I used this company and they were fast ,professional and there price was fare. They moved me up to get my install in sooner and worked into the evening to finish on last day. They cleaned up and were very courteous.they are already doing work for neighbors in my community.

Wish I could give them zero stars but that would not be fair to Mike as he seems to be the only one at this company that shows any professionalism or truthfulness when interacting with a customer. In a time when essential workers are being thanked for the job they are doing I was asked by this company to accommodate them, by rearranging my work schedule, after the door they installed already had paint coming off after installation. I was given a window of 8-11 am and when the installer showed up at noon, the time at which I am now leaving for work, I was the problem. I was also not thrilled that neither worker who showed up made any effort of wearing gloves or face coverings of any kind either. I was left a very unprofessional voicemail and email from Kathy in which I once again was blamed for their lack of follow through or accountability. She claimed that the window for repair/installation was 12 to 2 which was never the given time by Kathy. This was also after the initial door install window was also missed by over an hour and I was also pushed into accepting this install time instead of a time that worked better. If you want to be misled and then blamed for their errors and condescended to then definitely go with this company.

The sales guy mike was great! He was able to explain everything to me. I ended up placing an order with them. My new windows were just installed two weeks ago. The install crew was quick and efficient. It’s almost like they were never here. I highly recommend you give these guys a call!

From start to finish everything went well. Great consultation and demonstration of the products offered. All my questions and concerns were always answered professionally and in a timely manner. Been enjoying my window and doors for over a year now.

I had a total of 4 companies come on out to give me an estimate on my windows a few months back. Leo was the representative that i had out to my home. He was Excellent all around! the pricing was reasonable so We ended purchasing 26 windows on our initial visit with Leo. The process all around was excellent all the way through. The installation team did a great job. Me and my wife are extremely pleased with our purchase from Your American Windows!

Initial review ( only had windows for about a week hence why not 5 star ). Sales guy who came was no pressure , got a great price on the windows. The work was done efficiently and quickly, though they could have been a little more friendly and a little more careful around our flowers. Again only been about a week with the new windows and so far so good. Need to wait until it gets really cold to get a better idea on performance, and summer high heat. So far though, I would recommend them and use them again.

I had a lot of window sales reps come over. This company was the least pushy and most professional company. The sales rep Vinny was very helpful in recommendations to help save money by suggestions of windows that I could use in place. Thank you, Vinny! The installers were also great! Everything was on time and installed to perfection. I couldnt be more pleased with the whole situation. The follow up was amazing too.

They were great! Super helpful and took the time to explain everything. My home looks 100x better. They took my house from being the ugly house on the block to the best with my new windows and siding.

I had a problem with one of their salesman Howard, but the company made an effort to assure me he was relieved of employment due to his actions. Since then, the company was sold and the new owner also made an effort to apologize for his actions. If I were looking for windows I would definitely give this company another chance.

We have had the best experience with these guys! We were afraid to get work done after being called by a bunch of different companies but these guys are legit! Great price, service, and quality!

I spoke with Ross. We set up an appointment and asked for email confirmation! Never got it and when I called cause NOBODY showed up at time of appointment they said that they tried to call a day before and they didn’t find me. LIES! The phone is the extension of my hand! They NEVER called they NEVER emailed and they NEVER left a voicemail. It’s a shame! Poor customer service is 50% failure!

I had the whole sha-bang with Your American Windows. They did my Windows, Doors, & Siding. The whole process went smooth! They really have quality materials at reasonable price.

Stupid Company. Never returns phone calls. They act very secretive. Would not recommend

They are responsive until your windows are not installed, after that, they totally avoiding you on the phone. I called them for the warranty and they said I will get in 3 to 4 weeks and now more than a year and I am still waiting. I also called them a couple of times for air leakage from 2 sliding windows every time they said the manager is not here she will call me back, and that never happens. Once I got a call from the sales department for more doors and I complain to them too and they said they will leave the message for the manager and I will get a call in 2 days, it happened almost 2 months before I am still waiting.

I’m editing my original review as everything was great until we found out that Your American Windows doesn’t pay their bills to their suppliers. So even though I did my part spending thousands of dollars, they don’t pay their supplier who in turn filed a mechanics lien on my property. A mechanics lien trumps a mortgage which is bad.....meaning I could not refinance my mortgage because of it. Also, by Illinois law your contractor is supposed to report to their customer if they are giving their sub contractor your information (I.e., your address). They did not communicate this to me and gave them my info so I ended up with a mechanics lien. Your american windows is not financially stable or, are irresponsibly managed. Either way, stay away from this company unless you want a lien filed on your house.

I agree with Matt, if that is a rep, they send, want no part of this outfit. All I wanted is him to measure, the 5 windows, give me a price, on the double hungs, and Install, with possible future doors & Windows, and he tells me to go to Menards for that! What a waste, he was.
