These guys will charge you upfront and then will hire a different towing company to do the work, probably dont even have tow trucks and just a middle man to take your hard earned money. They made us wait for over 3 hours insisting that driver is few miles away and when a tow truck finally showed up it had a different name on its truck. When asked why he showed up so late he said he was doing something else and told people that he wont be able to get there for a while. If you need a tow service might as well call a real towing company because these guys charge you extra to hire a real tow company for you.Also people in their office said that they dont know where the driver is exactly and few seconds later said that driver cant use his phone because he is driving on a highway, if she doesnt know where the driver is then how come she knows pretty precisely that he is driving on a highway. I guess its convenient for them to come up with more lies instead of telling the truth in a first place.

Never had to get a tow before but I guess there is always a first for something but this was on a bad day where my insurance was having issues getting someone to me and I had my kids in the car so i decided to start calling tow companies because my insurance informed me that if I get a tow company to tow me then I can pay the tow myself and then the insurance will reimburse anyways This company was great they came and towed my car they were affordable and the driver was very nice made sure the car was secured and you can tell he knows what he was doing overall pleasant experience on a bad day.

If you want to pay extra for slower service then call them, Im sure they can set that up for you
