Ordered a large strawberry milkshake (as I have gotten many times before) and as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed it was completely watered down and had very little flavor. I looked and the entire milkshake was full of ice. Since when does a milkshake have ice? The ice wasnt even blended into the drink, its almost as if it someone didnt make enough of the milkshake and it was added in as a filler. Im hoping this was just a fluke this time as they have always made them perfect before, hence the 3 star review as Im willing to give them another chance.

This is my local Sheetz. Its ok, but as far as Sheetzes go, it leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions, Ive gone there for gas only to find that over half the pumps have bags over them. Rather frustrating. MTOs seem to take a long time as the place always seems to be understaffed. Candy and cold drink selections are good.

Despite how crowded it gets inside from people waiting on their orders, they only concentrate on the drive thru. Customers can see the drive thru times, they start making the drive thru as soon as they order while having 8-10 orders backed up inside. Waited over 25 minutes for a simple order which they also messed up.

It is no Speedway... But let me tell you something. If you like deep fried pickles they are back. They come and go but for now they are back and they are 🔥

Sheets is the king of gas stations I recommend trying the food it is usually quick and of acceptable quality and quantity, great selection of drinks and snacks I do not hesitate to stop here!

Just ordered a frozen latte with extra expresso they forgot to put the expresso in my coffee. Wasnt to happy.5-3-2021Sheetz thank you for reimbursing me I appreciate it. Still love your frozen coffees and food.

Store was well stocked. Bathroom clean. And friendly and fast staff.

Love Sheetz but when several pumps are having card read issues on a regular basis you would think they would make improvements

Food is done very poorly. Everyone is fairly nice and it is a clean store but the food is awful. This is a quesarito that I had picked up and taken home. This is something that has happened multiple times where everything falls out and the actual tortilla just rips apart. All the other food is also bland and put together poorly

I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience with any sheetz Ive ever been to. And when there has been they were more than kind enough to correct their errors. I love their food and specialty drinks and especially their coffee. Great for quick stops!!

I ordered food on the mto and EVERY TIME I come here and order food it always takes at least a half hour to an hour it’s ridiculous get more workers like come on.

The employees are lazy the bathrooms are not clean this store has really gone down hill since new management took over

I found the store very clean and the washrooms were clean thanks to the worker James Houston who keeps the store clean and his hours have been cut right now so I hope that the store is still clean I dont trust anybody else going to the store when its not clean but I do hope that James Houston will get his 8 hours back.

Place is absolutely terrible my girlfriend ordered food and it was completely wrong than they argued with me saying it was right. The food was absolutely nasty I see why this sheets gets a 2 star review. I hope it gets better and they start to show there customers some respect.

Food is very bad was just there. The other day butler pa new castle road didnt put right toppings and no cause like I played for and sub was mushy not worth the money and Im a reg customer very upset and.ended up with upset stomach not the 1st time I had issues there

There food is not in my opinion, award winning . Its more like garbage thrown together then heated up .

Went to sheets in Butler 10pm.Ordered 4 hot dogs and the lady asked me if she could help me, I said yea add pickle. She said ok. also order a smoothy and fried Oreos waited 25min and when he brought them, I asked if he put pickle on it he said yes but all I got was 4cold dogs. Why cant sheets put pickle on there hot dog menus. Will not be back for a while. I will go to the one on 356

They have no fresh vegetable salad toppings. They at least had the mixed nuts and dried fruit and now theyve gotten rid of those in addition to cucumbers. They are closer to my house and very convenient but when I won a salad I want fresh veggies. I have switched to getgo who has plenty of veggie toppings.

Wish zero stars was an option. Been in line for 30 mins. There is no way to bail so im stuck! This happens way to often. It would be quicker to drive across town to a different sheetz than wait for this one!

First bad experience at a Sheetz. They took 10 minutes PER CAR in the drive thru today.

Ordered food and waited 25 to 30 minutes to get it, finally got it, food was cold and they did not give me anything i ordered

Why I gave sheetz one star is because they took 20 minutes to make a small salad messed up.

A friendly and reliable convenience destination that always has quick food options, good coffee, and of course fuel for your vehicle! This one also has a pretty spiffy carwash.

Just like all of the other sheetz nice and clean keep up the good work thanks sheetz

I always get my coffee. When you walk into the store theyre advertising coffee refills .79$. It even shows the holiday coffee cup( throw away kind) took my coffee cup inside for refill..go to check out..theyre charging my full price and I said this is a refill. They told me its not allowed due to Pa law. Only in plastic cups. I showed them the sign. I was still charged full price. You guys lost my service and false advertisements arent allowed.

The staff is amazing. Mto food is always put together well. Always fresh coffee

They dont know how to take an order that takes 15 minutes and have the person pull out so somebody can buy a pack of smokes and water but no they make everybody sit here for 20 minutes. They dont answer their speaker when you pull up to the menu outside

They make the food quick, place to sit to eat and clean restrooms.

I got fast and friendly service.

At one time their subs/hoagies were among the best but the last steak one was very bland...and yesterdays Italian likewise. Soggy fries.

I came back to raise the rating of this store after the departure of a certain nasty staff member. It took them years, but better late than never.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants, and both were very burnt and got a salted caramel frappe and it was very syrupy and had to much flavor.

Went and got the garlic parmesean pop corn chicken. Lets just say, if I had one word to the person who made them, the flavorings go on the chicken. Not all through the bag.

Slower than other Sheetz. Hit or miss with employees some are friendly, most are not. Wait to pay is longer because they focus too much on the drive thru, not enough on the people indoors. Food takes forever, even if the place isnt busy.

Friendly but slow people at night. Slow, rude, and bad in the morning. I literally drive across town to get go so I dont have to go in here even though I live a block away.
