I called to inquire about having some some go-kart tires put on the rim. Mike made the suggestion I have tubes placed in them. I politely told Mike I did not want tubes put in at which point he called me nuts and i promptly hung up on him. Totally rude and unprofessional. Ill take my business elsewhere!

Mike’s Mowers repaired my sadly neglected husky riding mower and did a great job! It was delivered today and I immediately mowed my lawn. Worked like a charm. I highly recommend and plan to have another neglected mower repaired by them this winter!

My riding mower wouldnt start so I took it in and he said it would be a week and he called me back the next day and said it was done. When I took it in I told him I think its the carburetor but i didnt want to take it apart. Mike said he would charge labor for cleaning it but if it didnt work he would order a new one at $250 and I would still have to pay the labor for the cleaning and labor for installing the new one, I said no problem. $145 later he basically cleaned the carburetor without removing it at 1.5 hrs labor ($95) replaced the fuel filter $6, fuel line $6, $2 for battery hardware which didnt need replaced (no big deal), $36 for 2 new blades, which he did ask me b4 doing so. He tried to charge me an additional $10 for cleaning dried grass under the mower which I didnt request so he took it off the bill. I cant see him spending 1.5 hours on this especially with so many years experience he has, maybe 45 to 60 minutes the most because that was proven when he called back the next day and it was done. He said he also let it run for 30 minutes to clean it out with a fresh tank of gas. Maybe I paid for that 30 minutes?? When he said he cleaned the grass I told him he cant be charging customers for work that wasnt requested. I think this guys a character and needs to be watched if you give him work. He actually gets a 2.5 start for customer service because he severely overcharged me for cleaning my mower but he did fix my problem so I would recommend him but this guy needs to be watched. Kinda reminds me of a snake oil salesman because when I complained about his total price he told me I was expecting to pay $3-400 so I saved money. That gave him the impression to F me so he did. Just be very decisive on what you want done with this character. His labor rate of $65 per hour is cheaper than other more professional companies.

Very rude on the phone, after his experience, he should be able to give an estimated price on a push mower service told him it starts and quits , he still just could not.do it....had a place in mogadore free pick up and delivery, repaired in 2 two days, 79.95 complete service runs perfecto,and looks like new wow...beware of mike....
