Chose this as a last minute option on a Sunday because my regular tech was out of town. The young lady who did my nails was amazing. Friendly and made you comfortable. I didnt get her name but she was very young beautiful and I left her a tip. Awesome service clean and friendly

Full set w/gel french tip & pedi from Tony-5 stars, fill-in w/gel french tip from Tony-5 stars, fill-in w/gel french tip and toe polish change from Lee-1 star...nails looked like they still needed to be filled-in when I left and her demeanor was pretty unpleasant throughout my visit after she commented about my not getting a pedicure...same woman was verbally fighting with someone else (a customer) on my first visit.

Today was my first time going, and I must tell you it was an AMAZING experience.

THIS WAS THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment i did not get the nail color I wanted such a sloppy job I asked to get one of my nails fixed and I got “too late” as a response. Embarrassed to hold my hands to people.

I made an appointment for 1pm I came in and still had to wait 15 minutes before someone even talked about seating me then while seated they tried to put my feet in water at 1:15 I said no because I didn’t know how long I would have to wait because I was on a schedule. It was 1:50 before anyone touched my feet.

Tina did an amazing job on my nails and everyone was nice and friendly. They prioritize cleanliness and professionalism and I LOVE that. These are all hard working ladies that are all incredibly talented! Will definitely be coming back!

Best nail salon in Burlington, hands down! Staff is always polite and they always do a phenomenal job. They were extremely careful to clean and sanitize everything, before and after it was touched, super professional. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My son gave me a $60 gift card for Mothers day, I was looking forward to having a nice relaxing pedicure. I went in, they had me choose my color I chose my color. I put my feet in the water, Id asked them if I could soak my feet for at least 10 minutes, they said yes, no problem. I was getting the $35 pedicure. Im on crutches because I had surgery in March for a torn tendon, this will be my first pedicure since my surgery. After taking off my orthopedic boot, and putting my feet in the water, they inform me they had three other important people coming in and I would not be allowed to soak my feet after all, I chose to leave. They didnt even offer me a towel to dry my feet off. I found a drawer with wash cloths and used one of those to dry my feet. Here now I sit in my car, crying, thanks for making me feel important and welcomed​ to your establishment.

If I didnt have to give them a star I wouldnt. I got my nails done and within 3 days they were lifting. I got told they werent lifting.. now one is about to pop off. And after speaking to the lady, she wouldnt even come back up to the front after speaking to me. Sent someone else back to the front gave me 20$ of my $50 that I spent in the first place to get them done. And told me that it was me and not my nails. Uh my eyes are not broken I can see perfectly fine. I definitely will not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I have to say the staff was super friendly. Very, very clean. They even put a bag in the pedicure bowl before they filled it up with water. (That was a first.) Great prices and awesome service!! ❤️❤️I will be back!

I went here on a Friday around 4:30pm as a walk-in. I was able to be seated immediately. Henry did my pedicure. I really enjoyed it. He also did my SNS nails. They came out beautiful. Lilly really set off the final touches buy free handing a beautiful snowflake design on each ring finger. I had no intentions of getting my nails done here, but Im certainly glad I did. I will be back. Great staff, great service, very clean and great price.

I haven’t been to this place in a long time but today I went and had a bad experienced. I get there started with a nail tech and then switched me to another nail tech that I feel was not good at all. Why would put a customer that you don’t see all the time with someone that’s not good. I felt like they did that on purpose but whatever. When I left I seen my nails are not fully even and my nail polish is not staying on. I have to go back just for them to fit it. They treat some people different then others and ima leave it at that. After today I will not be returning to this nail place.

There was one lady in there that was a little older than everybody, i was a walk-in so she took me because she THOUGHT she didn’t have any appointments set up at the time, come to find out she did and she didn’t remember she had one so she tried rushing me out the chair when her client got there, she terribly shaped my nails, they were dull looking and i didn’t like them after all, so i asked could she make them sharper & she got mad and started talking in her language aggressively about me & they were acting like they couldn’t make them sharper ! I was spending my hard earned money and i was very disappointed, I’m never going back to this place ! Very unprofessional ! They were Very lucky i was in a great mood that day !

Incredibly kind staff, great service, awesome job on my nails. I would highly recommend them! For $18 I had a soak UV gel polish change and my shoulders massaged while I waited for my gel to dry! You cant beat the service or the price.

I have been to this place many times and have always had great experiences until yesterday. The technician working on my feet left jagged edges on my nails when she cut them. She didnt scrub my feet well. She also left cuticle skin around a few of my toes which she had scraped off and not removed. When I asked her to fix these things she got a nasty attitude. I did not raise my voice to her nor was I rude when I asked her to fix the obvious things that she overlooked. What really cracked me up was when she put my sandals on my feet to paint my nails which I explained that I had never had done before. I told her that I didnt want to wear my sandals and have my toes painted. She was not a very happy person and told me that if I didnt wear my shoes to get my toes painted that she would not fix my nail if I messed the paint up. I told her that I wasnt asking her to fix my so called future mistake just paint my nails. I couldnt help but giggle because the whole experience was so bizarre. Not only did she yell at me several times, no one came to stop her. She alone cost the company 3 customers that day. If she continues to be employed with this company they will surely go out of business.

Came with my husband for pedicures, while we were seated immediately they failed to tell us it would take them 20 minutes or so to come over and start the service. I felt like this should have been mentioned up front because I dont care for soaking my feet that long, plus I feel you should be honest with your customers about their wait time so they can make the best decision. The pedicures were fine, nothing special there. While getting the pedicure I asked about a gel manicure and whether it would help strengthen my nails a little since they tend to be slightly brittle but got a bit of a run around answer. I decided to try it anyway and I hate to say that less than 1 week later I have 3 chipped and awful looking nails. I am highly disappointed considering the gel manicure cost $28 and my mom in Charlotte can get one that lasts for 3 weeks before even showing signs of wear.While we were hoping to have found a great salon here in Burlington, they greatly missed the mark and we will not be returning.

Called ahead of time to get a reservation, was told it would be 25mins, no problem. I went in about 40 mins after the phone call and picked my color out and seated, not knowing i would be sitting there for 25 mins with no kinda contact at all! Except the lady who came and sat down in front of me played on her phone then got back up and went to the back, she didnt even acknowledge me! After waiting a total of 35mins with no acknowledgement i walk out! Customer service was terrible!!

Some of my nails were crooked and the lady got upset bc I told her to fix it. She then took them all off and told me there was nothing she could do. Poor service.
