This place was very clean and organized. They didnt try to sell me on anything that I didnt want to repair or replace and that is one of my main problems at other places. Everyone was friendly and they even have my daughter a toy!

Christian Brothers is the place for me to go when I have issues with my vehicle from now on. They fixed my truck and got it back to normal. I went to Pep Boys before this, and Pep Boys tried telling me I needed a new engine. At Christian Brothers, they found the issues and got my truck running smooth again. These guys are the real deal and know what theyre doing. I will go back for more vehicle maintenance. They email you and send you updates on your vehicle with pictures and videos in some cases to show you what theyve found. Give these guys a try, seriously.

I had taken my car to another Auto shop for an oil change and usual maintenance check. They did not install back my splash shield correctly, and so my splash shield was hanging off underneath my car and dragging as I drove. I took my car to Christian Brothers Auto for the first time. They were so, so gracious and quick with their service. Very genuine and professional people here.

Called at 7am as soon as they opened to see if they had someone who could inspect my vehicle. I work overnights and it is very hard to schedule things like this with me because of it. I spoke to DJ on the phone, and he said their inspector normally comes in at 8.. but that today he had gotten there early so would be able to assist me. From the time I got off the phone, to the time I was leaving the parking lot, it had only been about 30 minutes. It was very fast and everyone was very polite. I will be coming here for inspection and oil changes from here on out.

The job was accomplished, it was convenient, it was fast and I am happy with the results. The downside was how over priced this establishment is. If I had more time and taken it to a local shop it would have been 500 dollars cheaper at least. But I definitely paid for convenience.

Our family vacation was abruptly interrupted by major vehicle trouble. We ended up in Burleson, miles away from home, and in desperate need of a mechanic. That night I looked on google for mechanics and found Christian Brothers Automotive in Burleson. The reviews about their outstanding communication and work really caught my attention. The next morning I got there bright and early to the shop. I was greeted and welcomed by Darren, and immediately knew that I came to the right place. I explained the situation with our vehicle and that we were stuck in a sense because this was our only transportation. Long story short, the work needed for our vehicle was exstensive but CBA got us taken care of and back on the road in the same day!! I showed up on time for a scheduled oil change. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had to ask if they would just stop doing courtesy checks and give me my vehicle. When I went to check out they had charged me for full synthetic oil, when I had asked for conventional when making the appointment. I wasnt offered any money off the service, just an apology. NO oil change should take over an hour, especially when scheduled. That being said, everyone was nice and professional. Its just frustrating to wait that long and pay double what I was expecting. Ive used CB for thousands of $ in repairs and maintenance. But it seems like the last several times its been slower and slower. I will probably go elsewhere from now on for PM.

Walked in with no appointment to get a state inspection. They were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. No surprises or attempts to sell me some part or service I didn’t need. Really appreciate their honesty.

I just wanted to say this Christian Brothers is a place I would not recommend getting any type of work done in reguardless to automotive needs now this is a recommendation with that being said I got a coupon in the mail from this company FREE a/c check and In parenthesis 69.95 with recommended repairs. Now mind you no where does it state that repairs has to be done at that facility. Anyways back to my rant I had my vehicle dropped off on the 14th (attached a picture) and I just picked it up a little while ago. The reason for me picking it up was just this Zach stated that my accumulator was built wrong. Now mind you I got it as an oem. And paid 45.00 for it he stated was built funny and wanted to charge me $350 for it!!! And 150 for the refrigerant before he could finish the system check. Now mind you the system check could not be completed because of this issue and off the top to finish the check I’ll be out of pocket $470 what’s to say there was other issues going on and before you know it $2000. Now I’m not rich I’m simply middle class that lives pretty much paycheck to paycheck I don’t have that kind of money laying around I got kids I need to feed as well with that kind of markup and still want to tell me your a man of god?? And get upset at me cause your coupon doesn’t state repairs would have to be honored at this facility for coupon to be valid just says with recommended repairs and that’s where me and mr CJ butted heads says he was only doing what god told him to his heart. My rebuttals to that was so god told you to take advantage of those who didn’t have money? He got instantly upset I then told him he believes in god so much why was he upset he said he wasn’t he was just embarrassed about the convo we was having I said what convo of how your ripping people off and using god as a excuse. Needless to say I paid the diagnostic fee for a diagnostic that wasn’t completed and for ten min of their work so to me they are way over priced and don’t give a damn about the people as they claim to be however they do care about that wallet you got and what’s in it. and again I say take my word for it however ITS RECOMMENDED. TO follow your heartAnd just to add an update to this situation I got a second opinion and they repaired the issue with oem parts with warranty for 99.99 and I have cool air now and it didn’t cost me 470 as you guys quoted me this is how good ol christian brothers makes ends meet by taking advantage of the poor and middle class but that’s y’all’s karma good luck when that hits not only google but all of my fb friends know how your business practice is my Instagram and my next door account you guys gotten real famous over night sometimes you claim to be for the people when it’s really to line your pockets I feel sorry for you guys who charges 320 for a part that cost no more then 31.99 Christian brothers who charges 150 for freeon when it only cost 6.99 a can christian brothers the jokes on you guys now

I had to have the alignment done on both my daughters vehicle as well as my own and was able to schedule them one after the other, which made the trip up from Cleburne much easier. They took great care of my family as well as our vehicles and were able to finish ahead of schedule. They even gave me the discount I had mentioned for both vehicles.They are a very nice, respectable and trustworthy business, something you dont see too often nowadays. I wont hesitate to return or to recommend them to everyone in need of their services.

I really wanted to like this business & enjoy my visit. Unfortunately it is pointless to set an appointment as your wait time & timing to actually have your vehicle serviced is not accurate. I waited an hour & my vehicle was never serviced. I was told it typically takes an hour to service the vehicle from the time your vehicle is taken into the garage. My car was never moved & stayed in a non parking area. I informed the people inside the office I had an upcoming appointment for work some where else so I couldn’t wait more than an hour & half. I just asked for my keys back & had to leave. I was very disappointed with the priority level. There was only 2 other people inside the lobby & they also asked how much longer the wait would be. I understand these places are very busy! I get it. That’s why I set an appointment. It was sadly a waste of time.

WEDNESDAY (heavily emphasized). He said he corrected it and said ok ive got you down for Wednesday at 3. So today (Wednesday) at 2:50 I walk in and tell the girl Ive got an appointment. She says, that was scheduled for 2 days ago. So I told her everything you see here. She acted like it was no big deal at all. Never even apologized for the inconvenience. I would have been a first time customer, so the fact that they made me feel so disrespected goes a very long way for me. The only reason I called them to begin with is because Discount Tire gave me a coupon. I believe in second chances (even though the more I think about this, the angrier im getting) so if they dont redeem themselves when I go back in, I will never be back and, bet I will put it all over the place recommending that people avoid them. If they cant get scheduling right, what else are they going to screw up?

They take pics of inspections and show you the repairs needed before doing them. I thought I’d done all high mileage preventative maintenance except brake fluid and power steering flush/service, so I asked them to do these while it was in for oil change. They called to tell me they did both 8 months ago while it was in for a timing belt/chain. I forgot, stupid me. I have no doubt every other service station would have billed me for the maintenance wether they did it again or not.

Went there on a day they were very busy however they said it would take 45 minutes and I had 2 of my vehicles inspected and I was on my way just as they said! Very professional and knowledgeable with a few questions I asked them.

Ive had past dealings with Christian brothers. Quoted me $2,400 for repairs. I got it done for $800. I took my truck to them for an inspection. Thats all I will allow them to do. It wouldnt pass because of a bulb was out in my back window brake light. I was quoted $30 to fix it. I went to an auto parts store. Paid $7 (retail) for the bulb, it took less than 3 min., fixed it myself. They take advantage of people.

Went in today for an oil change. This was my first time to Christian Brothers Automotive. Very impressed with the friendliness of the employees and the atmosphere was very professional. ≈It was a rainy day and I was needing air in my tires. My plan was to go air them up after the oil change. To my surprise and pleasure they had already done it for me just as a courtesy. They had gone above and beyond what was required. Excellent customer relations and attractive facility; however, multiple instances of over-selling over-priced, unnecessary repairs or services using select-vendor parts to reach seemingly arbitrary thresholds to guatantee basic work. Local alternatives in multiple instances have done required work for about 1/3 less, quicker, and with comparable guarantees.

I have been using Christian Brothers Automotive for several years and I have always got great service from the first time they worked on my car. Nothing but great things to say!! It was pouring down rain and I was met at my car as soon as I parked by an employee with an umbrella to walk me to the door. He didnt just drop me off there. He pointed me toward the desk and said someone will be happy to take care of you there. Not one but two people at the counter welcomed me, had me down for my appointment, offered me a drink then showed me where breakfast sandwiches and donuts were out for customers. My oil change was done in a very timely manner despite multiple people in the lobby. In fact, their services were completely quickly as well. When I was told my car was ready I began asking some questions regarding future service as this was my first visit and I wasnt sure what their scope of repair was. Zach White was very patient & took all the time I needed to answer them, never giving me short answers & never making me feel as if I was taking up his time. I have seen this location for a few years now but have never visited however after being highly impressed with just an oil change I will return for future car maintenance/repairs. Confidently recommended.

I took them my 2009 ram with 188,000 miles on it. and asked them to revive my truck, I just didnt want to part with my old truck. Walking into the waiting room is such a pleasant change from other auto repair places. It is clean, well decorated, and they offer you refreshments while you wait. I have been here lots of times for oil changes, car inspections, and repairs. They are on time, friendly and always do a great job.

My first time going to Christian Brothers, I usually try to do all of the things on my truck myself. I do have to take it somewhere for an inspection though and I’m glad I chose to get it done with them. Immediately walking in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Their waiting area is great, the chairs/couches are super comfortable. Seeing their interactions with other customers, it’s easy to see that they are just really nice people. They are honest and up front with pricing and the service that your vehicle needs. They are not going to be like other shops and claim you need certain parts even though you don’t. If I encounter a problem on my truck that I cannot do myself, I will definitely bring it to them!
