I asked her to please remove the nails because I was unhappy, which she did but with a poor attitude. The manager was very polite and only charged me forThe removal. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and I have no nails. I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place at all

They are NEVER on time for appointments, the receptionist makes excuses for why they are not on time and blames other employees for why the schedule is not accurate, do not offer a customer friendly atmosphere (even tho there are a few employees who do seem nice), and did I mention that they are never on time?! My last manicure was also horrendous. The polish cracked because the employee put too many coats of paint on too fast. Plus the layers of paint did not match so you could see where the second layer stopped on top of the first layer. I will not be returning.

Update: Went back and had them fix my nails. The new girl did a great job.The Pedi was amazing. But my acrylics are a little messed up. There is a bulge on my thumb, a rough spot under one nail, my skin is stuck to my nails, and the polish is too thin in areas. I think my lady was rushed, but she was nice.

Mia is an absolute dream when it comes to pedicures. And very friendly and open. I’ve had my nails done by 3 different techs and each one was so good! My nails always look perfect and I’m very picky!

I’ve been going here since they opened back in the fall so several months. Since I started going here my nails have not held up. I do SNS & they break and peel off so easily now. Been getting my nails done for years at different locations and no issues. They are not making them thick enough or maybe they are using cheap dipping powder. I’ve told them they need to dip them several times to make them last. Very disappointed.

Waited for over 45 min after calling ahead and being told it was a 10 min wait. Nobody ever came to sit down and even start on my nails but they started on people who came in after me.The receptionist was very friendly but other than that very terrible customer service. I will not be returning

I’ve been here a few times. They were absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff who actually talk to you so no awkward silence haha. Lots of color selections! The only bad thing is they take a little longer than normal (but my nails always turn out amazing) and the prices are much higher than normal....

We had been using someone else for 3-4 yrs. Im very glad we came in today. We will be back. I was really surprised at the price for such good work. The place was very clean and they where playing great music. We will definitely be back.

I love this salon!! I go every time! Super affordable, amazing services, and beautiful interior! I’ve gotten acrylic manicures with gel and pedicures and have never been disappointed! They are great with designs too and can work off of a picture!

I’m sorry but this was a bad experience. I knew I was going to have a bad time when I saw my tech’s nails. His were all kinds of uneven and rough, and he did the same to mine. I got charged $15 to have acrylics removed, wherein at first he started by trying to pry the loose ones off by hand (something I could achieve for free if I wanted to destroy my nails). Once he split my nail and lifted my nail bed I yelped and asked him to please use the acetone, which was what I came in for in the first place. I told him to cut my bare nails all the way down, but he made them into this weird wide square shape with corners that stuck out a Ton, and it has made my nails more susceptible to damage. My nails also came out looking like a choice card for different lengths.Overall, I feel sorry for the business, but can’t recommend the experience.

First visit here. It was fantastic. Clean, well run, amazing mani pedi experience. Will continue using them.

I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone was so nice and had great customer service. I had an appointment and did not have to wait at all (other places make you wait anyways sometimes). Everything was clean, and I felt completely comfortable to be there. Moon did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her a pic from Pinterest, and she did them exactly how they looked in the pic. I will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been here twice now. First time, I did not get the manicure I asked for. I had nicely colored nails, but nasty cuticles. Second time, took a very long time but I accepted it because my nails were perfect. That was Friday. By Sunday two nails (SNS) had popped right off. It’s now Monday and I’m missing FIVE fingernails. They each came off so easily I didn’t even realize they were missing at the times they popped off. I paid $46 for a manicure that lasted less than 48 hours.

Where do I begin. Ive been coming here since December and most of the time I have a problem. Lately I have been seeing Katie and if it wasnt for the good job she does i wouldnt return! Today I walk in with my daughter, my daughter tells the girl at the desk that she has an appointment and then I attempt to say I would like a pedicure. She immediately cuts me off and starts talking to my daughter never acknowledging me 😡. To make matters worse someone purchased a giftcard for my daughter and we were told it would be at the desk, well they couldnt find it. I had to call the person who bought it and ask for the last 4 numbers of the credit card. I mean who would not put the name of the person using the card on it? Maybe its because theyre fairly new that they just dont seem to have their stuff together. Not to mention rude people working the front desk!

This was my first trip there. I called the same day and was able to get worked in. I was very nervous about using a new place but they made me feel completely comfortable and my nails look fabulous!! I will be using this place from now on! Definitely recommend

I scheduled 2 pedicures at 1:00 pm for me and my sister today. So we get there right at our appointment time. We were told to pick out a color ( which is the worst selection of colors i have ever seen). I was disappointed but no worries. Then we were asked to have a seat in 2 chairs. We were admiring how nice the place was decorated and how much money was spent to make it this way. By now its 1:25 pm and no water in the bowl and nobody was acknowledging us what so ever. (I saw a couple of times where they moved employees from one customer to another client and a hadnt even finished with their own client. Then putting another employee to finish the job). Which I personally think that is extremely rude. ( if and how do you tip). By now it is 1:35 pm and still no water. Finally the girl that sat us down turns the water on...First the water is so hot you could boil a chicken. And then we tell her and she adds cold water.....by 1: 40 pm the water is so cold and she didnt even put in the salts to help soften your feet.😡😡😡😡. Still we watch as we have nothing better to do. And still nobody acknowledged us to even say they would be with us shortly. At 1:48 pm I was thoroughly mad 😠. So me and my sister got up and was leaving. THEN someone came and said that we were next. My sister said we had places to be. That was because she was being nice. I on the other hand .....1. When someone makes a appointment. That usually means that they have plans. 2. If you are going to take walk ins they should be treated as such. You work around your appointment. 3. If you are running 5 or 10 minutes late tell the client. Communicate. Most likely they will understand. 4. Dont put a client with one person and change people when they are not finished. That tells me that you have employees that may be learning...ex: Mary can do everything but Sally hasnt learned how to do that...so you let Mary start and let Sally paint the nails...anybody can do that. I gave 1 star because I wanted to leave a review and you had to pick at least 1. Dont over promise and under deliver. Dont overbook. Communicate. Like I said the place is nice but sometimes it is the nice places that disappoint. Lack of customer service. I dont usually leave reviews but in this time right now. It is a luxury to have your nails done. So when I take the time to make an appointment that is something that I needed.

Service was trash. The technician did my nails in a hurry and my nails were poorly cut. It was my first time visit and it will definitely be my last.

I ask for ombre pink and white. My nails are mostly white u cant see pink. The lady who did my nails use the tool to sand them down and cut up my cuticles and fingers on both my hands . I will go back but not using her.

Horrible customer service! Came here after the positive reviews on Yelp. All the nail salons I have been too, usually welcome to the salon. Here, about ten ppl looked at me and did not say a word. I left after ten minutes of not being acknowledged. Went to Dream Nails were I got excited service!
