I love this dentist office and love Dr Go. Everyone that works there is kind friendly and helpful truly awesome group. The doctor is the best I’ve ever seen, she is thorough kind gentle friendly helpful. She has everything you want in a dentist. I’ve been with them for several years and recommend her to everyone I know. she always has time for me and their office always schedules when I want them or need them to be available. This office cares about The people she sees, it’s all 100% for the benefit of the customer.

Ive always had a lot of dental issues throughout my life, and need a lot of work done as a result. Of all the dentists Ive ever been to, Dr. Go and her amazing staff have been by far the best. I would 100% recommend Dr. Go to anyone and everyone! In fact, right after my apt with her, I went back to work and told all my staff they have to change dentists ASAP! Dr. Go is kind and gentle. I usually have a huge fear of dental work, but this was a breeze. And apparently I had a HUGE filling fixed. She is amazing! Her staff is friendly and the office is gorgeous.

I definitely recommend going to Orchard City Dental for your Invisalign. Yelena was outstanding in her customer service and communication. She made it super easy for me by making sure all the forms were filled out before coming in. Vanessa was extremely nice and professional. She made sure I was good during the teeth scan. Dr. Go gave her honest opinion and explained to me in specific detail about the process and why the treatment will be good in the long run. I appreciate everyone there.

I really enjoy orchard city dental. I used to hate the dentist but I started going here and they have changed that for me. They care about your well being and comfort. Plus I love the decor and the tvs are a nice touch if you get anxiety and need a good distraction.

This office has to be the nicest one out there. They’re so efficient always asking if your alright when working on your teeth. Everyone always explains everything prior to doing something. COVID-19 protocols followed to the tee and going beyond my expectations. If you are nervous about visiting a dentist pick Dr. Go and her staff you won’t be disappointed.

Been going to dr go for about a year. Very covid aware with many precautions and safety measures in place. Very nice office, well decorated, very clean. All exam rooms have doors for privacy and covid safety. Staff are very professional , yet easy going, friendly. I feel very comfortable there. I have always gotten excellent care, and I have had a couple different very involved procedures and all went well.

What an amazing crew and office here! I have pretty high anxiety with dentist visits due to my previous experience which I voiced and they kindly listened to and took everything I said with care. Trina was the first to take me back to the exam room where she did my first initial exam and x-rays along with a cleaning. Dr. Go came in and went over everything with me and made sure we went over every detail and every question I had with no judgment.The office is very clean and they have special protocols before you go in which is very nice. I have to say 16 minutes into my visit my nerves calmed so much. I want to sincerely thank Trina and Dr. Go so much for making my first visit with them painless. My visit was very relaxing. Personal TV, massage chair and music. And the heated bidet in the bathroom, was a nice experience. Not to mention, the staff is very friendly.

From the start, Dr. Go’s front office team reached out to me quickly to get scheduled and they were able to get me in within a matter of days. I received a link to complete my paperwork online almost immediately after the appointment was made. As a result, I didn’t have to worry about filling anything out at my arrival.I was brought back immediately by her assistant (sorry I couldn’t remember her name!). Dr. Go came into the room within minutes, did a quick exam and thoroughly explained what she was able to take care of that day. I had chipped my front tooth a few days prior and needless to say, was feeling self-conscious. She was able to do a bonding for me and I was out the door in an hour’s time from start to finish.I need to go through ortho treatment, so I won’t be able to have a permanent crown or veneer just yet, but am fully confident in Dr. Go’s abilities and if my temp looks this good, I can’t wait to see what the permanents will look like!Thank you Dr. Go and team!

Orchard city dental provides me with the best dental experience. The office staff and decor is so welcoming. Making and changing appointments is so easy. State of the art technology is used throughout the office. I got my Invisalign done by Dr.Go. Before moving forward, she was very thorough with explaining to me what to expect throughout the process. The renders of my teeth before and after gave me assurance that Invisalign was going to be well worth it. 20 weeks later, I’m so glad I got it done. Very clean and modern office. They accept my Cigna PPO insurance, which is a big plus. Dr. Go, Crystal, Prescilla were super attentive, asked me about my lifestyle and recommend a night guard to prevent more tooth erosion. Overall A+ experience.

The dentist spent a total of about 5 minutes with me. She tried to up-sell me on services ranging from $400-$4,000, without really explaining the difference or need. I asked the dental hygienist if the dentist would be coming back to explain, and she just said no. The teeth cleaning was fine, but the dental hygienist asked me the same personal question twice even though I answered and seemed very ditzy.

I am one of those who dreads going to the dentist and is absolutely scared of them as well. Today was the best experience I have ever had visiting a Dental Office. My hygienist Crystal was super sweet and gentle. She went over my xrays and gave me advice great advice on issues Im having with flossing and teeth that are hard to reach. She did excellent job on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Go was very sweet as well. Overall she gave me a good report, which blew me away because I was expecting the worse. I havent seen a Dentist in over 6 years. So glad my coworker referred her Dentist to me. Oh my goody bag is AWESOME!

’ve been dragging my feet on finding a new dentist in my area but knew I needed to make an appointment. After quite a bit of research online I contacted Dr Go’s office. The office staff was very responsive and helpful. They were able to get me in for X-rays and a cleaning right away. They follow up with reminders by text which is very helpful. As soon as I entered the office I found the staff and office very pleasant. I pay attention to detail and the decor and amenities in the office are very nice. They have water, coffee, hot cocoa and little extras in the waiting area. The office is modern and clean. The assistant, Laura was very friendly and professional. She put me at ease right away. I watched TV in the chair while she took the xrays. Dr Go came in, did the exam and did the cleaning herself. She was also very kind, friendly, careful and professional. I also was informed that there were massage chairs, WiFi and phone chargers that I may use when I visit. Wow! Honestly, my appointment experience was excellent. I have a follow up scheduled for next week and am so thrilled that I’ve found a new dentist that seems to provide excellent care. A big bonus is that they are in-network with my insurance provider so I’m thrilled. I would highly recommend this dental office.
