She was very professional and reassuring that my car would be repaired to like new condition. Received an extremely low estimate, by approximately $8,000.00 for the repairs from a reputable insurance company. She totally dealt with the insurance company to ensure my car was repaired with new Toyota parts. She kept me updated weekly with the progress. I can’t say enough positive things about the way I was taken care of.

Marki not only fixed my rav4 perfectly and made it look brand new, she dealt with all the nasty insurance business and was friendly and enjoyable to be around. If I could leave 1,000 stars I would! Friendly, local, and feels like family. Dealing with insurance companies can be such a pain but Marki and her team went above and beyond for me and my car. She was there with me every step of the way. Which turned into a 3 month MESS with the insurance companies. Communication was top notch, friendliness was heaven sent, and I am SO pleased with their work. I almost didn’t recognize my car when I picked it up! They are so kind, efficient, and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I cannot recommend Sulak Auto Collision enough. I was in an accident which destroyed the left front side of my car and a host of other things including hidden damages. Markie constantly kept me posted on the repairs. When I got my car back I almost didnt recognize it, it looked brand new! It looked better than it did before the accident! Great customer service. Called about an estimate for a paint job person said $10,000 base price for any full paint without knowing the vehicle or any details.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from owner Phillip Sulak, as well as his manager Markie. They were both very thorough and patient in listening closely to all my concerns and answering any questions I had. The damage to my car was covered under the other drivers policy with Farmers. The Farmers adjuster tried to make Sulak put after-market parts on my car, but Mr. Sulak wasnt having any of that. My car is only 6 months old! He ordered the parts directly from Toyota, even showing me the receipt. I left my car on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. One of my wheels had to be sent off for repairs, so that took a few days. After I made it known how protective I am about my car, he made sure to lock it up in the garage each night. Markie was super friendly, attentive, & thorough as well. They were both a delight to work with, and Im thrilled to have my car back...good as new! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and though I hope to not require their services again anytime soon, I wont hesitate to use them in the future!

Great bodywork (bumper replacement) done on my vehicle. No complaints on the quality of work, paint matches perfectly and job looks nice. Wasn’t happy that the quote jumped 40% when it came time to order parts. Especially since I previously bought the vehicle used from a local Toyota dealer and the issue was supposed to have been fixed at this same location but was just made to look fine. Crack became visible a week after I bought it and fell apart after two months. Might’ve been the Toyota dealers call so I’ve contacted them as well.

I can not say enough good things about Sulak Auto Collision and particularly Phillip Sulak. I had a bumper repaired over the summer and for whatever reason it began to pop back out a bit. I was so happy with the job they did the first time that I returned. Phillip not only fixed my car, he refused payment for it, standing by his work. I’m convinced that a clip failed and it had nothing to do with the initial repair but he insisted on making it right. While I hope I won’t need his services, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

My car was taken to Sulak Auto Collision about 3 years ago after I was in a major accident with a 18 wheeler wheel that flew off and crushed my hood and some of my passengers side. He did fantastic work and made my car look better than the day I bought it. I then moved to Florida fair a few years and live on the beach. If anyone has every lived in Florida you know the salt water kills the pain on your car especially if you live directly on the beach. I took my car back to him to get the paint fixed and again I had tears of joy. My car looks even better than last time!!! ❤️ Also my in-laws recently backed up into my brother in laws massive truck and demolished their trunk and bent the frame. Phill was able to repair the damage and made the car end look amazing. I am a life time customer! If you want true repairs that will make your vehicle look immaculate go here!!!

Philip Sulak has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. After I wrecked my 80 Corvette, he handled everything with my insurance company. He had me bring it in on a Monday and I got it back in 7 days. Philip even had me bring it back after Christmas and he would color sand and buff out the rest of the car that I previously had painted a month earlier by someone else. The buffing made the previous paint job go from a 3 to a 10.I have no idea what that one person who gave him one ☆ was thinking but drunken people need to keep off Yelp. They arent on the same mindset as the rest of the planet.Philip will have my business from here on out. Great business man.My hats off to you sir.
