Lady seemed like she had never done acrylic as she used so much monomer on my nails. Didn’t even make them even or smooth and edges are not clean. Also tore up my cuticles. Not a good experience at all.

Took her time, listened to what I wanted, and was so kind. They’ve got a new customer that’s for sure!

August 4th 2021: If zero stars was an option. I’ve gotten my nails done here many times and it’s usually okay. Except for when I get one specific nail tech. I always make appointments ahead of time and on a different occasion they took me in an hour and 45 minutes after the scheduled time. But today I went in to get my nails taken off. The nail tech clipped the corners off my acrylics then took a plastic nail tip to try and run it under my acrylics to snap them off whole. When this didn’t work he took toenail nippers and snapped them off piece by piece which was very painful. When he got to my thumb he tried to take off too big of a chunk off acrylic and split my nail down the middle vertically and horizontally. And his solution to this? Put nail glue over it and continue on, which can cause an infection. He then tried to use his electric drill over it which was incredibly painful so I pulled my hand away. Then he tried to use his hand file on it instead. At this point I got up and walked away trying not to burst into tears. And I still had to pay for this service. Completely unprofessional, unclean and a totally incorrect method of taking off acrylics.August 5th 2021: when I tried to call the salon to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else I was hung up on and told it was my fault. I tried to call again thinking I got caught up in the phone line and it was accidental but was hung up on again.

I made an appointment for my sister and I for 10am on Sunday May 30, 2021 (I called 3 weeks in advance). It was my sisters 50th birthday and we wanted to get pedicures together. We arrived at 10am and were asked to wait. The lady prepped the chairs and called us back about 5 minutes later. Then she presented us a folded up, crumpled pedicure order form. We both chose the spa pedicure ($48 each). The lady immediately started working on my pedicure while my sister sat there with no attention. No one ever came over to start my sisters pedicure until mine was almost finished. I asked the lady a few times if someone would be starting her pedicure and she never answered. She even did my pedicure a little backwards: painted my toenails Before massaging my legs and feet and applying the hot stones. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

4 days and we all need fills and my daughters has a big hard bump in one. The other girl has a wavy fingernail. These are fake nails!

We walked in without an appt, so we waited. The staff was pleasant and thanked us for waiting. They did a fabulous job even though they worked almost an hour past closing.

Best pedicure ever!

We stopped in on a Sunday to get 3 pedicures. One was my 7 year old daughter. They were so sweet and kind to her. Best pedicure I have had and decided to get a manicure in and talked my mom into one too. Loved the manicure.Place is clean and welcoming. The chairs for pedicures give amazing massages. So many color choices and services. As long as they keep this up, Im a customer for life.
