They did an excellent job with my fenders, I got it back the same day, good price. Communication was a little bit of an issue but they turned around and did a great job!!

Never go to this body shop for anything. David ( who other garage owner) is a liar. Told me he could paint my car in two weeks and it’s been going on 5 months now and work is still not done. My car is now in worst shape than what I have it to him.

These guys are awesome, I had a fender bender & couldn’t drive on TG DAY!! these guys came to me on their own time to help fix my car & get back on the road, did a splendid job. Absolutely great customer service! Totally recommend.

Great place not to expensive provide a lot of services family oriented make you feel at home help you with vehicles and whatever else you need to get around while theyre working on your vehicle. Great owner that works more then plays.

Never againpaid to have floor pan installed they sheet metal screw them in then paid to have it sprayed insulated and they only it half of cabVery poor

Wow!!! Is an understatement! Called on Memorial Day weekend and they were already past closing but they waited for me to bring my car in and gave me a quote lower than anyone else I searched for my AC going out. Also got a better deal for the part with a very long warranty. I needed my vehicle for work the following week ASAP and he worked even though it was a holiday weekend and stayed late way past closing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them, they care about what they do and no not gouge you on labor. Honest working people!

UPDATE 2: They installed STRIPPED screws in all of my side skirts except for one piece that had the push pin screw that he told me he would be using for all of it, so now my side skirts are stuck on there with no way to remove them. Save your money and go ELSEWHERE. This place is not worth your time or money.UPDATE: If you are going here for anything other than insurance claims, this company will overcharge you on very SIMPLE task. I had a front lip I wanted to put on and they wanted to charge me 400 dollars for it. Wanted to also charge me 200 dollars to put on brake calipers COVERS. Bigger company’s that have an actual business location and don’t work out a garage charges ALOT less that this. Was very disappointed in these price.I should have known they were like this when I went to them in the past to get side skirtsinstalled and they wanted to charge me 350 dollars and brought the price down to 250 and told me that was a good deal.

These guys do great work even on repairing hail damage on an older truck. The back of my vehicle had some a few scratches and 2 tiny dings that my car insurance didnt cover (it was from a previous incident) and when I picked up my truck they repaired had not only repaired the hail damage on my car but also fixed the scratches and dings and included it at no additional costs. Very appreciative and want to give them a shout out for doing such a good job. So anybody in the Burleson or Fort Worth area looking to get their car repaired from a fender bender or their vehicle has any kind of hail damage I highly recommend these guys for getting your car repaired.

I live in Burleson and recently got hit by some storms and my vehicle had some hail damage and a friend recommended Custom Auto Body for getting and estimate on my car. I brought my car into their auto body shop and received my cars hail damage repair estimate in less than 15 minutes and scheduled the date and time to bring in my vehicle was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Just picked my car up and looks like it was before the storms. Great to see some auto collision shops here in Burleson back in business!

Pro: Great communications and did a good job repairing my front bumper and side door. Con: Took awhile for a particular part to come in but in all fairness wasn’t their fault as the vendor sent the part to the wrong location. All in all I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the Fort Worth area looking to get any auto body work done on their vehicle.

This place would be 5 stars if it werent for the lack of communication. The price was more than fair, and they did a solid job. The only issue I had with them was rarely being able to get information from them about what was going on with my car. Even through that frustration I would do business with them again.

Brought my SUV in with hail damage. They paid my insurance deductible and was back on the road in a couple of days. No out of pocket expense for me and quality was acceptable I’d use them again if the need arose.

Hi and thanks for the reviews i have been bed rest and im very sorry about the communication part i am back and will be updating and texting on a daily basis on progress of repairs and the one review that he swears on his grandma well im sorry you feel that way we explain to him not to drive it and the vehicle towed to a alightment shop we dont do alignments and he demanded to drive it he got to wherever he went and what he did to the vehicle im not sure so he called and i asked him to give me the address to what shop he has went to so i meet up and overlook but he kept rambling about how we did him wrong and would not give me that information not to mention$300 was missing and did not charge for suspention repairs that was his complaints and if he would have listen i believe that things would be fine he had no complaints on the body repair not to mention he saved $2500 as well im sorry for your thoughts but as a professional repair you decide to do as you wanted and would not listen he payed us and was $300 shy of full payment as well we done all we can and they also lied stating no insurance when they collected $6000 and paid $3500. Minus $300 that part was not told only the part that he decided to say. But its ok all my other customers are well pleased and sorry about not communicating i had sleep abnia and am fully recovered and will be happy to assist in your needs of repairs!!!
