This was a positive experience overall. The gentlemen in charge is very nice, and the process is very simple. I guess the people that gives them bad reviews just doesnt understand theres rules you need to comply with, and if you do youll be just fine.

I went here just to find out what size truck Ill need and how much the truck cost. I also needed to find out the mileage. Diou was very helpful.

BEWARE!!!FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! LITERALLY WENT ALL OF 10MILES IN THIS TRUCK AND HES SAYING I WENT 50MILES. I ONLY TOOK THE STUFF TO A STORAGE RIGHT UP THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE ABOUT 4 TRIPS WHERE MADE.( HE SAT IN THE TRUCK WHILE CHECKING IT FOR A LONG TIME I HAD TO ASK HIM TO HURRY UP. I AM FIR CERTAIN HE WAS CHANGING THE MILES SOME TYPE OF WAY) THEY CHARGED ME 45 DOLLARS A DAY FOR THE 3DAYS I HAD IT PLUS AN ADDITIONAL56 FOR THE MILEAGE.I WAS SUPER ANGRY ABOUT. THE MILEAGE CHARGE ALREADY. BUT I STILL PAID IT A LEFT. HOW ABOUT THE NEXT DAY I LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND HE TOOK OUT AN ADDITIONAL $146.00 OUT MY ACCOUT AND NOONE CAN TELL ME WHY, THE A FAKE A$$MANAGER CALLED ME BACK ARGUING WITH ME AND OVER TALKING ME AND WOULDNT EVEN LISTEN. SO I HUNG UP ON HIM AND CALLED COPERATE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL /THIS LOCATION AT ALL TO ANYONE.

Dude was a real donkey he was trying to charge me a extra day and was not bout let me get the same truck or a nother straight tried to treat me and he also got loud with my mom I started to knock him in his mouth I would never go back there again they shouldnt be in business🖕
