Highly recommend!!! I got married October 2018, and I had myself and my entire wedding party get their hair and makeup done. The staff was very friendly and was very easy to work with. They were very personable and were willing to do any style you asked. All of the girls that got services from them were pleased with how everything turned out. Amazing stylists and service. Service and quality is perfect every single time. Ive never had a bad experience. I rarely get any me time, and the stylists at Platinum really do pamper their clients. Each cut includes a scalp, head/face and hand massage, wash and style! Could not ask for a better experience! Thank you Platinum! My little slice of heaven.

2 weeks ago I got eyelash extension and they are great!!! Didn’t have to wear any mascara or eyeliner... my hair grows fast so I just added more and fill tonight they look so amazing. I won’t ever have to wear makeup ever again and they look amazing!!! I’m so I love with these lashes... they are not heavy or to long... they look natural!!!I will keep up for it foresure!!!!Thanks to Courtney and Candie I’m addicted to the eyelash extension! My favorite salon ever! Tabitha is my stylist and never disappoints. She changes up my hair exactly as I ask by combining the perfect color of lowlights and highlights. My husband also goes here. He has a very trendy haircut and hes hard to please. His cuts are always flawless. I highly recommend this salon. The staff is accommodating and professional.

I have gone to this place for two years. I had very good service and good quality with my coloring. The last two visits, my hair was done incorrectly. The first time, all my roots were still visible after the coloring, so I had to return again to get it fixed. And the second time, I asked for a mix of blonde and brown and showed a picture of what I wanted, and was given a different coloring of a mix of browns. I called, they told me to come in and they would add in more highlights to make it blonder. I drove all the way there, and was told I did what you asked me to do, and I do not have time for this today. Very disappointing. I will not be going back to Platinum Salon and Spa again.

Happy to have an aveda salon in town but the staff is very inexperienced. The receptionship didnt crack a smile once during my three visits there. The stylist cut my hair uneven, did not blend the air cut and hurried so fast at the end that she sent me on my way with wet hair when it was 20 degrees outside. I will not be going there again except for product.

Made my son an appointment for a haircut for Homecoming. His usual stylist wasnt available, no big deal, we scheduled anyways for Saturday at 10:30. At 9:07, Saturday morning, they leave him a voicemail asking if he can come at 9:30 instead. He wasnt able to get there in 23 minutes. He was then told 10:30 was no longer available. Later, they called to say they could see him at 1:30. 1:30 he gets there and is told, sorry, we cant get you in for another hour. At that point, I just picked him up and here we are, trying to get a decent haircut somewhere for Homecoming. I understand someones color would take priority over a boys haircut, but we had an appointment before the day of, yet somehow, he was treated as if hes not a valuable customer. Pretty disappointed.
