My daughter and I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone is socially distancing and it’s a very clean place. But My nail tech Vanessa gets all the kudos for treating us so nicely and doing such a great job based off of pics she was shown for inspiration. Definitely 5 star experience!

I arrived for an appointment with a bridal party and sat in a pedicure chair for about 20 minutes after our appt time before a nail tech came over. I understand the salon is typically busy but we called and made an appointment weeks in advance. I also struggled to find the dip powder color I wanted as the samples they had to choose from were very messy and poorly made. After finally finding a color I liked I got my dip manicure and in less than 24 hours it is already chipping. Prices were also considerably more than other salons I have been to recently, and no card option to pay with. Will not be returning.

Best nail salon in the area! I have gotten my nails done at a million different places, and these techs know what they are doing. I have returned several times and never had a nail fall off. They do a great job and are very nice!

They did a good job with my pedicure! Our appointment started on time, but they seemed to be struggling with others due to the lack of staff or perhaps the mix of walk ins and appointment based customers. I would suggest for them to have 2-3 nail techs for walk ins and the rest for appointments! I’d also suggest for them to possibly consider accepting cards as that’s extra revenue they might be missing out on. They do have the IPads that work as card readers now so maybe in the future! Other than that, no complaints!

The nail tech went about and beyond in my experience. And the cost was very affordable. Definitely going to be my go to nail place

I always get scared walking into a nail salon for the first time but as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly smile. They were very clean and cautious because of COVID. I was asked very frequently if I liked my acrylic nails during the whole process. Everyone was friendly and talkative. I’m definitely going back!

Went in for a pedicure on a random day and had an amazing experience, have been going back ever since, for almost 2 years now.

Damaris and Vanessa always do such an amazing job with my nails. Very impressed with their skills and with their patience. I have been a client for almost two years. No one else does them so well.

Lindsays nail very un professional . Not friendly and to expensive and gives customers dirty looks . I will never go back there . Also they do a tearable gel job chips all the time.

My niece and I went to get pedicures and seems like they were in a hurry and we didn’t even get our pedicures done together so she was waiting for me. Also my nail tech made my one toe red because she wasn’t careful with the tool she was using. Won’t be back!!!

I went in to get a full set of acrylics but they look terrible. Not only are they extremely thick they are also lumpy and uneven. I asked for a bloody drip design for Halloween but they barely resemble that.She also left black residue from the polish all over my nails and didn’t clean itThe nails also arnt fully dried

Had an appointment made for 2 and only one of us had a chance to get our nails done. They dont have a lot of staff and dont know how to schedule people the right way. Other than that, they did a good job and they were very helpful and polite.

Ive never had a bad experience! Well worth it! My favorite, is they even offer kid services! Warm welcoming environment, and very clean. This is the only salon that Ive ever walked into and have not been blown over by the strong smell of acrylic, unless it is extremely busy there is no nail salon smell! I love Lindseys Nails! I always tell everyone about them whenever I get compliments on my nails! Which is every time I get my nails done! Thank you for all your great work!

I first started by walking in and waiting 20 minutes to get sat down, witch is normal for me because I never call and schedule and appointment.When I do got sat down at a nail table, this guy comes and sits down at the table and is looking around at other people, glances at his phone, and is like procrastinating to get started with my nails. When he did start he never said hello, just “what you need ?”...I showed him a reference picture and said short, acrylic, with white polish....he proceeds to file my nails start with my service. Long story short he took an hour and 35 minutes to put my nails on, he said “oops” 4 times while doing my nails. He told me I want my acrylic nails to short, and when I I have a wide eyed look over to the owner for help, she started talking to him in a different language and never even bothered to come over and check on her obviously NEW employee. I then took it into my own hands and told him I think one of my nails is lumpy, he quickly looked and told me no, I asked him to take another look at a different angle and he rolled his eyes and said I’ll file again!. After I placed my money on his desk, with tip, he never even looked up at me to acknowledge a goodbye or NOtHInG ! I left with white paint all over my fingers, all of my nails were a different square shape, and disappointed.

Great place great people. this place is gorgeous and warming inside. they do an amazing job and they have good prices and get pretty much any design you can ask for they can do. never can go wrong with them.

The salon is clean, inviting and easy to spot from the road. My nails didnt turn out exactly how I wanted them to, but thats fine. They still look great. I got coffin-shaped acrylics, and they are a bit misshapen. I am however very grateful that they got me in for a full set an hour before they close. It was a pleasant experience and I will return.

It can be a hit or miss here.I loved lyn but she is no longer there. In my opinion there is better nail salons kiddie corner from each other like I love ANDYS! In tj maxx plaza or VICKI nails is also great too!

I brought my mother-in-law here last weekend. Sadly, I cant say a single good thing about this place.They take appointments but I dont know why. They are half an hour or more behind schedule. Our appointment was for 1:30 but we didnt get done for close to two hours. She got a pedicure, I got a manicure but most of our time there was spent waiting on someone to be available for her pedicure.They were unfriendly, which should have been enough to turn around but we didnt. I was hoping the end product would at least be worth it. What a mistake.For $33 (plus tip; my mother-in-law is way too giving), I got such a low quality gel manicure that when I went in to show them how badly the gel was peeling, they denied that it was even possible that Id had them done the previous weekend. She said, and I quote, That looks like it was done two weeks ago. Yes, that was my point. Them calling me a liar aside, their acknowledgement that it is quite bad should have spurred them to act. It did not. These people dont stand by their services, obviously for a reason.They asked who did my nails, so I said the gentleman had. He looked at my nails for a split second and then walked away without uttering a single syllable.I asked if they could fix them for me, they said no, Id have to pay them to do it all over again. You can pick another color and well do it again. Why would anyone elect to pay them even more money for a service they wont stand behind?The experience itself wasnt even pleasant. They dont pay anyone to answer the phone so if youre lucky enough to have your nails done during a busy period by the gentleman sitting by the phone, your manicure is interrupted every few minutes as he turns away to schedule more appointments than they can remotely handle. Which I am sure they know is behind a drop in the quality of their work.If they had been willing to work with me instead of implying I am a liar it would have been fine. I understand its rough when youre busy but a total denial of culpability followed by a greedy grab for more money is shameful. If there is any doubt as to the state of my nails and/or when I was there, Im attaching photos.

By far the best nail salon in Canandaigua. Would never go anywhere else. But wouldnt let anyone past the fifth table do my nails.

Have been looking for a new place to do my nails , when I stumbled on Lindsey Nails . I read all their reviews as well as the competitors. They had the highest reviews. I walked in yesterday and this is my new favorite place . Its clean , the staff are polite, caring & knowlegable . Prices are reasonable . Huge assortment of colors both gel & regular polish . They take only cash , but have an atm on premises. Cant wait for my next appointment !!!

First and last visit was yesterday. It was awful. Everything felt grimy, employees are exceptionally rude to customers.Mediocre (at best) mani pedi.

Salon is nice, service was good, always busy- last experience here was not the best not sure if my guy was new but my toes hurts afterwards he dug and filed at them like no one before, was afraid I might end up with an infection as sore as they felt and with the swelling that occurred the next day or so, I wont be back- but have had good experiences here before ...........

Ive gone a couple of times and Im not super impressed. The lady who did my feet was way too rough and it hurt. No part of it was relaxing. My water was room temperature, and I just couldnt relax at all. When I had my nails done, they were crooked and misshapen. My toes however looked nice.

Love this place, have been getting my nails done here every 3 weeks for years and have never had any problems.

I got my nails done here yesterday and the place was nice but the lady that did my nails was just all around rude. I wanted almond shaped nails and she made them all crooked. When I told her one was crooked she just kept shaking her head at me like she was annoyed and told my its not the nail, my finger is crooked. Worst nail experience I have ever had. I Will never come here again, and I most definitely would not recommend to a friend.

I recommend Lynn. She is amazing. I bring in photos of what I want and she does it better than the photos.

For years I’ve gotten my nails done in Rochester and always disappointed. I got my nails done here and three weeks later they still look great!

Have been going to Lindseys since they opened. The owners Eric and Chelsie are very nice and want to please their customers. I have had several do my nails and pedis and never had a bad experience and I am very , very fussy. My tech is Damaris and she is by far the best I have ever had....funny, friendly and knows her stuff. If u have a bad experience the owners need to know. How can it be fixed if they dont know.

My review is based on two separate visits I had with this business where an appt was made in advance for myself and my daughter in law to get our nails done at the SAME time. The first time they did not take us at the same time...it was about 15-20 minutes apart and we had no further appointments so we let it go. The second time I made an appt. I was very clear that we had somewhere we needed to be and needed to be done at the same time. We arrived and they started my nails right away. When I questioned when they would be doing my daughter in laws they ignored me. I actually had to get up and ask the girl I made an appt with if she took our information correctly. She said she did and brought the book to the owner Chelsie, who was ignoring me... Chelsie said you overbooked then... and Vanessa said no I didnt...and nothing was done to correct the issue. No apology nothing.... Ive been coming here for over 2 years because the nail techs are awesome but I will not be going back again. My daughter in law was not able to get her nails done because by the time they took her in there would not be enough time to make our next appt. Not to mention we had a sitter watching her children. I had to come in two days later because one of my nails broke and they had yet another chance to apologize and make things right and did not. As a matter of fact the owners who I have done business with for the last few years didnt say a word to me.... but greeted everyone else who came in. Terrible terrible way to treat your customers. Looking for somewhere else to go in Victor as I will NEVER return to LINDSEY NAILS.
