Best place to go for your hair!! Love Daisie!!

The quality and professionalism was outstanding! Something I did notice was how diligent they are about cleanliness. They were cleaning and disinfecting everything, floors and surfaces between clients. In these times this is very important.

Im Thankful for Icon Salon & Daisie! They are all the best. I had an appointment yesterday and its obvious this salon is very aware of COVID-19 cleanliness, from the moment i walked in, they did a temperature check. The salon is layed out spaciously. Then i couldnt help but noticed everyone was wearing masks and then constantly cleaning, spraying and wiping down everything. (the styling chairs, hair washing sinks/ chair, credit card device, pen)Some might feel they were carrying it a bit too far (the cleaning), but not me, they did a great job! You can NEVER be too careful these days!Oh Yeah I Love my hair!! Thanks Daisie!

What an incredible experience. Called Monday am as a new customer. I called after reading the reviews. Daisy squeezed me in because I was headed out of town and I was treated like a queen from the moment I arrived. Daisy spent 3 times more time helping me than they said she had when I called. (She was fully booked for the day) I received an excellent cut, color and style, reasonably priced, given the location and the great staff. Helpful suggestions and an absolute commitment to making sure you walk out happier than when you arrived. Mission accomplished!! So pleased. Thank you for going the extra mile and providing great service!!!

I love Icon. Ive been going since they were still on Main Street. The ladies are knowledgeable and talented and skilled. Its a fun atmosphere. The prices are fair for the things they do!

Absolutely LOVE the new location! It suits the professionalism of the staff! I indulged in a facial with Tina and am still in heaven 24 hours later! Cant wait for my next appointment! Very impressive!

I am always really nervous when starting with a new stylist, but I am so happy I made an appt with Icon Salon. From the moment I walked in, Daisie made me feel super comfortable and I had a great experience. She’s a hair genius. I definitely will be going back!

I have been visiting Daisie and her staff for over 25 years. I always look forward to my next cut here. I get exactly what I want, and the atmosphere is so comfortable. Never a dull minute here. Not your Moms salon!

Daisy has been my hairdresser/beauty consultant for years!!! More than I would like to admit - and I have trusted her to make all of my hair care decisions relating to cut, color, products - you name it. She has never steered me wrong - on the contrary - I look better at the age of 40 than I ever have. She has an amazing eye - and I am now bringing my 3 year old son to her. He tends to be on the shy side - but not with Daisy! She is wonderful with me - she is wonderful with my son and going to her salon is a treat.

Disappointing Experience. My son was married in Canandaigua, so we searched online for a salon with good reviews to do our hair and makeup for the wedding. Mother of the Groom, two bridesmaids and the flower girl. As it turned out, the hair was done OK for stylists we didnt know, but we ordered and confirmed the bridesmaid package for 3 adults, which included Hair and Make-up. However, we did not have a make-up appointment..so they said. What other bridesmaid package is there????? We left with less than one hour to get to the hotel, dress, apply our own make-up and make it to the wedding on time...The stylists were OK, but the receptionist was quite rude, when we asked what happened, since we had spoken with them 3 days before to confirm the appointment, she just said we didnt make the correct type of appointment??? Would not recommend this salon. Does no one have manners?? Even a simple, I am sorry we misunderstood would have gone a long way!

I recieved a gift certificate for Christmas to go and be pampered at Icon. Pampered I was! Everyone was so warm and welcoming from when I made my appointment to when I left this afternoon.I got my hair tried and colored and along the way I got a my face clensed and some makeup on! I left feeling like a kid that just got full range to Strong National Museum of Play (thats for you Daisy!).Thanks to everyone who made my Monday better :)

Daisie gets me... I barely have to tell her what I want my hair to look like, shes super intuitive and so good at what she does. I dont go anywhere else anymore.

It seems from some remarks that those people are used to Hairzoo and Supercuts! Daisie and her brilliant staff take the time necessary to do it right! Their main concern is the condition of your tresses and they do everything possible to make it perfect! Most people change their stylists because they dont want change! I stay with Icon because change is good and they know when the client needs it. Excellent customer service - have a great time every appointment. Love them!

She did not know what she is doing. I had a terrible color service! The parking is just as bad...I do NOT recommend this salon...they call themselves a spa and that a joke too.

Dasie and her staff are a step above. I could not ask for a better cut or a more accommodating group of people to work with. It took me almost a year for find this salon but they get my business from now on. I highly recommend Dasie and her staff. If you are looking for a Super Cuts or other amateurish quickie place dont bother, these are well trained, quality stylist and everyone who walks in becomes a friend no numbers or Simon Says system here.

1:00 appointment turned into a fiasco Daisy spent all her time talking to her friends and trying to sell me junk. Will not be returning. Unfit to groom dogs.

Hated my cut and color at first, but my hair has grown out beautifully.

They dont know what they are doing and they over price for hair color, they are inconsistent they looked at my friend and told her $90 for her hair color and when she was done they told her $156 and they didnt even use the right hair color she asked for, after they read her review they chased her telling her to change her review bc it made the salon and daisies reputation look bad

Wanted a haircut and it turned out awful Im pissed and my head looks like a thumb
