If i can give it no stars! i would! i came here in March, and it was the worst experience. I went for a refill and ended up with my nails being taken off, bleeding nails and they were glued and painted over, and an ridiculous overcharge. I didn’t ask for these items, nor the color. The next day, the polish pealed right off, THE NEXT DAY… IT WAS GEL! I am so annoyed I wasted and was charged $75 for a gel manicure! RIDICULOUS!

They are my favorite place for a pedicure. Their spa selection is great, there is a flavor for everyone.My favorite part is that they arent rushing. They dont do their massage by running their hand over the side of your leg 4 times. They work from your knee to your toes. Its lovely.I also love that theyre polite on the phone, will allow you to make appointments, happy to see you and inviting.They appreciate cash.

Moved from North Jersey to South Jersey and a few months back and Im very pleased with the service every time I go. Everyone is friendly and does great work!! The bonus is if you pay cash you earn points/ money off future services. PS VERY CLEAN!!!

BUDGET BEWARE, ask for pricing before services. It was my first time at this salon as I am new to the area, the pedicure was really nice as was the staff. When we went to pay, it was $88.00 for two pedicures (one with gel paint.) I was surprised by the price but did not say anything. I needed to set up an appointment for the following day to have my nails done so I asked the owner how much ombre dip powder is and she told me $45.00. When I arrived the next day for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes and then was taken. I told her I wanted ombre dip powder with tips. In the past, Ive had tips put on because my real nails never grow long, it has always been between $5.00 - $10.00. When I went to pay, I was charged $76.00. According to the owner, ombre dip powder is more expensive than regular dip powder which she NEVER mentioned the day prior. I brought that up and she denied it. They also failed to mention that the tips I had put on were $20.00 until I was at the register. At this time, I also inquired about yesterdays pedicures. Gel polish is an additional $20.00. I am getting married in a few months and was only getting this service for my bachelorette party. The staff should be respectful of customers by mentioning additional costs in advance. Which they DO NOT. Costs are hidden. To me, this place is highway robbery. Not a fan of hidden fees and will not be returning for this reason.

Eyebrows was uneven and the technician dropped hot wax into the corner of my eye and left residue on my eyebrows and I clearly told them I wasn’t y bad services

I love this nail salon. They always do an amazing job. If you are not satisfied, they will fix it. They include a massage and paraffin dip with all standard pedicures and pre covid, offered a short back massage after manicures. Post covid, they check your temperature and wipe down seats, arm rests and other high touch areas. They also space customers and leave seats open in between.They take their time and do it right. Ive been coming here for about a year and will continue to support this small business 💅

Professional and friendly staff. After a few visits they become familiar with not only you but how your prefered style. Place is very clean before the pandemic and now they take extra steps for safety. Love the ladies there!

The ladies were all very nice but I’m very upset that they over charged for service, messed up the shape I wanted (then charged me for a shape) and they cut them too short( charged me for that too) and it wasn’t a small reasonable charge either. Way too pricy for just a refill. The cost of a fill there is a cost of a full set with design anywhere else!

Absolutely love it here! The staff is super friendly and funny. Very personable. The shop is immaculate. Mini massage while nails are drying. Hot tea or coffee available. I always see Maria or Lily for my gel nail fills and they both do an amazing job making sure your nails are the shape and length you want and that youre pleased with the color. I believe the prices are comparable to other salons as well. Definitely recommend. My friend and I went one day and she got a pedicure and wore her sneakers home. They told her it wasnt a good idea but they wrapped them to help. Well, she got home and they were trashed. She went back and they fixed them for free. That wasnt even their fault and they still fixed it with no issues.

Would have loved to know what i was paying for. asked for a spa pedicure and she gave me the most expensive one without my knowledge and i hate my nail color. usually awesome. very disappointed. not worth what i paid and wish i could have gotten a refund.

Visiting from out of town this is by far the best Salon Spa I have ever been to In My Life! The staff was friendly upbeat enthusiastic and did a fabulous job all the little extras add up to a wonderful experience I cant wait to come back and visit again

Probably the most disgusting and disgraceful places I have ever been to. Just came in for a simple gel manicure and was told the wait is 20 minutes. It’s Saturday and busy so I understand and I wait. I waited over an hour and 3 walk ins that came in after me were taken before me. When I finally sat down the nail tech I believe her name was Jenny was so rude that I just got up and walked out.

I love Maria Nails & Spa. Its gotten busier since theyve opened, but theyre quick to accommodate and make an appointment, if necessary.Their gel fills and manicures are REALLY durable. (I groom dogs and am really tough on my nails.) I can go 2-3 weeks without a new polish!!!Maria Nails customer service is exemplary. They want their customers to be happy from the minute you walk in to the time you leave. The short massage at the end of the manicure makes the experience extra-special!!!The shop is clean and beautiful. The staff is experienced and friendly and professional. I love this place.

I would give them no stars if I had that choice. I was a new comer to this salon and I told them I was just engaged wanted some fresh nails to show off my ring and they butchered it so bad and then had the nerve to charge me $80! Never again!

They don’t even deserve one star. Never go here. This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve gotten plenty of nail jobs that didn’t turn out great or had a few flaws, but nothing compares to this. Absolutely destroyed my nails. They didn’t even look like nails. Every single nail was misshapen, bumpy, unfiled, and the color was completely sloppy. I cannot believe that they still charged me for it. Not to mention that they overcharge! 90 for a fill is ridiculous. Worst nails I’ve ever had and probably ever will have.

First time customer. I asked for a gel full set and pedicure.I was asked to take a seat for thePedi. Maria runs out and asked me to take my WET feet OUT the tub because she has an appointment coming in. Well the appointment never came!They decided to do my nails first and the young lady did a great job.I don’t know what Maria’s intent was but I found her to be quite rude and a lack of customer service.If it wasn’t for her staff who I ultimately dealt with I would have left.I was pleased with the service and disgusted with Maria.

I have to say the salon is immaculate...I went on Fourth of July (desperately seeking) its everything you want ....except for a good gel manicure and pedicure. My manicure has big lumps and bubbles at tips. You can tell they want you back in two weeks by how far away they start from your cuticle. The pedicure felt amazing...but if you want your heels clean or anything else...thats $65 for a spa pedicure The hot stone and massage are wonderful...I however like everything looking and feeling fresh and not having your heels look the same as you went in.

I called early Monday morning to ask about the services provided by the salon and walked in five minutes later to get a french manicure. First impression, it is a very clean (well it just opened!), comfortable, appealing to the eye and very friendly. I was their second customer so i didnt have to wait; I jumped right in front of the nail artist and she took good care of me from start to end. She even offered coffee when my nails were drying and best part of all, I got a mini massage while they were drying! I have been to many nail salons and never received the treatment I received here. When I was paying for the services, I messed up one of my nails and the nail artist came rushing to fix it up for and again took care of me well. If you are looking to spend your money, I would definitely recommend this place because every penny is worth it. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.P.S. I hope it stays nice and clean!

Dont go to this nail salon. Nails are so overpriced for the services that you receive. Your nails will always be uneven, they never check the length - they just eyeball it. They get mad when you ask them to even it out. They only put on light layers of polish to which you have to ask them for another layer so the polish isnt transparent. My nails did not even last 4 days before they broke. This is the second time this has happened and as always Maria is unapologetic and shows poor customer service. Would never recommend. Will never return.

Although I’m usually very satisfied with the service and quick accommodations made by Maria and her staff ... today was horrible. My toe nails were cut waaaaaay too short — beyond my toe nail bed and they’re crooked. AND the bottom of my foot is cut. My toes are now red and irritated. I’m not sure if this was a new nail technician or not. But I did point it out to Maria (and the nail tech at the time) and she was apologetic and willing to fill the nails with acrylic as a “solution”; however I do not like acrylic, nor do I want it on my toes. I think an alternate solution to compensate for the poor service would have been to offer a discount on today’s service or even the next. I was greatly disappointed with today’s service and it makes me question if I even want to go back.

I went to go get my nails done on Sunday April 22,2018. And they charged me $73 for a full set and gel polish. The next day one came off and I went back. They didn’t charge me for one. The next day another nail came off and I called them back to see what I can do. I called the 26th and spoke with Maria. After that, I could literally peel all of my nails off without much effort. I went back later that day and Maria (the owner) took care of me. I got acrylic full set and the owner charged me $20. I paid a total of $103 with a $10 the first time. I’m sorry That is ridiculous and not good business. I shouldn’t of had to pay because thy didn’t do a good enough job. I do NOT recommend this place. I am never going back. They don’t do that good of a job and I am very disappointed! It’s a shame. I recommend Luxe Nails in Burlington. They do a better job and they are cheaper!!!!

Just got my eyebrows done by Maria a few mintues ago and had bad service. I read some good reviews and was looking for a salon to cleanup my brows. I walked In and everyone looked at me but said nothing, so I stood there for a few until a tech greeted me and had me sit. Maria watched me from the time I walked In and finally got up and said your here for brows, follow me. The whole time she was VERY rough and kept moving my head. She kept waxing the same spots and once she finished and showed me I was shocked! She completely waxed off my natural brow line which looked good and waxed my brows thin smh, Iam never going back there.

I wasnt satisfied with my last visit Sunday, It was like I paid for the massage I got. So I called and left a message to let them know the next day she called me back to come in and fix the problem but she barely did anything. She only painted where the polish was off instead of taking the time to repaint both my hands and feet and only did the one toe, didnt even look to see or care to really look what I was talking about. It was a waste of my time and money. I left very unhappy and was very upset! I dont know it was like a rush job! My nail polish was already coming off and I still had skin that should have been taken off the girl never smooth my nails from my gel being on so it wasnt a flawless job! I work very hard for my money and I just feel like I didnt get what I paid for!

Awful I went for a pedicure and gel polish change and my acrylic nails all I needed was a polish change. She put foil and polish remover on my nails the same time she started my feet. Well she must have left it on way too long because my nails were mush and she filed them down wayyyyyyy to far, so far that when I scratch I cant feel it. She charged $72 $50 for spa and $22 for no nails. After I paid I was so pissed and disgusted and I didnt want to make a seen I just put on my jacket and walked out. I was so mad I almost cried in the car I was shaking I was so mad. Im going back and have her fix my nails or give my money back and if not well let a judge decide it cause its called Theft of Services.

I walked out of here in TEARS because this place charged me.. 90 dollars for just my nails and These are the absolute worst nail job I’ve ever had done in my life, and they spent over 4 hours doing them?? They were lumpy and bumpy and not filed. They were for my birthday and I was honestly devastated. I’m not from the area so I found them in google and they had a lot of good reviews so i gave it a try, and to my mistake it was not a good move. Really upset.

Maria Nails & Spa is my go to salon. While I primarily use Lily for my services, EVERYONE at the salon is so friendly and accommodating.

Im giving 2 stars Because Theyre personable. BUT way overpriced for the quality. I went for my nails but since I needed to wait an hour, decided on a pedi to kill time. The lady chopped my toenails way too low (WITHOUT ASKING) & spent more time rubbing & lotioning my legs than she did on doing my feet. I do a better job on my own feet in the shower with a MUCH BETTER PUMICE STONE! By the time my pedi was done, I realized their nail prices were DOUBLE than the majority of local salons, I paid $28 for basically getting MY FEET WASHED WELL, & opted out Of getting my nails done.

Maria and her staff are great and so friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere.

I called to send my fiancee for mothers day for a pedicure they told me 65 otp ... they tried charging her more then she comes home and said it was 75 plus ... okay so i call and they say she chose a more expensive pedicure and she wasnt even given a choice so i call back and they said oh well give you the 10 dollars back .... what a rip wldnt send my girl back if they paid us.
