We called last minute for two acrylic nails appointments and Tammy/Peter were incredibly accommodating. From the moment we walked in we felt like part of the family & were so impressed with our nails. No request was too much for them & if I lived here I’d certainly become a regular! I have been coming here for over a year with my best friend and wow is all I got to say!! The atmosphere here is incredible!! They welcome us with open arms and we are always laughing and having a great time! I refuse to go to another nail salon. We love it here and I recommend anyone to come here! I have been coming for about over a year now. I live in upstate New York and refuse to go anywhere but here. They are amazing. They talk to you, they are so sweet, caring people. They try to do the best they can with designs that you throw at them. Honestly have never left there mad or anything about my nails or the time there. Some reviews I have saw stated stuff about weight…. I weigh 240 lbs, I have tattoos and love black “witch nails” I have never been saw differently from anyone else coming here, nor treated differently. I have been here when rude customers have came in. If you’re being extremely disrespectful they still smile and do there best. If it was me I’d ask you to leave but they are two very kind hearted people. Honestly I wish I could give this places more stars. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews you will not be disappointed coming here.

3 weeks ago I went into this nail salon with an appointment for a full set of nails and a pedicure. It took 3 hours!! No Exaggeration!! They were over 1 hour late and going for person to person doing part of the job. One week later my nails at the cuticle were hooking my hair and pulling it out. One nail was lifting! So 3 weeks later I go back for a full and show them how they are catching my hair and one is lifted up. She says where did you get your nails done...I say here! She fixed them and replace the lifted one and charged me $43 because they had to replace the one nail they didnt do correctly in the first place!! Never again will I go back!! Very poor service!

I’ve been a customer at Diamond Nails for a few months. The place is clean & the atmosphere is inviting. there’s a great selection of colors & I have never been disappointed. Tammy & Peter engage & have fun with their clients- and clients warmly engage with each other. The ONLY thing some people might complain about is that sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. For me- no big deal, because I know they’re perfectionists that take their time to guarantee a great look AND experience!

Diamond Nail Spa is the first place in Burlington, Essex, Winooski and Williston that has both incredibly skilled technicians as well as amazing customer service. Tammy and Peter actually take the time to get to know you and speak with you, find out exactly what shape and style you want, and have a ton of fun selections when it comes to color and design. They are also by far the cleanest establishment ive been in, and they very meticulously follow covid protocol while still creating an inviting atmosphere. Ive been to MANY nail places in Burlington and the surrounding area and nothing comes close to Diamond Nails. They actually remember your name here! Tammy and Peter deliver top quality service at a great price. Its their skill at their craft that keeps regulars coming back and new customers coming in after reading great reviews and seeing their work which speaks for itself. Diamond Nail spa is located right by Dunkin Donuts past the bus terminal on Pearl Street. Dont keep wasting money and time trying to find the best place. Its right here!!

Very rude ,the male nail tech switched out the comfortable chair with the short drying station because he was afraid that I was going to break his chair. I refused to sit in the shorter seat because it was going to cause discomfort to my back eventually f you weigh over 200 lbs don’t go . They will single you out and make you feel bad . I got up and walked out because wow never been treated so poorly. By for far worse experience in Vermont.

A couple days ago I got my nails done at Diamond Nail Spa. It was very clean and they followed COVID cautions. I got stiletto nails, And I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Just the way I excepted it to be. It was such a great experience and they were very friendly. I would definitely come here again sometime soon.

My nails were rushed hence being done poorly. I thought they would just give me a discount but they overcharged me instead. If you really want value for your money I suggest you not go there.

The salon is very clean and set up for covid restrictions, I’ve always felt safe while getting my nails done. The gel manicures last me 2+ weeks and for the price, it’s just the best place to go get your nails done in a Burlington!

I really wanted to love this salon, it’s a three minute walk from my apartment, and had high hopes. The techs were very friendly but didn’t seem like they had a ton of experience. My nails weren’t uniform in size, shape, and thickness. More than one nail was crooked. I had high hopes but they were not met.

Peter and Tammy are amazing! Very personable and funny, make you feel comfortable and welcome, I’ve been a customer for 6 month’s, and wouldn’t go anywhere else but to them!

Worst nail experienceI got my nails done by peter and all my nails came out lopsided and they all had varying tip shapes and sizes. My nails were filed so far down on the sides it looked like I had been biting my nails. Some nails were super thick and others were thin and my fingers were caked in acrylic as well as underneath the nails. The nails themselves were not uniform at all, I am really disappointed with my nails that I paid 65 for, He cut open 3 of my fingers and the proceeded to file on top of the cuts and put acetone on open cuts.Edit:I was messaged by Tammy to get my nails fixed (via yelp) and was very open to the idea, but after calling to set up the appointment to get my nails fixed I was confronted on the phone with Tammy saying that I had to delete my reviews before coming in, and that I was Never allowed back after this visit. Please save yourself the money and time and go elsewhere. I am very disappointed about the way that this situation was handled, and dont worry, I will not come back after this

If you are in Burlington for a trip or have lived near there your whole life, GO HERE! I took my friends on a weekend trip to celebrate my best friends wedding in a few months since COVID really halted all extended travel. I planned to do some pedicures and called ahead a few days to make reservations and they were so sweet and nice over the phone. When we got there, she explained some of the COVID regulations and was amazingly kind! They really take care to get to know their customers, returning or one time visitors. The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly and the salon was extremely clean. I cannot rave enough; if I am ever in Burlington again, I am only going here!

Got my nails done here for the first time and it will certainly be the last, my nail tech had no idea what they were doing and I’m honestly surprised this place is still is business. Very rude customer service. I heard bad things about this place but decided to give it a shot. I got cut up a bunch while the man was filing my nails and the cuts where not cleaned or cared for and it made me feel very uncomfortable since there’s a huge herion epidemic in burlington. Come here if you want a blood borne illness!

I’ve been going to this specific salon for about 8 month now regularly. I drive all the way from Saint Albans for their outstanding service. The owners Tammy and Peter do such a great job. They’re very friendly and the nail quality is great. I often get acrylic full sets, but I’ve also gotten their Gel Full Sets and Pedicures before. No complaints... Amazing!I even let Tammy pick out anything she wants to do to my nails some months. She’s got great taste and my nails this month look so great! She even thought to get me a small gift for my birthday. Her and Peter are so sweet!Their prices are certainly more agreeable than anywhere I’ve ever been. Especially since I’m from saint albans and have never been satisfied there. They even do stamp cards, and after 10 nail appointments you earn $15 gift certificates.

I love this nail salon! We travel from Plattsburgh to Diamond Nail Spa! They are all wonderful there, and make sure you are enjoying yourself while getting pampered. DO NOT GO HERE. I don’t know what everyone else is saying, but my experience was TERRIBLE. Every single one of my nails were uneven in shape, there was nail polish and acrylic still on my skin, the nail tech filed my nails down to the point where my skin started to bleed. They are not worth your time or money!

Definitely the worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon (manicure). My nails were done by a guy that didn’t do cuticles at all, he also used a very very thick layer of nail polish, which after drying began to wrinkle later on the day (because it was so thick).my cuticles peeled All up, and he didn’t even take off the nail polish color I had before doing my nails. Horrible experience!I wouldn’t never recommend this place!

Peter gave me a full set that mad my nails look stupendous. I later came back for a fill and was even more satisfied. Their customer service skills are 11/10, and it is completely sanitary and prepped for COVID19 prevention!

The couple working here was super friendly. The woman doing my nails did a great job. The shape was perfect. Her husband however did not do so great on my friends nails. All of hers had fallen off by the end of the two weeks. Mine were all still on though.

I’ve gone to about every nail salon in the Burlington/Winooski area. This is my favorite. The salon is immaculately clean and their prices are reasonable. Peter gave me the best pedicure! Tammy manicure was excellent. I feel like my nails are going to last a long time. My feet feel and look awesome!

I went to this place because of the positive ratings on google, looking to get a gel manicure that would be long lasting (= more than 1 week). I got a gel manicure from Peter. I had nice and relatively long nails but without asking and too quick for me to notice, he filed my nails extremely short (so short it looked like I was biting my nails).The gel manicure was very sloppy - tons of uneven edges and the nail polish went over the sides of my nails. That lead to them peeling off on the side after just two or three days. After 6 days, it was so bad that I had to peel it off because half of the polish had peeled off on the sides so it got stuck everywhere. Very disappointed and will not return.

Tammy is wonderful! If youre in the Burlington area this is the place to go for nails. Tammy does a great job, is very friendly, and takes her time to make sure your nails look uniform and even. The salon is very clean and is a relaxing atmosphere, and the prices are super reasonable/competitive.

I for one am glad Tammy is back in business. My toes got to see her today and I have happy feet. She is very cheerful and friendly, while giving your feet the attention they need. Oh my gosh, I cant say enough about this place! I have been to many salons and didnt return just simply because it was so fast and not enjoyable. You get spoken to, attended to. This is all around the best place Ive ever encountered for mani/pedis. We have always have had great service and Tammy is a fun person whom we have been following for years. Njah review is odd to me because being there at the same time......she liked her nails was asked if they were good & if she needed anything changed and she answered with a no & left a good tip!! Some people dont make sense to me but they dont have to I guess!!

I work with my hands all day, and between that and my regular house chores, I had never had a manicure (even gel) last more than a day or three. Needless to say, I wasn’t much of a “Nail Person.”I went to Diamond once in July to treat myself for my birthday, and their gel manicure lasted 3 weeks, with no chips or cracks! I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been going every 3 weeks since then.The salon is clean and bright, and the owners are fantastic artists and complete sweethearts. The best part is, everyone always loves my nails! Well, that, and their prices are great.tl;dr: great people, prices, and long lasting manicures
