Horrible! I got windows installed from them 3 years ago and now one of my windows are cracked and its covered in my life time warranty but they dont want to give me a new one.😡

I made the unfortunate mistake of opting out of a contract with another company to go with Team Windows by Beldon Home Solutions because of their supposedly outstanding customer service. I still do not have my windows installed and have been let down every step of the way. Our salesman, Ric Johnson, has been the best experience with them. He was not pushy and guided us to what we wanted. After we were under contract for 27 windows and cannot get out, we have had abysmal customer service. After a couple weeks I had to call them, multiple times, just to get the measuring of the windows. This wasnt completed until a month after we signed and an appointment that the measurer skipped and never called to inform us. Once that was finally completed, he said we would get a call in a couple weeks max to schedule the installation. Again I was let down and was never called. After 3 weeks I called them and left a message. They did call back later that night and talked to my wife saying the windows were ready and could install them in a month over Halloween week. She informed them how upset we were over the service thus far, and was able to get the appointment moved up to 10/19. Now today, 10/16, I received a call that our installer broke his leg and we wouldnt be able to get them installed until next week. When I looked at the calendar, this is the same date that they originally tried to give us. Very coincidental. For being known as having great customer service and letting you into the Beldon Family, so far I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you like waiting and not being informed.
