Honestly at the end of the day it was my fault why i got towed i knew i was taking a risk. So when i came to pay to get my car back i kept my mouth shut and took it on the chin. But when i came back to my car the front plastic part where the shifter is was popped off, they threw my iced coffee from the morning on my seat with water mixed with coffee all over it. I know this is going to aound dumb but a few days later i had went to a party and before i walked in i went to spray some cologne and bam it was missing a $175 bottle of cologne gone. I had talked to the dispatcher and he told me contact Mike the owner which i havent done yet but lets be real i have no proof other than why would they need to break in to my car to tow it..Makes no sense to be honest

About as much as you can expect from parasites who have nothing better to do with their lives than ruin people’s days. I was parked in an apartment lot which I am subleasing for the summer to move boxes in. The current tenant had not provided a parking pass yet after requesting it several times. I parked there because I was moving heavy boxes. I came out and my car was gone and they wouldn’t hear anything about my pending pass because they’re too unintelligent to have any sympathy in situations like this.

I had parked on the side street to run in and grab a parking badge from the front desk, when a truck hooked me on a patrol. I even came out right as he drove off luckily and saw the truck. When I called up the dispatch was extremely fair and professional hand understanding of my plight.Due to the weather the driver even brought the car back fto the location! Real stand up guys, thanks so much!

Quick and actually not expensive compared to other towing places.

I am going to tell you my story. It was 11:00pm I had to move my car because following day it was cleaning day in front of my house. So I took my car and drove around the my book to find a place, not even one single place. I drove like for one hour even around 1 - 2 miles away and the same. Until I found a place, that had a temporal no parking between 8am and 4pm on 14th. I check my clock to confirm the day and it was 14th at night. So I thought it was fine to park. But guess what!!... It was 12:02, I did not realized I had been looking for parking place for more than one hour, beginning the 13th at night and finishing 14th in the morning in the rush I did not realized, it was after midnight so it was 14th in the morning not 14th at night!! Of course next day, my car was not there any more, it would be great to receive any call, SMS or email when your car is towed, here is a safe place, but still, I mean it was my first time. Summary of my Story... 100 dollars towing and 25 dollar a ticket of the police. 125 to continue my life. The Towing place was okay, fast service. I was mad and sad for my stupidity, but they just did their job. Remember it is 35 dollars for additional day. So pick up your car as soon as possible to avoid additional costs. If a recommend them? It is not nobodys decision :)

Towed my car to a store I went in too parking came back my car was gone and when I called the lady hung up on my first and was extreme hostile. Had to walk about 27mins from the location in the rain to go to a nearest atm because they only did cash. The price is also listed as $100 but they ended up making be pay $161 which was for my bills to them telling me $18 for a 2.3 miles and $35 for service fee which is completely ridiculous.

My car was towed from B & B at a place where I was a customer. I went inside for a drink but the machine was broke and my car was towed immediately. I understand that B & B towing is running 24/7, but I went into the business, therefore I am a customer. No one even wanted to check the cameras prove I went inside. So disappointed!

The lady whos over the phone got an attitude..You shouldnt keep any employee with attitude like that. I hope this experience will lead you to take action and steps to ensure that this situation doesnt repeat itself.

B&B you have a heartless staff member! A nurse came over to my house to administer medication just 10 minutes and came out to discovered the car was hooked I begged the staff member but was so rude and absolutely heartless even when I was telling him about my sick child he didnt care! The cambridge police showed up and they understood my situation even if they couldnt do anything at least they showed me and my family how sincere they are and that they showed me sympathy. We paid $100 for 10 minutes.

These guys stole my car, Im out of work due to covid-19 my wife is still recovering from the effects and I have no idea how Im going to make ends meet. They took my car and charged me $100 to get it back.

My car had a bad accident and they towed it for me. In the midst of the drama, I never got my electronics (Garmin GPS system, phone charger, etc.) out of the compartments before they towed it. Also, I didnt want to carry all of that stuff around with me at that dramatic time. After the accident in the midst of the drama, I did however get out my phone, registration, and some paper work that was in my glove compartment. Why were all of my electronic things gone when I visited my wrecked car at their yard a couple days later?! I couldnt believe how blatantly unapologetic they were when I confronted them too! The lady at the front desk said that I needed to talk to the main guy that drives the tow trucks. I forget his name. (Hes about 40 yrs old, almost six feet, white guy with black hair.) I then talk to him. He said that they didnt do it. He said that it must have been the police that arrived on the scene that took my things. I couldnt believe he blamed police officers for my missing electronics! I was there with my car the whole time before it got towed! The police never entered the inside of my wrecked car when they arrived on the scene. Whats even more crazy is how the inside of my (glove and middle) compartments looked. It looked like a scene straight out of a movie where someone comes home and finds that their house was ransacked by thieves because only the expensive things are gone and all of the cheap things are thrown around the house (in my case the house is the compartments in my car, and the expensive things are my electronics that were once in those compartments). Not only did B & B towing steal from me but they lied about it and had the audacity to say that it must have been the police that took it ... even though I was there with police the whole time before my car was towed. (P.S., the police report makes no mention of any officer checking the inside or getting inside my vehicle.)

Way too expensive. police told me it was free for me to tow to that location because the pd would pay for it. Car stayed for 2 days had to pay 450+ dollars, I would have chosen roadside assistance instead

Even though, I had to pay lots of money to pick up two cars (100% my fault), they were super nice and friendly about it. I enjoyed the experience and thats hard to say when youre paying hundreds of dollars to pick up your cars.

They towed my car from the visitor parking at the Royal Belmont Apartments. I called them and tried to explain how my car was towed from visitor parking. The person was extremely rude on the phone, and he hung up the phone. We went there with my wife and friend. They didnt even bother listening to us. They said, We are going to make you arrested. We end up with calling 911. Two officers came, and they said it is better to talk to the manager tomorrow. So, my friend gave us a ride home. Next day, apartment management emailed my friend that it was a mistake. I went to the towing place, and get my car with no charge. I tried to talk to the manager. (Mike) I just wanted to explain how rude his staff was, but he didnt want to listen to me. So, people here are extremely rude.

These guys are really nice. Obviously it sucks to pay to get your car out after being towed but, as another reviewer said, having them be so friendly softens the blow. Decent guys willing to help you out in any way they can. Frank about costs. Cash only.

Watched them tow a car from 7/11 and the driver was a customer! Its not professional to tow a car and not know how long the customer has been inside. I hope they get their justice!!

I got my car towed for street cleaning, which sucked. These guys are far away from where I live too, but I was very happy with how quick and professional the guy on duty was. It only took a few minutes to get my car back. Although I hope not to ever come back here, it was definitely a professional experience.

Excellent experience despite my own stupidity in having TWO vehicles towed for street cleaning on the same day. They helped me jump TWO dead batteries (at no cost) and charged me only the car rate for towing our huge box truck- much appreciated!

Dont believe a word they say, and dont expect any consideration! B&B said they had towed my car overnight, but they hadnt actually. I needed a tow, spoke with the evening dispatcher who took my info and said they would tow it overnight. In the morning my garage didnt see it, and B&B said they had towed it and the garage should just look around more. They said they were calling both of the drivers who had been working overnight, but that neither of them would wake up and answer. Turns out the car was still on the street, now with a parking ticket. I had lots of extra costs for transport on top of the ticket, because my car didnt get fixed when it could have been if they had done their job. When I called to tell them wed found the car and they had never towed it, they didnt apologize at all (there were a couple of gaps in the conversation where a Im sorry this happened would have been very natural), and said they would go tow it right away. I asked for a complementary tow given the hassle their failure had caused me, and they declined. I found another tow company.

I was in active labor, and they still charged me the impound fee. They had possession of my car for less than an hour. I was parked in front of my ob-gyns office when my car was towed, and I was there for less than 10 minutes. The doctors office told me to immediately go and check in at the labor and delivery ward at Mount Auburn, which is when I found out my car had been towed. I had to take a taxi to the tow yard and when I got there the guy behind the desk waved me off and let me know he has four kids and assured me Ill be fine. He then charged me $100. My contractions were one minute apart.THATS why I gave you a one star review, Owner.

Best service in the towing industry

AAA sent out one of these guys to jump my girls car. Her battery was dead because the lights were left on overnight.The dude gets out, and immediately tests the battery, despite my saying that the battery is fine, just dead. He then proceeds to try to jump it using a low-grade jumper pack. It doesnt have enough power in it to turn the starter, and it fails.He radios into dispatch, and is advised to try cables. He breaks out a set of cables that hook up to a quick disconnect coming out of the bed of the truck. He clamps them on the battery and I get no power in the dash. Nothing. I say Hey, uhh, I dont think these cables work and he says rudely well they worked fine yesterday. After a couple futile attempts to start the vehicle with absolutely no power, he then suggests that something else must be wrong and offers to tow us somewhere. I decline, and send him on his way. I go and buy a set of jumper cables, hook them up to my car, and my girls car immediately fires up. Dont hire people to jump car batteries if they dont know how to do it.

It is tough to do what they do. When they come out to rescue you in the middle of the night youre happy to see them. When you do the wrong thing and get towed not so much. Its all a matter of perspective. These guys work hard and try not to take people down.

They towed my car overnight for no reason and want to say it was trespassing. Told them it was a rental the landlord already knows. This is unacceptable. I had to take a $30 lyft to work because of their mistake. Called the towing company and the guy was extremely rude. Is this how you guys do business? Before towing someone’s car, you should call the office.

Horrible and lazy service. Wouldnt look for the car they towed in the lot. Took a call from trooper to fix it.Update: B&B towed our car again and threatened my pregnant wife at their lot after she was looking over the car. We had to call the cops again and this time filed a police report and will be pursuing the matter.

In general theyve been ok. But I recently had a really bad experience. I had called earlier in the day after getting towed to see what I needed to get the car back. Did what they said.When I get to B&B they tell me they cant release the car because CPD took the plates. Could have told me before I came to get my car B&B!Not to mention this was on a Friday and the place that holds the plates is closed until Monday. B&B then charges a storage fee per day. So they basically scammed me out of $80 on top of what I paid for getting towed.

When I was eating at a Burger King down the street, a guy from B&B Towing Company came and started asking what car everyone has. Hes wearing the shirt from the towing company and theres a towing truck on the parking lot with that name. He says its because he suspects not every car in the lot belongs to patrons.Now, this was when I JUST got in. I remember seeing about 7-8 cars in the lot and about 7-8 families in the restaurant. Not sure why he thinks theres an illegally parked car. Nevertheless, he went around from customer to customer ASKING WHAT EVERYONES CAR WAS. I told him my car make, model, and color.When I got out, HE WAS TOWING MY CAR. So I stopped him and asked why. He said You werent in burger king right? Uhh helloo.... I was like the second person whose car you asked, plus at that time in the parking lot I was carrying a soda cup with Burger Kings logo on it.He claimed that he misheard what I said, and apologized, and just moved to the next car. Ok, mishearing is an innocent mistake, but before you actually tow someones car, shouldnt you at least go back and check that NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT REALLY HAS THAT CAR? How can you trust yourself to remember 7-8 cars from each patron and therefore pick one that hasnt been mentioned? Do you trust your memory that well? Considering the cost of making a mistake (a legitimate patron would be left without a car and no clue about what happened to the car), shouldnt you at least double-check these things?Not to mention when I caught him red-handed, he was trying to pry my door open. I have no valuable in the car, so I didnt push that issue further, but that just seemed amiss. I just wonder if thats standard practice for a towing company, to pry open the door?I also wonder if its also a standard practice to go around the restaurant to ask the people (who were in the middle of dinner) about their cars. Granted, Burger King is not exactly an upscale place. But we could all do without that sort of interruptions to our dinner.Note: This happened on 6/28/2017 around 8:30 PM. Go ask the Burger King workers at that time if you want, theyd be able to confirm my story because the guy also pestered the workers about their cars.

Whenever (not too often) I need assistance from AAA, they always send out men from B&B Towing. They are courteous, efficient and polite--even when Ive done something a little dumb.

Great towing company knew what they were doing

These guys were terrible. They towed our front wheel drive car on the front wheels, potentially damaging the car, rather than call in a flatbed truck. They were extremely difficult to work with. I would definitely not recommend them, and if AAA tries to get them to tow you, request someone else!
