Unfortunately for me, I’ve found myself needing to go to an auto body shop way too often lately, for a couple of my own mishaps, however, I’m glad this is the shop I chose every time. The staff is amazing and my car is always in the best shape possible when I get it back.I’ve been there’s so many times, that we all joke about how familiar my face is. Huge shout out to Maria Lopez, Angela Soto who are sooo very helpful with any questions or concerns I have, when I’m calling the shop a million times. James Quindiagan is also very nice and helpful when I walk into the office.Def bring your car here for all your repair needs, they’re super quick and will have your vehicle in and out!

My family has been getting our cars fixed at Car Care Autobody for years. They do a great job aways, and the staff are very professional and amiable. My last visit was for a scrape of the side of the car, which I got by being too close to the garage opening. I thought I would need a paint job, but James and Jose buffed it up at no charge. Car Care Auto Body & Refinishing did an excellent job with the repair of our vehicle. Tyra, James, Maria, Angela, Jennifer, and the rest of the crew went above and beyond for us. Exceptional customer service was given from start to finish including direct involvement and communication from the shops owner Willie. Here is is why I felt they did and exceptional job and went above and beyond:1. They coordinated Hertz to come to the shop to pick me up to get a rental car and then accepted the car return at their shop upon completion..2. Unlike the first shop I was referred to by AAA (Progressive Collision Repair, SJ), Car Care Auto Body & Refinishing provided a much better plan of attack by blending multiple panels instead of simply replacing and painting one door skin. (Not to mention the estimator was extremely rude to me at Progressive and didnt even bother to follow up with me regarding the estimate...)3. Car Care worked with me to take care of a small other area on the car unrelated to the accident which I really needed to repair.4. The entire office staff were in constant communication via email and phone calls throughout the duration the car was in their possession.5. Due to an unforeseen issue with receiving the door skin part, our repair was unfortunately delayed a week. However, they were extremely apologetic despite this not being their fault. They even offered to pay any additional fees for the rental car if we incurred any due to the delay. (This was totally unnecessary yet exceptional customer service)6. The technicians performed an unbelievable repair with absolutely seamless blending of old to new paint.7. As an added bonus... they are even open on Saturdays until noon for customers that have a difficult time getting to the shop on a weekday.If youre looking for a great shop with absolutely no worries about your car, then definitely take your car to Car Care Auto Body & Refinishing!Thanks so much for taking such great care with both our car and our additional repair request. Great workmanship and customer service. My minivan got hit by a trainer and had bumper and side door damaged over the holidays. Hard to find rentals and service during that time. Did a good job on my car. They would keep me updated on the process.When they mean they’re going to do a deep clean they really do mean it. My car looks like it just came out of the dealership.

Have been to Car care a couple of times. Worked with Matthew and found him to be pretty knowledge. He took a few photos of the damage and send out the estimate the next day. When I dropped the car off, he explained the work that would be done and the parts that need to be replaced. He also sent out emails periodically with updates. The car looked great after the work was done. Great work by Car care! They even washed the car before delivery.Jennifer (at the front desk) made arrangements for rental pick up and drop off.Tip: If you have a rental through Hertz, you can leave the car at Car care. They pick it up from there.

AAA approved repair shop. Had my car fixed years ago, and now my wifes car needs some body work after a tree fell on it in the driveway.

A couple times they have given me rides home when I need to leave my car there longer than planned. It has been a nice addition to the great service I already receive.

Car Care Auto Body & Refinishing had my vehicle ready right on schedule. The body work done on my car was excellent and the quality of the work was very evident.

Dont take your car here. They scratch it and then say they didnt do it. I have pictures that show there was no damage on the area when it was dropped off and Matt said it was there before hand. Needless to say I didnt leave my car here for them to do the work. I have reached out to the BAR and will be taking them to court.
