I waited an hour on a different towing company that never showed up and called road warriors and was given a 30 minute wait time, the gentleman came in under 20 minutes. He unlocked my car quickly without breaking anything. So grateful!

This company was extremely professional, Dan the operator that picked up my truck was very nice, very polite and professional. There was no issue with the 225 mile tow to get my truck back to Cincinnati Oh from Wheeling WV, even though the operator had issues of his own with the rollback he was in. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone in the northern Ohio/ West Virginia area that needs a tow!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They took my vehicle to McDonalds, left the trash in my car and also a small dog or cats muddy paw prints all through the vehicle. Very disrespectful lady answering the phone as well.

Took a long time to arrive and the man who came didnt do it right the first time so scratched the whole side of our truck.

I was so scared that my tire ripped apart pretty much and I had my 2 year old and my 8 month old in the car. I frantically looked up the first roadside assistance the first 2 results were closed and Road Warriors were opened 24/7. A very nice man came and change my tire in under 20 minutes. The woman who picked up the phone was really nice too. I wish I could give this business more than five stars! All roadside assistance places should be 24/7 like the Warriors. Thank you soo much and the price wasn’t half bad either.

I will use them again, after my A arm broke on my car and I couldnt drive it, i called AAA and they dispatched another company. After I waited for 20 min past the time the 1st company didnt show I was about to call the company they said would be there.. In showed Matt from Road Warriors. Got my car on his rollback and took it to my house . He could have just dropped the car off in my driveway but instead helped me get it in my garage by using my his roll back and my floor jack since the car wouldnt steer.Oh yes, it was raining at the time. Very friendly and professional.

Showed up quickly and got me and my truck off the interstate on a Saturday night. The tow truck was new and very clean. Took my truck to their garage and fixed it so I could get back on the road! Super nice people and excellent customer service!

The driver arrived on time an was very friendly and professional he loaded my car very carefully and allowed my wife and I to ride in the tow truck to the repair shop. The tow truck looked to be brand new and was very clean! I highly recommend Road Warriors if you need a tow!

Tow truck operator arrived in no time and got my truck up on the deck in no time all ready to go. He seemed like he knew what he was doing extremely well and they had very nice and updated equipment. Very nice people too.

We were hauling our camper when we broke down on the side of interstate! We found someone to haul our truck but couldn’t do 5th wheel camper! Called and spoke with the owner Matt who more then graciously said he had no problem hauling our camper back into town! I highly recommend his company! A+++++

Fast service. The driver knew exactly what to do to unlock the car door and retrieve my keys. He had all of the right tools and knew how to use them so there was no damage to car.

Good service & friendly

Initial call to AAA 6:35 am, time of arrival 8:15 am. I think that speaks for itself. Not to mention the fact that we called multiple times for updates and were told the first time they are only 8 minutes away, 2nd time we were told they 15 to 20 minutes away. If you have time to wait and are not in a rush to get somewhere then they were ok.

One star is to much, started out with just a car that wasnt running due to timing and needed moved to a mechanic to fix it. The car ended up with two flat tires and a dinged up belly pan. Wouldnt use them for anything first impressions are everything.

I called at 8:50 to have my car unlocked and they sent a truck that didnt get here until 9:40 i was told 15 minutes to top it off the truck didnt have the bag they needed for my car im now sitting here waiting even longer for them to come unlock my car never again will i call them

Requested service through AAA, very friendly driver who even gave us a ride home after our vehicle had to be towed to the dealer who was closed for the weekend. Also arrived ahead of time quoted by AAA.
