I just got a policy from here, I spoke with Crystal Davis and she was amazing! It was like being in the phone with myself. She had such a great attitude and energy and made getting my own auto policy a walk in the park. I hopefully won’t have to get into contact with them anything soon but I’m happy to know she’ll be there for me on my worst day (assuming I’m calling them cause of a car wreck).

They have great variety in products

I do not appreciate AGENTS who mail out JUNK MAIL ADVERTISING letters unless a person calls your office for a quote. Sharon is a very condescending and rude person who I would NEVER give my business to.Dont blame your corporate offices either. I did not ask State Farm to contact me and do not appreciate this trash in my mail.

Ive blocked their various numbers NUMEROUS times. Ive asked them repeatedly to quit calling me. I dont live in that area anymore AND Im happy with my insurance. Harassing people wont get them your business! Even if I was on the market for new car insurance, with that behavior alone, I wouldnt even consider them. State Farm has never been able to give me a quote for whatever reason anyways, so I dont even waste my time.Point is, they need to stop calling me!!

If I can give them negative I would. They dont deserve 1 star even! Dont use them! they will charge you more money than you think. I found they charged me over 150 every month I am glad that I left them finally, because they are the worst! Save your money and go somewhere else for better deal and better coverage!
