I came in to purchase a chain saw and hedge trimmers. John was the gentleman that helped me determine the right size of chain saw I needed and he was NOT your typical pushy salesman. He helped me choose the right equipment for the job, thoroughly explained what products I needed, and made the process very smooth. I bought a brand new mower and bagger from them last year. Was told bagger installation wasnt being charged. For some reason today. I was looking at the receipt while moving the files, and sure enough they charge 1700 dollars. Its my fault I didnt look, but didnt think I was getting takin advantage of. I trades a mower that I lost money on, to by this one. Im guessing they needed it cheaper. Im glad I bought this years mower from a different dealer, and was way cheaper as well.

Needed a commercial grade mower for my small business and all the staff were very friendly when i came in. Tom was great the entire time and he didnt push for the sale like a lot of other sales people do. He even helped me load it!

Cutter serviced my Honda walk-behind mower for the upcoming season. The mower was picked up and returned as promised, the mower was inspected thoroughly, only necessary service was performed and my mower hasnt looked this great since the day I bought it. You think Im calling these guys for annual service this coming winter? YOU BET!!!

I initially called regarding the speed of my rider mower and asked to have it fixed. I received a call stating that they found all these different things needed repaired and it would cost 650.00 to fix. Despite being a single woman I agrees to it. They finally brought my mower back and the initial problem was not addressed so my mower was still messed up. When I called in about my dilemma Mike said that they would come back out and pick the mower up free of charge and check it out. Months passed and I never heard from them. I called back and left a message but never received a return call. I finally gave up waiting and took my mower to Docs. This was my first time doing business with Cutter and obviously will be the last!!

Looking to buy new mower. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he did not have what we wanted in stock so did find one locally.

Upon entering the building you are welcomed with a very clean and organized shop and greeted by friendly service. I was asked what I was looking for and they showed me options that suited what I would use my purchase for. By the time I got there it was serviced ready to go. They helped me load it. It was a amazing experience. I took my Honda mower in for service last fall. Used it for the last cut of the year in Nov. and wanted it to be ready for this season. I started it for the FIRST time this year and it is surging. I called service and they told me first, I would owe a service charge and also they are about 4 week behind ! What kind of customer service is that ?? *update* After talking with Mike the service manager I took the mower back and they made everything right ! They even had it done the next day. Thanks Mike !! I will give them more of my business

They picked up my riding Lawn mower because it was blowing Smoke had It for 3 weeks said it was thoroughly checked and the problem was fixed Charge me $350. Brought the lawn more back and it was still blowing smoke took it Back had it another 3 weeks charge Me additional $479 to finally fix the mower . I believe I was overcharged because of their inexperience , I would not recommend them!!!

I recently had my mower in for spring service and when I received it back, I thought they gave me a new mower! It was clean, tuned up, and ready for the mowing season. Their process was easy to schedule, they picked it up at my house and dropped it off at the promised date. I would highly recommend them! Locally owned with very knowledgeable staff and great service is a big win in my book!

Service department policies for wanting a bench fee up front on warranty items is very poor. Is enough to keep me from ever going back

Cheapest around here for parts for my toro ,and they had the one in stock and ordered the other one on a Friday and it was in on Monday very happy with the quality of customer care I received here will be using this place for all my new equipment and parts from now on ...

I shopped at Cutter Power for a lawn tractor this spring. I got all the information I needed to decide what to purchase. The sales staff showed me how to operate the tractor and answered all my questions. I had a very minor problem after the tractor was delivered and they picked it up, made the adjustment and returned it the same day I called. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. When I needed to purchase a trimmer and some repairs done on my push mower, I contacted Cutter Power and experienced the same professional service. Thanks! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to repair or buy equipment.

Good customer service, average pricing with the similar company, They serviced my mower and was nice to skip the charge when checking a issue that was under warranty.

Spent over $1000 on a Stihl blower, chainsaw and weed wacker in one afternoon. Had trouble with the oiler on my MS271 and basically got laughed at. By the way ACE Hardware on Middlebranch is the spot for Stihl equipment!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Honda push mower from them last spring and used it maybe 10 times. It started locking up on me, so I had to take it in to get it service and they told me the reason it was locking up on me was because there was very little oil in it and that it would need a new engine. They told me that the warranty would not cover the cost, because it was customer neglect. I had to call Cutter multiple times, because they never let me know what was going on and never gave me any updates. Every time I called, I had to explain the situation and most of the time they just danced around the issue. The new engine cost $400 and after fighting with them for a couple of months about it I finally gave in. I will never step foot in Cutter Power Sales again, by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. You will be deceived and lied to. Highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Can you even buy a mower there? I have been in the showroom twice. Lots of equipment, lots of what looks to be store personnel, but after 15 min or so of looking around and no service I just left. Lots of mower dealers around. I just went somewhere else
