Got a great price on all 4 tires, AND they replaced my windshield wipers! Only thing is, not one of the customers were wearing a mask and all the employees had it below their nose if not completely off. Very disappointing, made me feel unsafe.

Great products and service from a bygone era. As a retired teacher I always think of the Discount Tire store as a kind of pencil sharpener. I put my old pickup in and it comes back out with a good point every time. Last Friday it came out with four sharp Michelin Light Truck tires. A-plus to sales person Derek and all the competent employees in back making him look superior!

Made an appointment the previous day for 10:30 a.m. I showed up a few minutes early to check in and was told it would be 45 minutes or so to install all 4 tires. It only took 30 minutes. If you’re looking to have your tires repaired or replaced, look no further. This place is awesome.

Wow! I made an appointment online and the only morning option was for Friday at 11. I called and they got me in Thursday and had my vehicle done in just over an hour! Fast service and fitting me in on an off schedule day impressed me. Surely earned my recommendation to anyone needing good prices and fast service.

Service is always excellent. Last visit there was to have a flat repaired in Mannsville TX. Problem is they rotated tires as requested but I has to have all my lug nuts replaced. Cost was 150 dollars.

I walked into the store 5 minutes before closing thinking they closed an hour later. They did not hesitate to help me even if it was that close to closing time. They spent the time installing 2 new tires and also fixing a flat tire so I would not have to make a return trip on another day. The staff never made me feel bad for coming in so late. It was great!

I am visiting from Cheyenne Wyoming and had a tire or two out of balance. They got me right in and took care of it in a very timely manner. All of my info was already in the system so there was no need to dig out any paperwork. Also a very professional crew. I would recommend this store to anyone, even if they didn’t buy from Discount Tires.

Been here numerous times over the years and this particular facility is one of the best I have been too. Always courteous and welcoming. They do an excellent job and get down to business. My only issue is the restrooms are never really clean. I have been here various times if the day to include opening up for the day. First in the restroom and it is obvious they havent really cleaned to prepare for the day.

I received an exceptional service from John, Roel, and the management team who helped me on my complicated staggered set up for my car. The service is fast and the prices are very reasonable. They also helped me out with military discount and rebates. The tires are very good brand names and cones with warranty. I will definitely come back again In the future to do business with them. I was visiting from Alabama and had to have tires fast so I could get back on the road from Fort Worth, Texas while trying out run the big snow storm that just came through there and this place performed that miracle for me. I was already short on cash because of my truck(2008 Chevy Silverado) breaking down and being stuck there in Ft Worth for a week with hotel room costs and all and when I called discount tire the nice gentleman not only had the size tire I needed for all four tires but also in a price that was more affordable than I had ever experienced anywhere else... even being just a bit more than what a used tire would have cost me that wouldve not lasted nearly as long. I think I paid $84 per tire plus the installation which came up to between $400 or $450 TOTAL!!.... That price for all four new tires is nearly unheard of, especially for a pickup truck!! I sure wish that we had a discount tire here where Im from in Alabama. If we did I would never go anywhere else, but unfortunately I cant afford to drive all the way to Fort Worth every time I need tires LOL or I definitely would!! I definitely More than recommend this place to anybody that needs tires that are an affordable price with good service thats really fast when you get there too. They made my experience as painless and quick as possible. After already having to deal with a whole week of mishaps along the way, it was quite refreshing I can tell you that. Thank you discount tire for being the best tire place Ive ever been and helping me in a time that I really needed it!! That alone in itself is priceless!!

I wouldnt buy my tires anywhere elsebut DISCOUNT TIRES...and Always Buy Their Insurance. They have replaced tires that I believed just needed a little repair. They give a discount on old tires with good tread when purchasing a new set. They regularly check tire pressure and add air at a drive thtrustop at each location. They employ the Best Employees. Try them..I trust them..you will too.

Bad customer service. Called ahead of time & spoke with management & explained I didn’t want to drive out there if they couldn’t hold the tires. I was told they put the tires aside. I drove out to this store & waited 25 minutes in line to be told, “Oh they just sold them!!!!!!!” Then the one who said he’d hold them for me, said he didn’t know the other guy sold them. What kind of business is this, that you don’t communicate with each other. I wasted my time and will not be doing business with discount tire as this is my 2nd bad experience with the company.!!! I should’ve checked BBB because they have an F.!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. I went here before a long trip to have tires checked and fixed. I was losing air in 2 tires. I asked all be balanced and inspected because I had a vibration. They sold me 1 $200 tire and never checked air or anything. I left with my car computer saying low tire. I asked employee before I left about low pressure light. I was assured it would go off after I drove it. This did not happen went home to find tire had 25 lbs of pressure. I went back and asked were all tires checked . Yes this is mandatory to at least check all tires pressure. I asked then why does my back tire have low pressure? They only did 1 tire. I will never trust them to do what they say. I always used discount before but not now.

Ever since they implemented the scan in system the wait to even talk to someone was over 20 minutes. I was #6 in line when I checked in.The have no urgency to get to you since there isnt a line.I have done business with discount tire for 20 years and never have I waited 20 minutes to talk to someone.

Do not take your business to this discount tire location if your black American. The workers will ignore your presence. Ive been doing business with discount tires for over 25 years, buti will never go back to the burleson location.

0 stars is deserving of the ridiculous service experience I had at Discount Tire, that spanned over a week and multiple visits. This place is what’s wrong with corporate America - they are too busy to do a job right and there’s only 1 employee who is empowered to fix a problem.

Will not go anywhere else. Working with Brandon is one of the best experiences Ive had. I now take both my vehicles to him and wont consider anywhere else!

Discount Tire will ALWAYS be a 5 star rating from me. Discount has been taking care of me since 1993... My first visit there as a broke kid on a bad situation literally saved my life. This recent visit was no different. 100% GOLD customer service and mutual respect.

Needed atv tires changed. They said they could do it no problem. The guy asked me if they were putting slime in the tires and I told him no. I asked how much would it be to change out 2 tires and he said it all depends??? I gave the guy the size of the tires without slime, so I have no idea what else would the price depend on. No worries, called another place that was happy to give me a price.

Great friendly service. They found a screw in my tire and fixed it for free because we bought our tires there in the first place.

Best deal around on the tires I wanted. They didnt make much effort to let me know my truck was done. I probably waited an extra 15-20min. There was only one employee that didnt have a name tag on. That drives me crazy.The good thing is if I go out of town and there is a discount tire and something goes wrong. My warranty covers me there.

I bought 4 new tires from Cleburne Discount Tire 1 month ago along with the insurance to replace tires if needed. As soon as I left the shop I noticed that my car sounded significantly louder. I took my car back to the Cleburne location and they checked all the tires and said nothing was wrong with them. My car obviously didn’t sound loud before buying new tires so I made sure to remind them of that. They insisted nothing was wrong with the tires. The following week I was on the side of the road with a flat tire. No nails, I didn’t hit anything, no reason for the flat tire. Today I came in to Burleson Discount tire to get another set of eyes on the tires and to have the one that was flat replaced. I was told I would have to pay a fee for the new tire even though I had purchased the insurance for all 4 tires. I did not agree with this since I knew something was wrong with one, if not all, of the tires the day I bought them. I was assisted by Linc Liberto who was very clearly annoyed that I did not agree to the fee. He went and checked the inside of the tire and said there was a cut inside of it but he’s not sure why and that if I didn’t want to pay he wouldn’t charge for the tire replacement and that he was just trying to “do his job.” I reminded him that I paid close to $900 for all new tires and Insurance and that I thought it was bogus that they would charge me anything since I’ve only had the tires one month and there was clearly an issue with one of them from the beginning. He was visibly upset and couldn’t even hand me the receipt. Instead he tossed it on the counter in front of me which is the reason for the bad review. Linc Liberto acted extremely unprofessionally and on top of that Discount Tire should stand by their product especially if they are going to push you to buy their “awesome” insurance.

I had Nitto ridge Grapplers installed and couldnt be happier. Ive always ran BFs and these are much smoother and quieter. The sales manager did not have my size in stock but ordered them and had them in the store within two hours. Ive always bought tires from Discount and will continue to do so. I wish they would do alignments so I wouldnt have to go somewhere else, something to think about.

Why would anyone go anywhere else? A wide variety of tires and wheels, something for every budget and taste- if only the best will do for you, theyve got it. If money us tight, they will go all out to help you get what you need. This is a great company and I believe this is their best location.

7 days ago, I called to get some tires replaced. They said they had them in stock and to come on down, so I did. I waited in the store for 35 minutes before we figured out they didnt actually have the tires and would need to order them, which I agreed to. Should take 3 - 5 days and they will call me when theyre ready. This was on a Saturday.After not hearing from them for 5 days, I call to see if the tires come in. They are surprised no one called me because the tires came in and are ready. I pointed out what happened last time and asked them to physically check if they were in stock so I dont come down there for no reason. Theyre annoyed but agree - 5 minutes on hold later, it turns out they were already sold so they ordered more which would be ready by end of day Thursday. I cant come in until Saturday so they hold them for me.I come in today (Saturday) and they have customers waiting in line outside (its 95 degrees) but the wait was only about 5 minutes. Tires are in stock this time, 2 hour wait for tire change so I head home and come back to pick it up when they text me. At pickup, Im in and out pretty quick.I get in my car and notice the radio station is changed and turned up (it was muted when I dropped it off) - not only that, they reprogrammed my presets to the country station they were listening to. Super unprofessional all the way around, except that pickup was quick. Ive actually been going here for about 14 years but it seems the service has gone downhill and I dont know that Ill be going back.

Please note that even if you have an appointment there might be a wait.The employees did come and check on the people in line and apologized for the long waits. The long wait didnt bother me. I was scheduled at 4pm and it took about 30 minutes due to the line being long. After I got checked in the service went so quick. They changed all 4 of my tires and priced matched. They are doing a great job with social distancing and have chairs set up outside as well. I highly recommend discount tire and have been coming here for years.

My account screen at Discount Tire is so big, that when I give them my phone number to look me up, they have to scroll past the first two screens just to get to the current vehicles in our family. Free rotations? Lets be honest here folks: Whats not to love about a FREE ROTATION ~ am I right? Great warranty on the tires. I even had a stubborn tractor tire that wouldnt go back on the rim & they helped get it back on and aired up.

I have had a tire leaking for a while. When I got out of the hospital on 12/23/2020, said tire was very low. I have to be admitted again into the hospital, so knowing the tire would be low again I went to see about getting it patched or whatever.Well, the tire was beyond repair and I am down to my last $20. The Manager at Discount Tire gave me a used tire to replace my tire that was beyond repair!Thank you, Discount Tire! I am a single Momma and for real--my dog ate my money and left me broke!

Called Discount Tire Burleson to order 2 replacement tires for our new used car and spoke with Jonathan Lindsey. Unfortunately, they did not carry the brand we needed. I thanked Jonathan and continued my search online.Got a call back from Jonathan within 5 minutes. He let me know that hed done a bit of research and he gave me the names of 2 different local stores that carried my tires. I am truly amazed. This is exceptional customer service.Truly amazing.

I would highly recommend this Discount Tire in Burleson. I had them change 4 tires on two vehicles. The quick bay section is the way to go! Total time for one car and one truck in bay was 34 minutes. This place was busy, it was about a 35 to 40 minute wait before the vehicles were taken back.Ken

Ive always been a fan of DT, been using them for years. Love the Burleson location, great staff and management. Never any scams or telephone deals that change once you get into the store, etc. Matt and Tyler always do a great job!

One of the best discount tire stores around. I just went there to get tires balanced and rotated was in and out in under 45 minutes with them being really busy. Also while I was there. I watched them install somebodys spare back underneath their vehicle, to me that is going above and beyond

But it goes even further than that. The associates make the stores the successes they are.Brandon Luedke is one of those people! He went far and beyond the normal course of business, to make sure I was assisted in the best possible way with my F150 truck.Brandon truly has a passion for his job and it shows through extremely well!Discount tire is my one stop shop for everything related.

This particular visit I needed to replace a popped tire and the TPMS system needed maintenance. The guys took care of me and answered all of my questions.
