This location couldnt get my wifes car in within a reasonable time frame. Went to Pierson Rd Belle Tire instead. Jay got us right in and Joe did excellent work. He will be the only mechanic touching our cars from now on. Go see Joe at Pierson rd for prompt, honest, and reliable service.

Like most businesses during this period of history, Belle Tire is short staffed. However, I was extremely impressed at how quickly they got my GMC HD 2500 in to do PMs and subsequently replaced my rear brakes and parts which I knew were going bad. Back on the road in less then 6 hours. Great team Work Guys!

Fixed tire issues and broken post to place tire on that another company down the road broke without making me aware. Replaced all my lug nuts with new ones that the other company broke off. Rotated all my tires and balanced them. Checked over my entire vehicle to make sure I was all good for a long trip. They also took the time to show me how to lower my spare tire, made sure it was good with proper air, and put it back. They worked as fast and efficient as possible being slammed with orders. I will return in future.

Jerome is the man! He got me in and out within a few hours. Even offered me a ride home and pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait in the waiting area due to having cancer and low immune system. The prices were right where I needed on a full brake job,lifetime warranty as well! Justin the technician was phenomenal and knew what he was doing. Be prepared to wait they are a busy location but that’s says a lot of you ask me. Be patient and they will take care of you. I promise.

Walked in talk to Jerome he took care of me.Got Me 10 ply tires for my dump truck got a deal Sunday save 200 something dollars that day turn around and give me BF Goodrich rebate and got a bell tire credit card save me more money I had an issue with the front end alignment cost Jeromes partner took care of it it was happy and would refer anybody to them they sound like they know what theyre doing very good crew in the front very appreciated dries out like a new vehicle I would refer anybody to him what does say great people👍👍😃😃💪💪

I went to the burton location for an alignment a few months ago and was told both my control arm bushings were worn out and in order to do the job it would be $660 in total, luckily at that time I didn’t have the money available for that unnecessary job because come today I went to another belle tire location and they assured me even after I had asked for the supposed bad parts to be checked again that nothing was broken, $79 later with the simple alignment I needed I was out the door.. bottom line bell tire isn’t a bad chain but go to the right stores with respectable managers or you’ll be lied to like at the Burton location.

Charged me $260 in labor for a wheel speed sensor and one lug nut on one of my tires. Total was $327 after receiving an invoice for only $237. Antonio claimed to be manager and was rude but the manager is Brian. Not happy and will definitely not be returning. I will make sure to spread the word. Overcharged is an understatement.

I cannot recommend this location of Belle Tire enough! They took care of my tire that had a nail in it. Very fast and friendly service! John worked fast to get it patched. He even put the spare back underneath the vehicle. Way to go guys! I will be a return customer.

$200.00 over quoted estimate is RIDICULOUS! $766.64 for 4 Cooper tires mounted and HOPEFULLY balanced. We will definitely NOT be spending any more money there!! This shop is WAY OVER-PRICED, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND finding an alternate shop for your vehicle needs.

I will never do business with Belle Tire again! A slightly better deal on tires that come with free repairs and rotations. Problem is when you try to take advantage of that, theyre not very concerned with customers once they walk out the door. Unless you want to ride around on a spare for a week youll have to pay someone else to do it. Dont even think about the free rotations, same scenario! Ill take my business back to Kan Rock Tire where theyll take care of you same day even if you didnt buy tires there.

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. I came in for a recommended service by them. I came in about 8:10 am and I am still here after 1:30 pm. I was told it would only be a couple of hours. I was told its going be another hour or so now. I was told about the additional wait only after I asked how much longer. They did not keep me informed about the wait. Very poor customer service and it seems like loyalty means nothing. I will not be returning.

I went in here yesterday to get my tire sealed because it kept going flat. I picked it up last night and literally just drove it home that was it. I wake up this morning and again. It was flat. I call up there and they told me I need a new tire. When I talked to someone there yesterday they told me I only needed one new tire and it was a totally different one. So now I have to miss work today and figure out how to come up with money for not one but TWO tires. Waited about 2 hours for my car yesterday on my day off for absolutely nothing. Don’t go here. Waste of time.

Great for free air, but when my dear senior friend to get new tires for his older van they tried to him that his van didnt come with the 15 rims from tge factory! Told him he needed the correct 17 rims and tires! So sad when a company tries to take advantage of our elderly!

Had a very very very long wait. But was able to buy the tire I needed and go down the road to have it put on.

Did not clean rims first time when I bought brand new tires. Kept losing air. Took car in for them to fix problem. These inepts, instead of lifting my car up, they used a friggin floor jack!? Placed under my darn control arm, pressure on my other wheel, hub bearings aint cheap for a Cadillac!!

Went to get a tire with a slow leak looked at. I was told one hour. 2 hours in another person comes in for the exact same thing. 30 minutes later she is leaving and I am still sitting here. No follow up, no apologies. Total lack of customer service!

I had my doubts about going to Belle for tires and my last experience confirmed my doubts. Called about specific tire last Saturday which I figured they would have to order them. Gave all of the info on tire tire I want and was told that they would order them and they would be in on Monday, they would call to let me know they were in and schedule a time for installation. I didn’t get a call so I called them, they told me we don’t have any orders for tires for you and we don’t have any order for Coopers either. Never again will I ever consider Belle for tires!

They were so helpful fixing my tire. I visited expecting that I might have to order a new tire or rim and instead they said they could fix the rim....and they did. They could have sold me a tire and sold me a new rim, instead they fixed it perfectly and didnt charge me anything! They will have my business as long as Im in the area. Had a slow leak in my new car tire. Took to Belle Tire and also requested tire rotation. When it was done, went to pay bill and balance was ZERO. Could not believe they not only fixed my tire but also rotated for FREE. Needless to say I will be back!! Very impressed!

Sent my daughter to get tires. Decent price for the tire. They tried to convince her that she needed a front end alignment, she declined and took it to our local mechanic whom I trust. No front end alignment needed, it was dead on. Thanks for trying to get some more money out of my kid. Wont be going there again.

Dan is the best. This is a great store. Fantastic staff, good prices & integrity. It was almost closing time for them when I found my trailer had a flat tire. Dan told me to bring it in anyway. They diagnosed it had cracked sidewalls & had several options in stock to get me on my way. Kudos to Dan & his team for their alacrity!

This place is efficient and fast , I got a new tire about 2 months ago and got a nail in it , i took my car up there expecting to pay for a new tire or a repair if they could and they told me I was covered under warranty and replaced my whole tire for free . And only 8$ to keep a warranty on it . Definitely Recommend. My family has been coming here for years for all their tire needs .

The staff members are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. I love that they were able to diagnose my car (something completely unrelated to tires) then give me a list of options I had. The waiting area is very nice and I loved that they had coffee. The only reason Im giving my rating 4 stars is because the wait time is always so long.

Went for a routine tire rotate and needed tires balanced. Got me in pretty quick. Only issue is AFTER the vehicle is done they tell me I should have got an alignment check because of wear. Most technicians are trained to spot this stuff and see if I wanted something done at that time. Now another appointment and time lost. To add to this, I got home and the tire pressure never got checked.

Bought 1200 dollars in tires and have gone there twice to get to get them rotated and balanced and the first time I waited 4 hours till I said this is to long so I tried a different day today and it took over 5 hours and they told me they didnt rotate or balance them due to them. Huge waste! Never waste your time or money at this place!!!!

Was there before 8am to have tires rotated left at 9:30 am. Was a bit surprised at the wait time. When I left there was only 2 people waiting. Friendly service, nice waiting area.

The people were great and nice until you started talking about money the people there will use car sales man tactics to run up the bill just that much more, he never told me the price on the alignment so when he asked me I said sure expecting a 30 dollar alignment cause I had barely any tow in one wheel and it cost $90 im 17 and work for my money and just spent $850 on some tires and I even drove 40 minutes because I heard this was the best place to go clearly not. When I called later he said he would only give me $30 of the $90 a bunch of money pickers. Never going here again

Very helpful when I was in a bind and an hour away! Mark kept me in the loop when the car was being worked on and the service was top notch. When I dropped off the car after hitting a pothole and getting a flat - I told them I had thought it needed 4 new tires anyway. Mark called me back to say that 2 of the tires were in good shape and I only really needed 2 new ones. I had left the door wide open for him to sell me 4 new tires but he chose to help me out instead. Theyve earned my trust thats for sure!

It’s actually the Belle Tire on Saginaw road but both had the same wait time. Seems it’s always a great place to go but for the last Two or more months for me they have been very busy the wait time is 3-4 hours. I needed a rotation and balance 3-4 hours to get it done. I understand they are busy and I’m not sure if people quit but I was told a big tire sale was the reason, ok I guess. I understand the service I needed was going to be free because I purchased new tires their but I just was over it after a month of poping in even 20 minutes after they just opened. I quit them and went my dealership Honda of Grand Blanc and they took care of my car and I was happy to pay for it. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Just my four cents.My time is valuable as everyone else’s as well. I’ll take all my tire needs to the dealership.

The store was extremely busy and took over three hours to install new tires. The restroom was filthy and there were only three seats available due to Covid-19 rules. Plus the service advisor told me that my vehicle needed $800. Worth of front end work.
