Its closed, no signs. Door was wide open and the place was deserted. Called the number and got a different office said it was closed.

I’ve been with them for four years and they increase my home insurance every year by $400 - $500 even though i never had a claim with them at allthey also don’t notify you instead they bill your mortgage which increases your mortgage payment, i found a cheaper insurance with a better coverageanother thing when i canceled my policy with them i asked for an e mail confirmation that i canceled on such day they kept telling me they sent it but i never got it , i had to drive to burleson to their office they lady at the front when you first walk in was kinda rude and didn’t want to help i asked for a hard copy to prove my cancellation with them she simply told me that i should get a letter in the mail basically she didn’t want to even try , i was like isn’t this allstate aren’t you working with them .... i demanded that i need a hard copy finally she called someone and gave her the ok which is ridiculous i wasn’t asking for much stay away from them.
