Amber was simply amazing, after the recent freeze we reached out to her regarding some broken pipes, she immediately gave me the number of several plumbers and recommendations as well answering all of my questions. I am 65 years old and I have had lots of property insurance agents over the years. Ambers office and specifically Debbie Amburg are the best. Not only did they win my business with great Farmers rates, the customer service from this office is second to none. Dont think you need to be in the Burleson area either. I am way over in Cedar Hill, with a Farmers agent right here, but Amber won my business. Also, I just filed a roof claim, and the Farmers claim process was easy as can be.

Debbie made the entire process of switching to Farmers absolutely painless. Ours involved four vehicles, our home, and an RV. She looked at the policies several different ways to see what made the most sense for us. In the end we ended up with better coverage, even adding an umbrella policy, and still spent less than we were spending. I cannot recommend this agency enough. Do yourself a favor and at least give them a call to see if they can help you too.
