Walked in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. was super easy and about an hour wait. They had a cool waiting area to watch tv, some comfy chairs, a snack bar, and a good atmosphere. Not bad.

They give you good service, but be careful of the hidden fees. Double check all your paperwork, and make sure you understand everything. If you do that you should get a good deal.

I was sent an email about a recall on my 2017 Altima, for a hood latch.Included in the email, was a statement saying for my troubles, they would change my oil free of charge.When i went in to pick it up, i had a repaired hood latch, but no oil change.When i requested the oil change, i was told They dont do that.Maybe take the oil change statement out of your email, if it is false.

I drove up and an associate came out and asked what I needed today. I was getting my oil changes and tires rotated. I showed him a offer I got for an oil change in the mail. They sent me a text that my filter needed changing and brake fluid was dirty and gave me the choice to do it or not. He told me they were pretty backed up but would have it ready in about 2 1/2 hours, which they did. They are very friendly. This is the 3rd Nissan I have owned. I owned 2 others when I lived in. East Texas. The dealership is clean and comfortable.

We went to go look at a truck, A sweet young lady named Caitlin came out to help us, She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Gave us a lot of information.. Impressed my husband he said most men her age couldnt tell you 1/2 of what she knew. We will definitely be back, We are looking forward to working with her.

Driving home from a vacation trip and lost air in a tire. Nursed it to Burleson Nissan, tire fixed, car washed and smile on my face in about 45 minutes! Best part....no charge!! Amazed and thank you!!

The oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner. But I had credit for a free tank of gas from the salesperson, and even though I mentioned it, the service department forgot about it. I had to wait a while for my tank of gas. But they followed through, so all in all, I was satisfied.

Exceptional service especially from the gentleman at the first seat when you walk in.

Maybe they are very busy and dont have enough employees because communication is very bad right now. The service advisor was very nice & helpful when I got to talk to him, but he didnt follow through on calling me back to let me know what was happening with my vehicle or how much it was going to cost!

As far as service goes the experience was really good, as far as being a repeat customer to purchase.. never we got charged some bogus fee called Burleson protection on a used car, this was explained after we purchased and was looking for my husband a truck and he saw that and questioned what it was since it was almost $2,000.00 they said it was for oil change filters detailing etc but that it was a fee they charge to cover if another vehicle comes in and needs an engine or transmission and so on. Seriously they are charging this on all used cars, we bought at another dealer and evidently this is a common fee however we pay less than $500 at the other dealer. The other dealer also includes first oil change free, for $2,000 we should of received something

Bought a used car there but before I could drive it home, they replaced the AC compressor and the blower/fan motor. When driving it was really loud under the hood, and a week later the AC died. Took it back and they discovered a harness that needed replaced and also addressed the very loud noise when the air was on. They did a fantastic job. Runs very quiet and has cold air.

This location was extremely helpful and patient. I am a beginner at buying cars and with no knowledge of what to do. The staff member who delt with me and my crazy family, was just super polite, patient and professional. My sister did not end up taking the car home, but the staff member made all her issues seems small and achievable. Id recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable info with respect and patience to come talk to these people. Thank you Nissan for your help and hospitality.

These gentlemen are very professional at what they do every time I have things done and check on prices on what needs to be done they are honest. My favorite mechanics say that theyre doing exactly what theyre supposed to be doing. I cant use them because they live too far away. So Im happy with Burleson shop and everything they do for me.

It’s just no one there will ever return phone calls. I’ve been trying to have accounts payable and finance department to call me back about a cancellation on a gap policy and after three days straight leaving messages no return calls. They are quick to take your money but when it’s time for a refund on a extended warranty no one seems to return calls.

The staff is always very friendly. They answer your questions and are not pushy to try and sell you something. The go over details, what is coming up, an estimated cost but do not pressure you to pay for something you are not ready to do.I schedule my appointments, and have always had an amazing turn around. I don’t have to sit and wait for hours or days to get my vehicle running.

I have been into the service department in Burleson a couple of times this month and both times it’s been a great experience. I feel like I’m in and out I guess because usually I’m watching the movies they have on the tv. I know they’re busy and sometimes it’s going to be a little wait so I just try to have some patience and understanding. I always go out to a clean car even though I tell them it doesn’t matter if they wash it or not.

They told me an hour and a half to fix my truck. Two hours later, it was ready plus inspected, fluids topped off. Tires checked and washed. First time a repair went by the estimated schedule in my life. And they saved me over 400 dollars over the price I was given at other shops. The people there were the best. Really glad I bought a Nissan from them.

I had problems with the transmission. It took almost 3 weeks to get the car back but I know it was due to having to send off for parts. Had to drop off my car for sensor repair. I was not informed that it would be a multiple day operation. I was not upset, but it could have been communicated better. I was also told my car was given a quick wash, but it didnot look as if it had been cleaned.

Service department was great. A little slow on acknowledging me but once that happened they were good. Sales department not so great that’s why we leased both our Nissans from Fort Worth Nissan. Anytime we’ve gone in to Burleson Nissan to look at cars the sales people act like they can’t be bothered. Our lease comes up soon on my 2019 Nissan Maxima and we will go back to Ft Worth Nissan to handle that even though we live in Crowley very close to Burleson Nissan.

Burleson Nissan made my car buying experience easy. Not like other dealerships where it often a pain. They offered a great deal on my trade in and I was in and out with a new car in less than 2 hours.

Stay AWAY. Horrible !!! Horrible !!! Horrible experience this Saturday (July 24, 2021). Im pushing 60 years old and have bought many new and used cars over the years. Ive spent the past 20+ years in customer service and know how to speak and communicate with people. Ive got to say. This sales person was the most rude Ive dealt with ever. He was very cocky and unwilling to explain any of the fees they placed on our bid sheet. Like: $2,000 fee for a Nissan dealer check. They charge you $1,978 to do a 171 point inspection yet do NOT give you a 30 day warranty. Not even a 1 day warranty. So if the car craps out on you on the way home. Its on you.My advice. Go elsewhere. There are a ton other dealerships out there all over the metroplex that are easier to work with. Stay away from this one.-Jim

The service I received was excellent. The tech who took care of me did a fine job and I was very pleased. The reason for 4 starsversus 5 stars is because I tried to set up my appointment on line but the service tech I wanted was not listed....and for that matter the service tech I got was not listed either, but he said hed been working at this dealership for over a year. !!??Why arent all service techs listed as a choice when going on line?I like to build a relationship with a service tech I have come to like and trust....and therefore the on line choice list should evolve with the staff.

I came in from a fairly long distance to get an oil change and filter replacement.They were able to take care of me right away and take care of the me. The tech did offer me a tire rotation as well, but denied incase it costed extra.I then went inside and was impressed by the lobby and how nice it looked.It was really nice to even receive a text with a Service Report and proposed fixes; see costs and approve/deny accordingly.The change happened very quickly and I was out within about 20 minutes.

The team at Burleson Nissan parts and service are amazing. They always provide exceptional service. My pathfinder had a misfire issue that I ordered parts for and the counter staff were looking out for me and tried to save me some money. My attempts to fix it didn’t work out so I brought it in for service. The parts team worked proactively with the service team to get the right parts sorted out and my repair was done quickly and and the truck runs better than it ever has. It could have been a nightmare but thanks to the awesome customer service, especially from the parts group, it was almost painless. I would strongly recommend Burleson Nissan for any of your parts or service needs.

I was met by my service associate Tad within 3 minutes.I told him that I was concerned about my tires and he said that they would check them out. I was told it would take a hour to 2 hours and I received service updates via text. My car was ready in less than 2 hours and my concerns were covered. I could have been told that I needed new tires but was informed that they were still in good shape. No add charges.

Barry greeted me promptly! He was very friendly and helpful! My car was serviced quicker than I anticipated. It was washed and vacuumed. I appreciated that. Barry went over everything that they did. I am always glad when he is the one that helps me.

Upon doing. my annual auto inspection I received a recall notice on the mechanical key access for my Nissan Versa. I was able to schedule my recall repair online. I went into the Service Department for routine maintenance as well as scheduled maintenance and an inspection. I know the timing had a lot to do with it, but I was in/out with a quicker time than I even hoped for. Barry E was my Service Advisor and was extremely helpful. It is very nice when someone remembers their customers and their vehicle from visit to visit. Honestly, I considered stopping in somewhere else (only for the convenience), but Burleson Nissan has been so good to me and has been very fair with their pricing.
