Berry is the most unprofessional rude “employee”. He lied, had an attitude, huffed and puff at me and responded with “I don’t know what to tell you”. Do not EVER waste your time at Burleson Nissan. They refuse to accommodate customers leaving Me without a vehicle for days with 5 children when the problem with my vehicle is a manufacture recall that they DIDNT notify me about until my car stopped working. Awful. Go buy a Ford.

Was disappointed with the service department. They never returned my call for an estimate for service.

The assistant service manager had my wife pay $90 for air filters for her car..... told her it would “void her warranty if she didn’t have them take care of it”. We’ve bought several vehicles from this dealership... looks like we will be going elsewhere for service from now on. Nice up sell, hope it was worth it.

So far so good. Just bought a truck from there. Had to get a new key for it and they were more than helpful.

Friendly &thorough but expensive for diagnostic. I was quoted $139 for each light that was on, which was 5 for me. Went to OReillys for free diagnostic and found a repair shop for much less.
