Steve, Clayton, Max, and Keyshawn (apologies if I forgot anyone) were all incredibly detailrd, friendly, fast, and helpful. They didnt try to sell me on anything that didnt need to be replaced. My cabin air filter wasnt great, but they were honest and told me it would definitely survive until at least my next oil change. The staff here is honest and professional, and I dont know what more you could ask for from an oil change service station.

I take both my cars there. This last time I went and the employee were super helpful, professional and great customer service. I especially want to comment on Kiaara. The first car I brought through I let him know I was bringing in the second car right after and it was having trouble overheating. Between him Jeremy and the manager, (sorry I cant remember the managers name) we figured out what was needed and I was Happy with the service. I would also like to say Kiaaras customer service was awesome, helpful and made the mundane task of getting my oil changed actually way more bearable. Thank you!

Have used this location for a while now for my oil changes. Always very fast, very professional and you get what you pay for. Dealers that wanted to charge me over $200 to replace headlights, this location was able to do it twice as fast and at a significantly lower cost. To say I am extremely happy and impressed is an understatement. Every single tech is on the same page with meeting the same standard of customer service. They have my loyalty from this point forward.

Quality service if not a bit pricey, but you always get what you pay for. The service is usually fast and they do what is asked of them. You have the usual upsell that all places try, asking if you want and extra this or that, but this is to be expected with most chain places. The work is good though, and you can see everything since you are in the pit in youre car.

We showed up to a busy shop, but they had an employee come right out to every car in line, kept everyone organized and updated, and into the shop in a timely manner. Our technician Cason was friendly, not pushy, and walked us through each check thoroughly. Absolutely would recommend

Workers were friendly and helpful. They wore masks and gloves the whole time. I never had to exit my car. Oil change was done quickly and efficiently. And with the contactless payment option I didnt have to worry about touching possibly contaminated surfaces. I will gladly take my business there, again.

Im not one who knows too much about vehicles so this place is the best for that. Theyre very polite and explain everything thoroughly so you can keep your car in great condition. Even though it wasnt too important to me they have cameras so you can see them work on everything and I thought that was neat.

The workers there are very friendly however the oil changes are a little bit pricey and they were out of my kind of oil filter so I didnt get mine replaced. I was a little upset but they were halfway through my oil change so what can you do. Very suggestive I dont think theres one thing he didnt offer me to purchase for my vehicle

We just left and we will definitely be coming back! Zachary worked on our vehicle and he explained all our options based on what we wanted done. We came in for an oil change and ended up with a transmission flush, air and oil filter change, and tire rotation as well! The prices are reasonable and everyone worked so well together that we were back out in about half an hour.

The Valvoline Team on Center Rd in Burton are great...got me in immediately and completed my oil change quickly. The team all had masks on and followed all of the proper COVID procedures. I highly recommend this team!

Valvoline is now my go-to for fluids.I used to get oil changes from other companies before trying here but: Muffler Man wasnt changing my oil during oil changes; Jiffy Lube charged for things I didnt want like vacuuming the floor; and auto shops take too long.

I went in for an oil change today and was helped by 3 employees. They were all super friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me save a few bucks (THANK YOU) and Im pretty sure I was in and out of there in less than15 minutes!They also identified an issue with my rear tire and filled it with air for me. I called today to inquire about the approx. length of time a bulb should last. The lady wouldnt give an exact amount, but said if within a reasonable time then they would consider. I told her the date and she said it should still work. She then said it could be a short in my wires so I should see a mechanic... I thought I was coming to a mechanic. But anywho. I said well you told me it should still work, so could they replace the bulb since its a slight possibility it Could actually have been a bad bulb. She laughed at me and said no. So I again asked if they would be willing to look and consider replacing the bulb, I was told no.I cant believe how quickly things changed. The service I received the first time Is No Where In Comparison to Todays treatment.Helpful? .. No.Kind?.. Not particularly.Informative? .. With passing the blame.Quick?.. Yes, with getting me off the phone.Thorough? .. Ive been thoroughly shocked!They literally went from a 5 to 1 with a single phone call. *Very Disappointing*(apologies for the long message, but this one gives me the all feels)

I would have absolutely left zero stars if I was able too. Yesterday my boyfriend took our truck to get a routine oil change. Upon arrival our oil was 1 quart low. They asked if he wanted it topped off or to do a full oil change. He asked for the full oil change so we can prolong the life of our truck. They finished up and even turned off the check oil light before sending him on his way. Flash forward to today when our check oil light came on only for us to find out that they never actually filled the truck back up with oil. We were stumped on how our newly filled oil was bone dry. Obviously if the oil was draining our driveway would have proved that too us. But NOPE! We took it to another place to have it inspected for leaks or even to see if it was burning oil. Nadda! This place literally let us leave without an ounce of oil in our truck! Not to mention they charged us $50 to have possibly ruined our trucks engine.

My oil changes are always quick! Its a bit more $$$ than some other places but they all wear masks and go through things step by step for us that are not car smart. I dont ever feel pressured or bamboozled into unneeded extras.

I experienced an issue with my vehicle after an oil change at this location which ended up costing me money in repairs afterward. I contacted them and explained what had happened and Jason did absolutely everything to make things right by the end of the same business day. I was never disrespected or called a liar, and I was blown away by his professionalism. 10/10 I would always come back here (and probably pay a little more) knowing that they stand behind their work with such integrity.

So much more than just an oil change, they check over good whole car and suggest needed services.

Ive had my oiled changed a lot in my life and Ive never experienced anything quite like this Valvoline. Not only were they fast and friendly, they were very thorough! Clay was our attendant and he was so fantastic it blew me away! He was not overwhelming at all, he was very funny, nice, interacted with us and made us feel like family. The guys that were working with him were awesome too. They called out to eachother every step to make sure they knew what step they were on. I laughed and enjoyed the left blinker check, right blinker check, break light check! Honestly, hands down the best experience Ive EVER had! Thank you Clay and the other guys that helped, you made a customer for life ❤

Awesome oil change place! I used to go to Midas and Al Serra and wait an hour or more, but since I work across the street from this Valvoline I thought Id give it a shot. The oil change there took me SEVEN MINUTES, including getting me into their system and downloading their app. The crew is so thorough and professional and operate so efficiently, I was floored. I will definitely be back!

Came in for an oil change. Got the normal sales pitch 2 ft from our face. During covid i dont want to talk to you. But when asked to distance was told were an exception to that um no. Do your sales pitch from 6 ft away. Will never return and Will be contacting owners and corporate office. Not cool!

Technicians were rude and literally after telling me I couldn’t smoke in my car and I put out my cigar they again repeated it a few minutes later interrupting my questions about the service sarcastically and rudely told me because I had it out Just holding it in My hand It was five minutes before they closed and they had no other cars there(not surprising) and literally just didn’t want to do the job they told me with my ten dollar off coupon my 6 qt motor would be $105 and they would not oil the door hinges for me when I asked them if they just wanted me to leave because they were going to be late for dinner the guy told me yes and than told me they weren’t interested In Working for rude people after being rude to me several times I will never pay $105 to be gas lighted and disrespected I have been going there for a few years and I have never paid that much nor been talked condescendingly to nor had a problem getting full service Businesses that treat women poorly are missing out on 60% of the clients I have been a business owner for thirty years shame on this business I have an appointment for the same oil change with full service and my hinges oiled for $25 less and the politest service tech I spoke to at fast eddies In Clio who are open an hour later to boot!

Knowledgeable mechanics. The older woman that works there leaned over my motor and put all of her weight on my headlights resulting in my left one not only breaking but cracked the casing that surrounds the light itself. So that was a costly fix I had to pay for. But, they have good coupons once in a while so theyre worth it if you wanna save a little scratch and dont mind risking the integrity of your vehicle ....Then check this place out

Oil change and AC charge, the staff is awesome

I love this place, I drive by the Grand Blanc Valvoline to come to this location. I get everything done there for both my cars, oil changes, AC recharge etc. Everyone there is great, especially Jason, they work hard and fast, Im always happy with how quickly I am done. They are friendly and knowledgeable, they tell me all the recommendations for my car, but dont pressure me to get extra work done.

**BEWARE** These jokers let me spend $94 on an oil change, knowing my head gasket was blown. There was antifreeze in my oil and it was knocking like a 99 year old ladies knees. Unfrickin-believable. Had to spend another $15 to have all the mixed oil drained the next day and replaced with heavier weight oil to try and prolong the life of the engine til I can replace it. Learn your fckng jobs guys and dont swindle people outta their hard earned money!

I use to go to the dealership, but the oil from here is well needed for my vehicle. Customer service is excellent, which is always a plus. Oil changes are finished fairly quickly and in a safe manner.

Great place if you want to pay $60+ dollars for an oil change, or to pay for things they just start doing without permission, and for trying to get you to buy new parts from them. The service is nice, however I recommend going to a place that is more fair and accurate in their prices and doesnt surprise you with the bill in the end.

I went to them for an oil change that costed $45 and ended spending $315 on unnecessary oils because they claimed I needed them. First, I told them I don’t have to time to be here all day how long will the oil change be. They told me 15-20 mins and I was okay with that. They mentioned I needed all these other oils and said it will only be an extra 5-10 mins to complete. I was there for over and hour and they made me an hour and 30 mins late for class. I will NEVER go back to them because they wasted my time, and charge entirely too much. Also, I think they took advantage of me because I’m a young girl that don’t know much about cars so they could get me to spend all of that unnecessary money.

So I got my oil changed today 11/21/2017 and when it was time to leave after everything all said and done my car wouldnt start. I dont know why but they all tried EVERYTHING to get my car to start. Stuff I didnt even know about. Lol I went back a few hours later and it started. They were even going to let me leave it over night. I just want to say thank you guys for Everything you tried to do.
